I could go on and on about the location of this property, the fact that it fronts on the Med, that it is a short walk to the tram and to everything else, that Lorna, the manager, is on top of everything, that the rooms are bright but I suspect all other guests have made those same comments. So let me add the following. When I stay in a hotel I want classy glasses to enjoy wine, and more importantly scotch, in. It just makes the drinks tastes better. So in addition to all the amenities everyone has commented on in previous reviews (which I totally agree with) let me just say that I loved all the glasses, and plates, and all the items that made me feel at home. Perfect little spot to walk to the site sod nice. Very cosy and the kitchen has all essentials. Very quiet with the doors closed but the. Oh balcony allows you to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely recommend.

A return to this apartment again this year & it doesn't disappoint. Ideal for 2 x couples & fully equipped. A great, friendly reception from Lorna & you're good to go. Ideally positioned with a short walk into the old town, which oozes character & 100 yards from the beach & toes in the Med! A short walk & you're in easy reach of a supermarket, a fantastic patisserie & the city tram system that runs from the airport to the port. Bring on 2024..

The apartment is centrally located with a tram service in the back and grocery store and bakery only one block away. The balcony has a table and four chairs which was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and her husband. Great place to have coffee or tea in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. We recommend it.

The communication and service was first class, with 3 of us coming for rugby world cup in Nice, one of us early, which Lorna in touch to allow the first well before check in. Mark was in touch before to rejig the apartment to suit us perfectly, and they allowed a late leaver to leave luggage for a late flight (I would assume they wouldn't always be able to do this, but was a great help) The apartment was absolutely lovely, with a big balcony/terrace at the front and a balcony at the back for the bedrooms. Flat was spotless, with good beds , very nice kitchen etc and everything that was needed, including beach stuff/loungers etc. Very roomy, quiet and very good quality. Black out blinds, very good quality stuff, and despite it being on the prom (what a view!) There wasn't noise at night. Very quiet block with a caretaker, this is good quality, with plenty nearby ( boulangerie, supermarket, cafes etc) and the tram stop is 2 minutes away which takes you everywhere, old town is a stroll away anyway, beach across the street. Nice is a fantastic city, all three of us have the details and will come back with partners etc All in all, fantastic, thanks Mark and Lorna

Our family of 4 spent a week here, explorong Nice and spending lits of time on the beach. The accommodations included everything we needed, from sun umbrellas to beavh shoes. I would highly recommend this location!

This property has everything you need. Wonderful location, great beach across the street, great shops, public transportation, clean. Lorna was amazing and gave us great information. We would love to come back again. Truly amazing place.

What a fabulous apartment! 4 ladies of a certain age enjoying a “girls” break in beautiful Nice. We couldn’t have chosen a better apartment, it had everything we needed and Lorna (her Mum & the dog) made us so welcome. The proximity of the tram stop, supermarket, bus stops and an amazing Boulangerie make this a fabulous place to stay in Nice. We’ll definitely coming back.

We arrived and it was storming down rain. We didn't care we were in Nice! No more rain for the rest of the week. We loved the location and the view was sublime. Lorna, her mom and cute little pup greeted us. They gave us oodles of information. A wonderful restaurant is La Crocodile, only a few blocks down. The best puttanesca I've ever had. The French people are wonderful. So nice. Be sure to make a quick trip to the market in Ventimiglia, Italy. Suffice to say we absolutely adored Nice, the people and their culture.

This beautiful apartment is actually larger than it appears in the photos. The views, the proximity to the Promenade, and overall comfort cannot be beat. We were warmly greeted by the owner’s representative and also enjoyed friendly conversations with the building concierge. Public transportation is easy with buses along the boulevard in front and the tram just on the street behind and quickly reached by cutting through the Avia gas station just a couple of buildings to the west. I would be overjoyed to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location overlooking the Med on the Promenade d'Anglais. Ideally placed for access to the old city either on foot or via the tram that stops just behind the property & in front of a brilliant boulangerie. The apartment facilities are great and makes for a very comfortable & relaxing stay for two couples. Lorna, the apartment manager, is great with her communication & friendly welcome. A revisit beckons.

The location is great but the apartment was not very clean. There was black mold in the shower door tracks and some grout. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to have just had a quick once over. It’s too bad because otherwise it was nice.

This is a great space for two adult couples or a family of four. Everything is as promised. Beds are comfortable and check in was easy. The a/c was a godsend! Looking forward to going back.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. It's a perfect location, accessible to all areas, loved being near the promenade. It also is very close to several markets so we made some of our meals. We also ate out at several restaurants nearby. We were able to park our car to take trips to the surrounding areas. If we are ever back in Nice we will stay here again. The Landlord and management are very communicative. They provided us answers to all of our questions. The property is well managed, clean, and spacioius.

My girlfriends and I loved the property. Lorna was fabulous and so hospitable. All the information outlined in the binder made everything so easy. We had the best time and made so many memories just sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. Access to walk to everything. We would recommend this property to anyone going to Nice. This was our second stay at this property and everything was great again! Communication with the ownerPatricia before arriving was great and supplied good details. Lorna was great with the check in process. She covered all the basics and gave some tips for places to eat and to get a COVID test as we needed one to go to Italy next. This place never disappoints and we hope to return in the future.

Perfect!

We had a delightful stay in this well-equipped, bright, and comfortable space. Front and back terraces, two full baths, comfortable beds. We walked along the Anglais to older section to a great market and old streets, etc. there are buses and trams nearby if you do not want to walk. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great location despite traffic noise from street. Shutters did good job of blocking out noise at night. Second of two bedrooms is very small, but nonetheless comfortable. On-site laundry facilities helpful.

We had a wonderful week in Nice in August! The property was exceptional and we loved everything about it! We will be back!
