Personeel was enorm vriendelijk, het restaurant heerlijk en de kamers super schoon. We waren op doorreis naar Italië en dit was een prima tussenstop op weg naar Siena.

In de kamers zaten parfumblokjes in het stopcontact, dat vind ik vreselijk, we hebben het blokje niet kunnen vinden anders had ik die eruit kunnen halen.

The hotel was comfortable, exceptionally clean and off the beaten path. Perfect view of the mountain and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The first night the mosquitoes were a pest and since i can't speak German, it would have been nice to be able to stream to the tv to use it more.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in our room was a superb piece of design. Dinner was excellent. Free parking! And of course the visitor pass for free bus travel and discounts.

Little away from Lucerne but well connected by bus service. There is nothing around.

Das Frühstück war ganz prima, vor allem die gekochten Eiern waren perfekt.

Die Glastüre vom Badezimmer, vor allem wenn man es in der Nacht nutzen musste. Die volle Beleuchtung schien ins Zimmer.

We liked everything, a beautifully kept hotel, great location with good public transport. Very friendly and helpful host, with a fabulous car! Do eat in the restaurant, this was by far the best food we had in Switzerland.

Location is perfect. Nice and quiet but a short bus ride (free of charge!) to Lucerne. 20 mins. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and good quality.

Couldn’t get Wi-Fi. Not the worst thing in the world. Probably a good rest from it!

Fabulous hotel. Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the mountains. Very helpful staff.

Everything. Mr.Patrick made us feel so welcome and was so cooperative in everything. The location is right next to the bus stop which goes to old town. The rooms are very well maintained with an amazing view. We will definitely come here again

Nothing not to like

We liked the spacious and clean room, also the location is very nice and quiet with beautiful surroundings. Especially we liked the breakfast, it was delicious.

The hairdryer was very weak, and because of old socket I couldn't use my own.

Quiet location outside of Luzern. Good car parking. Good sized bedroom with tea/ coffee facilities plus large walk-in shower. Good restaurant with a varied menu choice. The nice waitress found us an English menu which helped. The hotel did have QR codes for the menu, coffee machine instructions which offered translations in many languages.

A small thing:- the hotel had funny (different) mains sockets so none of our adaptors fitted to charge phones etc.

Nice location, good breakfast buffet and biggest brownie point goes to the complimentary e-scooter provided by the hotel to take a ride into the adjacent village.

Could be really helpful if they can arrange an electric kettle in the room.
