Very nice place, nice personal, very good breakfast.

Very good breakfast, very helpful staff. Heads up to morning manager that let us to have breakfast at 6:35 before service time so we could get taxi to airport,very kind and highly recommend this hotel.

The room and ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean, more than anywhere I've stayed before. The bed was perfectly comfy enough, and the room was nice to say it was a single room - there was lots of storage for clothes, a proper desk and chair, a comfy chair and TV, enough plug sockets and a small fridge, and it didn't feel cramped. The ensuite was also a nice size and had plenty of places to hang towels and put toiletries. The breakfast was lovely - I don't know if it's typical for a Czech breakfast as I've never been before but everything was good and there was plenty of choice. The scrambled eggs were great! I was only there to sleep really so I didn't get to see the sports facilities but the bits of the hotel I did see were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. I would like to say a big děkuji (thank you) to them! All in all good value for money, in a nice quiet area, and lovely.

There is no air conditioning so it was very warm in the room as the weather was hot when I stayed. On the Saturday night some people were noisy in the corridor occasionally, late at night, but no problems on Sunday night.

Ideal business trip accommodation: friendly, professional, and reliable. Quiet location with sufficiently quick connection to motorway. Ricany is a village, which invites you for a stroll in the centre.

Location. Free parking by the hotel.

Overpriced. The room wasn't what was advertised, both in how it looked and bed sizes. Tiny shower. Cleaner walked in on us without knocking way before checkout time. Empty minibar, no options.
