The stuff didn’t help with calling a taxi, explained they call taxi only to the airport. a bit weird.

Room was spacious and clean. We had a view of the Namsan N Tower. A walk to Myeongdong center only takes about 10 minutes. Lots of great cafés and restaurants nearby. Very nice area. Convenvience store, ATM and a Café are built-in in the Hotel.

Room was very cold, the AC was not always working properly. Hotel staff was very unhelpful with organizing a taxi to our next stay. They claimed they can only call a taxi if it's for the airport, which led to us being stranded for over 30 minutes as no taxi would stop for 3 foreigners with huge suitcases, and as we have no korean ID nor telephone number we were not able to use the Kakao Taxi App. We really had to insist / beg for them to help us, which is something we have never experienced before. The other two hotels we stayed at did not hesitate in calling a taxi for us. We were extremely disappointed with this.

Great location. The Hoeyeon subway station is right outside and the Myeong-dong area is within a short walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean.

The restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast, but it was a small inconvenience as there were plenty of cafes nearby.

Great location, right next to a train station and Nandaemum market is right across the property. Room rates aren't expensive

Front desk staff don't speak English well and aren't the most warm service staff

Great location, right next to the metro. The rooms were very spacious with a nice view of Namsan Mountain. The rooms were also soundproof which meant we had peace and quiet and also handy for other guests because we travelled with a noisy and energetic toddler. We will be back here for sure

Location is nice, near subway and stores in Myeongdong. Room is large and comfortable.

Lack of electrical outlets near bed to recharge mobile phones.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in - together with the blackout shades I had a great sleep. The bathroom is clean and modern and has lots of toiletries. There's even a bluetooth speaker so you can play music. Indoor pool area is small but clean and relaxing. Centrally located right near food markets, bus and train.

There's only a small window but the view was still cute. Aircon in the gym wasn't great and the gym area was pretty small and basic, with not very heavy weights.

The hotel is situated very close to a train station which is great for convenience. It is also walkable to the Myeondong area which is nice. Guests also get a discount at the coffee shop below.

I got a room with a very limited view. TV channels were also pretty limited.

It was near a subway station, within walking distance to Seoul station and Myeongdong. Room was spacious and clean

the front desk staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist information.

The hotel and staff were great with train stations near by.

Restaurants still closed and pool still closed. I paid for a breakfast in my reservation that I never got. The pool was also a large attraction for our kids was the pool. Neither of these things were noted while booking.

Lay out of lighting in the room. I should have some control of each lamp. But there is only one switch to turn on or off all lamps.

Loved everything!

I stayed here with my family, the family room is spacious, and it has Namsan tower as the view on our window which is a good point. The location is very near to Namdaemun Market, subway (just 1 stop away from seoul station), bus stop, Seoullo, you can even walk in Seoullo bridge on your way to Seoul station.

Very clean and comfortable Hotel. Cleaning and reception staff very friendly. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel, good restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. Not far from Namsan tower. I really liked that there is a ironing board and ironer in the room.

- The on site ground floor convenient store in case you needed something urgently or simply wanted to use their microwave to cook a refrigerated meal or noodles. - on site Caffe smith , lovey coffee and lively and vibrant place to have coffee. - proximity to metro station - reception are exceptionally helpful, I asked about the distance of the walk to Namsan park and the receptionist surprised me with not only verbal directions, but also a print out of the map that I can follow to reach my destination , also with an alternative . - Proximity to the GLORIOUS Namsan park !!!!
