Nothing really except for the fact that it is in Ikeja GRA

almost everything. the staff that picked my call while I was trying to confirm my reservation was so uncut and was quite rude and disrespectful when I got on on the premises to check in. the property itself was an absolute waste of my money. imagine not having AC in your room. very disastrous. the bathroom wasn’t particularly very clean. the bedsheets are worn out. don’t even get me started on internet. first the hotel’s wifi was non existent and seemed like the building had a network blocker, because I tried mobile data on Airtel, 9mobile & Glo. I had to sit in the reception for hours to use internet because I had work to do. yet non of the staff could prompt me that there was complimentary breakfast going on. Tbh it was just an unpleasant experience and waste of my money. Never again!

Location and the buffet breakfast.

The room had a faulty Air-conditioner that was leaking water onto the floor and not cooling. I was told I could not be moved to another room as they were fully booked. They gave me an option to move to another facility across the road, which I turned down as I did not like that facility.

Proximity to shops. Fair packing spaces, Nice restaurant

Restroom at the reception could be better

I got to the facility and I was told my booking wasn’t valid and the receptionist didn’t care it was late to start getting an alternative place to stay.

The bed sheet was a least clean and soft.

Lack of towels. After cleaning no towels are left. Had to request for them on two occasions

The staff were okay

You were not allowed to have breakfast without a mask and the only place you could get a mask was from their reception which you had to pay an extortionate price for,the breakfast was a shambles ,over an hour before they were scheduled to stop serving breakfast everything had fun out and the choice for breakfast was ridiculous , no juices amongst other things,the cleanliness at the hotel was definitely questionable
