Modern design, 1st class contemporary building. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Location is amazing, there is a playground (children's park) next to the apartment. It is so close even you can see it from the balcony. We enjoyed the place with my daughter.

Only thing that you need to know for this place is that there is a pub in the sam building and it is very noisy. You can hear the beats from your bed. If you are sensitive to noise please ask for upper floors.

Beautiful apartment which was located just opposite the subway, tram stop, and bus stop. Travelling was very easy. The staff are all friendly and very helpful!

It is visually clean but the fabric sofa, armchair and footstool are very dusty and dirty but not obvious. When I removed my socks and used the footstool, my legs started to itch and rashes appeared. Thereafter I’ve not removed my socks in the apartment and all is well. My partner on the hand is allergic to dust so he suffered during the entire stay. On our second day, he developed coughing and postnatal drip which resulted in a few days of terribly itchy throat. He recovered a few days right after we left Berlin.

The apartment is very stylish, cozy and comfy. There is everything you may meed for your stay. It was exceptionaly clean even for the crawling baby. The location is very good- in front of the building is the tram station and nextdoors is the S bahnh. It was our best stay in Berlin!

Very modern apartment with 2 bed and 2 bathrooms, trams en trains in front of building. Very nice and helpful receptionists.

In the night there is some noise of the subway under the house, but they don’t ride al night. Take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper! The garden of the pub was closed in the late evening.

Great and clean apartment, the staff was kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is really central, a quarter of an hour's walk from all the main sites in Berlin. In addition, the building is located very close to light rail and subway stations, which makes it very easy to travel all over Berlin

The building is located above a subway station. We were on the first floor and the noise of the trains is noticeable

Amazing apartment that was clean, modern, close to heaps of transport. Strong reliable Wifi. Great laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return when in Berlin again.

We didn’t have a problem with it but you could hear trams passing by which may disturb some people.

Really nice penthouse for 4-6 persons. Nice location and part of town. Good connections with tram, train and with larger group taxi is not expensive to visit main sightseeings.

Not much to complain, ok some quality music systems (Sonos etc.) would by a nice add to this apparment.

It is loud. There is a bar next to the entrance and you can hear it until quite late. So, not ideal for business travelers in that regard.

The staff at reception was amazingly friendly and chatty. She gets our vote for the main reason why anyone should choose this property for their holidays in Berlin. She is also really knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get acquainted on our first day to Berlin. Downtown Apartments brand is really fortunate to get such a staff. Location is perfect and its near to tram / S-bahn / U-bahn. Hence it can't get any better especially if you wish to avoid the absolute crowd of the city center. This hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area There's a really amazing Vietnamese / Japanese fusion food nearby. Please try it. We actually went 3 times! Some wonderful cafes are just around the corner too

Nice rooms, looked recently refurbished. Good utensils in the kitchen and comfy beds. Nice views from the balcony. The bar on the ground floor is really nice place to hang out also.

At night, you can feel the vibrations from the passing trams. It's low, and you get used to it, but you can still feel it.

Space of apartments. Location next to transport (rail, tram and underground), park and hood restaurants. Washing machines great.

The pub downstairs can be noisy and Smokey. I had requested a room on higher floor. Bed linen and pillows could be better. Kitchen sink plug didn’t work. A microwave would be an excellent addition. Extra towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful.
