Nice breakfast

WiFi of my room did not work.

Staff was not so nice. Whenever I ask something , they don’t answer nicely. I guess , since I am Korean who speaks korean (but not living in korea),they assume that Im supposed to know everything.

Bathtub in the room, TV with HDMI hookup, laundry, parking, refrigerator in room. Bed was comfortable. Overall good space with great customer service.

Tub was a bit discolored and worn, but still nice amenity. Everything else was great.

The room is very spacious! Much bigger than other hotels. The staff are extremely helpful and speak good English. It is about 8 minutes walk away from an express bus to Incheon international airport, which departs from Exit 2 of Seohyeon station.

Due to some complications I had to extend my stay... multiple times. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful the entire week I was there and even helped me out by printing my PCR test results before I leave Korea to move back home.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean and modern with soft beds, big rooms, and excellent staff. My room even had a massive bathtub separate from the shower area.

Very clean, spacious, and modern. The staff have all been very friendly. Location is great, it's right next to a subway station so transportation is easy. The bed is nice and soft and the bathroom is massive with a shower and bath option.

Staff members were professional to kindly assist what we need.

The bathroom facilities were not met with my expectations. Its shower room had a bad smell, and the bathroom bidet did not work properly.

The location was convenient.

Wifi in my room did not work at all, so I had to use some other room's wifi code. Wifi got disconnected every time someone left their room. I made a complaint to the front desk regarding wifi, but they did not bother to fix it.
