A very beautiful apartment. Spacious room with high ceilings. I think I need ceilings of the same height at home. A perfect place to admire the Syracuse balconies (pedestrians cannot see all these baroque details).

The service was just perfect and very professional. And the room was very clean and very modern. It was also well equipped.

The bed was a little small for 2 persons, and for us a little bit too soft. But for 3 days it was okay. Unfortunately you can hear everything very loud from the room. especially when the cleaning women is talking or cleaning in the morning.

The location is excellent and the flat is spacious, clean and the amenities are very good. The host, Fabio, was very attentive, easily contactable and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat! We had a lovely week and will definitely be back!

Ideally located in the historic city of Ortigia. Accommodation in a 17th century building that has been skillfully modernised whilst carefully preserving the characteristic features of the original building. The host, Fabio, is very friendly, going out of his way to make you feel welcome and ensure that you enjoy your stay.

Casa Fab is right in the center of beautiful Ortigia in between many cafés and restaurants.

The apartment was in a wonderful location for our first visit to Siracusa. The balcony overlooking the street was perfect for a breakfast coffee and watching the world go by. Fabio was a very attentive host and everything was designed for a worry-free stay. He arranged our airport transfer and gave us advice on using the bus. Nothing was too much trouble. The information provided was extremely comprehensive. There were many lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

There isn’t much kitchen work-surface if you want to cook a lot. We used the table. And of course we ate out!

An excellent location and a beautiful modern apartment, the host Fabio was really helpful in organising excursions and recommending restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better apartment in a better location in Ortigia! The self check in was super easy and seamless too.

The apartment had been recently renovated to a modern, stylish, high standard. There was plenty of room and light and everything was new and sparkling. All this within a characterful ancient building in the middle of Ortigia island, and so not far from anywhere. One of the few places that we stayed in that had access to TV streaming, and programs in english, but with so much to see we did'nt make much use of it.

The entrance to the building is being renovated, when it is completed it will be really nice. There are a few steps within the property, but once you get used to them they are not a problem.

Everything was really clean and modern. Location was very central in Ortigia. Close to everything but in a quiet location. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. Also easy to walk everywhere. Host Fabio was easy to contact and replies promptly.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Ortigia. Fabio was really communicative and helpful and gave us plenty recommendations for our stay. Was really great to have our own space, and enjoy some wine and a meal on the balcony, after 2 weeks of staying in hotels.

The bedroom was quite stuffy, which is hopefully only because of temporary construction on the facade of the building.

Fabio was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to share his local knowledge of the area, and happily answered any questions we had. He helped to arrange parking and even shared his favourite swimming spots. The apartment was extremely central and was only a short walk from everywhere in Ortigia.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure our family had an unforgettable stay. The apartment is in a great location and is exceptionally clean and modern. The owner is accommodating, friendly and availble to help with every detail.

We spent 3 days at Casa Fab and it totally lived up to its name - it was fabulous! Great location in the heart of beautiful Ortigia, spacious and tastefully designed modern flat, and an extremely helpful and hospitable host. What more can you ask for as a guest. We give Casa Fab our warmest recommendations.

Although we haven't met Fabio personally and only connected through WhatsApp the information flow was exellent! We received information on recommended restaurants, beaches, sites etc. The location is brilliant, we used the balcony a lot. Fresh and spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen (although we have only used it for the breakfast preparation). Fabio has helped us with taxi boooking as well. Can warmly recommend Ortigia Casa Fab!
