Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel te kleine douche. Daar past een kleuter in maar geen man van 1.90.

Room was quite and clean. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful.

It is very isolated.

Hydropark (the island) and the view onto the river Dnipro make this one of the most beautiful locations in Kyiv. The room is also a good size and you have a balcony.

it was amazingly quiet (almost empty), but there’s a war going on, so it’s forgivable. The bar doesn’t accept cards (only cash) which is not forgivable.

in the room smells cigarettes, overall room was dirty and not comfortable.

people at the reception are amazing, super helpful and very friendly. Anna at the reception she assisted me from the bevy until the end. if I am coming back to Kiev I will definitely use them again

The view was good, especially at night. The food was surprisingly tasty.

Food tasty yet well overpriced for what it is. A 30% drop in prices would be correct. i.e. Borjomi 500ml is 127UAH + Taxes = almost $5...THE NOISE!!! This is a boat after all, so you can hear everything (and I mean everything) going on next door....even the conversation word by word. I was unfortunate to be next to a group of 2 female and 2 males who didn't shop up until 5am...So I didn't sleep at all for $65 that I paid.

Parking is available. Hard to find in kiev

Bathroom is small. Heating is though aircon. So air was so dry in the room. Woman next door was screaming all night. And we can hear everything
