fantastic pool and see view

Amazing pools, located above a lovely coastline. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good balcony.

There was no staff at all onsite to help with anything regarding how to get into the apartment or access the facilities. This accomodation was not suitable at all for short term holidays as the reception that is advertised is never actually open. Marholidays did not answer the phone or leave any clear information on how to get into the apartment. This cost us hours of stress and everything could have been simply explained in one email if they took the time. I was sent messages from them with an entirely different location which caused massive confusion and they didn't respond to any of my messages asking about the location of the apartment. The overall impression I got was that they did not want to be bothered with anything. It is not suitable for anyone new to the area. Most people there seemed to own apartments. I'm not sure why did property is advertised on booking.com as a holiday rental as it's very apparent that they do not accomodate for this. There is no information provided on local taxis, medical, restaurants or how to use the facilities of the apartment.

balcony didn’t get so much sun, plus it’s a long walk to the beach and the local pubs shops, walk uphill on the way back, no note on how to use the pool wristbands, I only noticed them on other guests so wore one to see what they did, no note on using local taxi service, Elche radio taxis e.g.

the facility was beautiful, but not the staff not the apartment.

we have lived in other apartments in infinity view before that were great. unfortunately not this one. this one didnt provide towels nor bed linen for all (not babies) and not padel nor tennis rackets. also no towels for the pool/beach.

in the Sun in the high season, I’m sure this place is nicer.

very small apartments, doesn’t meet the claimed ~95 m2. really too small to be with a family with two kids. can hear everything anybody does in the Appartment. don’t get me started about the non working dish washer or the fungus along each silicon kit edge in the shower. disgusting. yes at firsts sight it looks ok, look twice and you’ll feel you paid too much. the Appartment is filled with stuff you don’t need for your stay, like spare lightbulbs, a box of manuals, and who knows what else more. clearly privately ow Ed properties which are managed by an agent. usually this means maintenance isnt done well, as is the case here. The entry gate system was broken and is a way too elaborate system anyways, with a plastic magnetic key (that you have to walk out of the car to be able to use) and some magnetic bracelet for the whole family. bit over the tip all for a simple Appartment complex. after this stay, we stayed in Madrid for about the same price per night. check out the Arc collection, now that was value for money. when comparing Arenales to Arc, light years difference. sorry to say, but you will find something better than this. also best to just avoid Arenales del sol altogether. it’s just not a great place, made for tourists (domestic or international). dead when empty and overcrowded when full.

The location of the apartment is excellent as well as the staff who were always helpful. The apartment is very modern and has everything we need to spend a good vacation. It is the second time we have spent a holiday here and I think we will come more often. The beach is right in front and the pools are very good too.

The apartments, although standardized in decoration, are not all so well equipped. This year our apartment did not have an espresso machine, which is a negative factor. It is the second time that we are on the ground floor, which regarding privacy and cleanliness does not count in favor.
