We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We loved being right next to the beach and our kids loved the pool.

My wife and I have been coming to Beach Haven since we were little kids in the 80s. We were so happy to share it now with our two toddler daughters. Our unit was clean and perfect for our small family, and you can’t beat the location of ocean side across from Veterans Park. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the condo was very pleasant. Great location -- next to the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops, including the outstanding Pearl Street Market for sandwiches, coffee, seafood, etc. The condo was clean and well organized. Great setup for preparing breakfast and other meals, if you are so inclined. Nice living room setup conducive to hanging out and talking. The size of the space was good for 4 people, but a bit tight for 6. We are three adults and three teens so we probably required more than one bathroom, but overall a pleasant and memorable stay.

Stayed here for a three day weekend. Great location right on the beach. Has a pool. Walking distance to fantasy island,bay village and schooners warf. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall experience was fantastic - the property management was on top of things and emailed me and texted me to make sure I had the door code and all that I needed to use the pool. However my one criticism is that the rooms in the back are essentially one room subdivided by a very paper thin wall! So when you’re sleeping in the queen in the main bedroom, you can literally hear the people in the bunkbed turning on a squeaky bed. You can also hear them cough or talk. It’s definitely OK for a couple and may be a child but not for six adults. Also the mattresses are very firm so bring a mattress topper if you have one!

Location was perfect - just steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and other amenities. The place was comfortable for our family of 4 - exactly as advertised - and well-maintained.

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, has its own pool and all the convenient amenities. We had an amazing time staying here. Perfect for our family of 5 with three little kids.

Can’t beat the location! Park your car and you are all set! Pool, beach and anything you need all within walking distance. Condo was very clean, and adorable. Host was very responsive to all questions! Great experience!

We enjoyed our time in LBI! The unit was small but perfect for our family of 3. Everything was clean when we arrived and the one time I needed to contact the property manager with a question about the TV they were very responsive. Would definitely rent again!

We did enjoy our stay at Seaplace. The location was good. We were disappointed with size of the bedrooms and the beds were not comfortable. We also encountered a lady who said she was on the board for the condo. She yelled at my grandchildren and took pictures of them which I find very offensive. My one granddaughter did not abide by the pool rules because I had not told her about them. This women yelled at her, told her she was going to call the police, and took a picture of her. My granddaughter was scared to death. All the women had to do was ask her to get out of the pool. This women was constantly questioning us and made us very uncomfortable. In the future I think if you would like to rent this women had to be told not to interfere. We had family meet there but not all stayed there I did not feel like I needed to explain my vacation to this women. Her husband told us it was a privilege that we were there Of course we were paying to be there we have rented many times in Beach Haven and never had a problem. I did not go to the pool after the first day because of her. On the other hand each time we contacted the VRBO agent he was very helpful and pleasant. I would rent from VRBO again just not at that condo.

We vacation in LBI every year and stay in Beach Haven or Holgate. This is the first time we stayed so close to the town center. Perfect location with little ones. Easy to walk into town, the beach is steps away, and the property has a pool! This was a plus with our toddler! The condo is tiny but perfect for the four of us (two adults, toddler, and infant). The residents and the renters were all super nice. Great little community!

This property was a little smaller than expected for 4 adults over 60. We were not sure if we could all make it so we didn't want a bigger place that we may not have used. But it is perfect for a young family of up to 5. Perfect location! Short walk or ride to everything. Very clean and nicely decorated. I had some questions for the owner (only because I didn't read the instructions they sent me well enough) and they answered quickly. Blender turned out to be broken and as soon as we advised it was dealt with immediately. To me that says a lot. Excellent choice for a family with elementary or middle school children.

This property was super clean, well stocked, and a great location!! My family of four fit comfortably. We were provided with very detailed information prior to our arrival. This is a place where you can park your car for the weekend and not have to move it. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time. Condo was comfortable and clean. All the appliances worked fine. There was even an iron in the closet, (but who's ironing for the beach?). I agree with the other reviewer, the front of the house can be noisy at night with homeowners that party by the pool, but the bedrooms in the back are nicely quite. If we were sleeping in the living room, we would not be thrilled. Overall, great location, relaxing time. Thank you!

This was our first time at Sea Place and the location was perfect! Direct access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Everyone was friendly. The only suggestion is that you advertise a pool yet it is kept locked unless an owner of a condo unlocks it. We weren’t able to utilize it our first day. Hopefully we will see you again next September.

Cute condo. Great location and walkable to everything. Condo is clean and efficient use of space. Towel hooks, stick vacuum and new broom would be a welcome addition. We did have a few loud nights with other tenants in the complex, but the sleeping units are in the back of condo and surprisingly well isolated from the noise. Unit is on the end, so other tenants have to walk past you in the only outdoor space that isn't shared. Cute community feel around pool and common areas. Exterior of complex could use some updating. Washer dryer is also shared and you need quarters which isn't easy to come by these days. If you have great weather, this is everything you need. If you don't, its tight. Thankfully, we had amazing weather and we had a great week away!

Had a great time. Property was nice. However, we didn’t have an iron provided. There was an ironing board but no iron. We would have brought one with us had we known. Enjoyed our stay

Super clean, wonderful location, close to the beach and short walk to restaurants, stores and all Beach Haven has to offer. It is right next door to Engleside Inn which was so convenient to grab lunch, drinks and even dinner on the beach. Having the pool Is a Plus! I would definitely come back this beachside condo. We had a perfect stay. We’ve stayed here before as it is in close proximity to all the best LBI has to offer. Love having everything in walking distance. The beach is so convenient and love not have to go far to be right at the waters edge. Look forward to staying here again!

This place was wonderful! The location was awesome- only a short walk to many restaurants and activities, and right next door to the Sand Bar (a great no shower happy hour spot). The condo itself was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We were able to relax comfortably and there was plenty of space for us. Adding a child to the mix would be doable, but it is tight quarters for more than 2 adults. The space was updated, very well lit, and the kitchen had everything you could need! Check in and check out was incredibly seamless- no contact required. We would totally stay again! Thanks for an amazing weekend getaway!

The condo was perfect for our mini family vacation. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was the toaster only worked if you held the handle down through the entire cycle. Not a big deal but the kids like toast. Loved the check-in process. I would stay at this property again but I think I would want a first floor unit because of the children and myself. Our car was behind the building so we had to do a lot of trips to unload and load. The property was very close to the beach access and just a short trip to many excellent restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you for a relaxing vacation in a cozy rental!
