Spacious penthouse apt with beautiful views and great neighborhood. Would definitely book here again. We are a family of 5 and we each had a bathroom to ourselves. I will be recommending to friends for sure. The Salamanca neighborhood was great. Not touristy nor crowded. Great Shops and restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Management was extremely responsive.

We were a group of 8 celebrating some milestone birthdays and wanted to be in the heart of the city. This apartment, easily reached by taxi from the airport, was just perfect for our stay. The location in Salamanca is ideal- great shopping, fabulous restaurants and very close to just about anything you want to see in Madrid by foot or metro/bus. Close to the main train station too for our day trip to Toledo. A well-appointed and comfortable home with plenty of space for all of us. The highlight was the patio- where we lingered over coffee most mornings and always a nightcap to see the city night life from above. The apartment is well laid out for everyone’s privacy. The kitchen is well appointed. The building is very quiet despite being in the heart of everything and very secure. The apartment décor is simple and comfortable- some aspects of the house could stand a refresh. Our contact at Heima, Miguel, was very helpful and easy to communicate with arranging our check-in/departure. We would recommend Heima Serrano Penthouse without reservation if you are looking for an apartment in the heart of Madrid for a large group. Many great memories were made on this trip. Very clean and well-equipped penthouse; excellent view of Plaza Colón. Breakfast on the patio was beautiful every morning as were cocktails in the evening. Easy walking distance to excellent shopping and restaurants as well as to the Metro.

The apartment was lovely and the location could not have been better (30 minute walk to all things we wanted to see, including the stadium, while bringing located on a quieter corner in a beautiful neighborhood). Was perfect for our family of four can could have comfortably fit and additional 4 children for adults.

The apartment is in an excellent location, it is still very nice but a little renovation in due, specially the floor. There are not many options for large apartments in Madrid and this is a good one.

I highly recommend this property for large groups. It is centrally located and the area felt very safe both day and night. The property was clean spacious and had everything we needed in it. We were a group of 9 and the only fault I had was that we were only given 2 sets of keys when we really needed 3 for our large group. The property manager informed us that the people staying before us had lost a set which was unfortunate for us. Despite this we had a fabulous time in Madrid and the apartment was perfect with beautiful views of the city.
