was really nice absolutely loved it , lovely room and great location and loved the whole trip just want to say LAM is great ( she was on reception ) so helpful and kind and absolutely lovely. helped us with everything she was great so thank you

Friendly staff. Was served by Linh at front counter. The bell boy even carried my bag up to my room even when I said I should be fine. Good Vietnamese hospitality. Buffet breakfast included. About 15mins drive from the airport

The overall bed is very comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard, and the room is quite large.The counter staff are friendly and will provide assistance well.

The hotel made a very serious mistake. On the room type selection section of the reservation website, they posted a room type photo with a large bathtub, but the actual check-in did not even have a bathtub. In the end, the counter staff reluctantly gave a room type with a small bathtub, but this has seriously affected the impression of lived , so don't check in just because the photos are beautiful, the photos of this hotel do not match the content.

Food: breakfast and room service was substandard, the walls are very thin, so we’re woken very early by banging one morning and loud music another and it was difficult to communicate with the staff

Too many smokers indoors, there is ash tray by next to elevator- hotel contradict with the sign “No smoke “

we arrived hotel at 4 am on Thursday. if we check out at noon - we have 8 hours left, check out at noon. 3 hours later, machine noise out side the window, open the blind, here he is, a man holding a drilling - facing me on the other side of window….so early… so strange, no connection of organizing separate repairs zone, still moving guests into this room.

Functional hotel with magnificent views of the river and sea , the fishing boats ( hundreds) twinkling at night was a beautiful sight. We had a corner executive room ..large room well appointed. Staff were very helpful.

Only had 2 pillows and bed a little hard .. BE AWARE THERE IS NO POOL ,despite the picture it's next door and not great to get to. You can't swim in front of the hotel in the ocean due to a rip , you have to go up the beach 500m .
