Very spacious apartment with comfortable KS beds in both bedrooms,; 3 separate aircons in each section of the penthouse; filtered water machine; the shower in the main bedroom can accommodate 6 people & apartment is serviced 3 times per week. I highly recommend this apartment, the Novotel resort & the location. Very peaceful & relaxing, which is appreciated when you return from tours in Bali. All the staff were lovely. We swam every day in the spacious pool & ate breakfast & dinner at the on-site restaurant & Cafe. We walked to the nearby beach (about 900m) & swam & this beach was cleaner & better than Kuta & Seminak. We walked to the nearby Bali Collection, where we shopped, had our hair braided & 30 min foot massage for $15AUD. We also walked to the Nusa Dua Waterblow, which I recommend seeing. Host Dean has been accommodating & communicative & we have already recommended your accommodation to friends who are visiting Bali soon.

great place for family vacation who like quiet place to relax. very nice pool, buffet breakfast and dinner, and beach property. beach along nusa dua is great. quite far though to some of the tourist attractions.

Good location, apartment was as advertised and met all our requirements. Ten minute walk to the beach and also to Bali Collection. Dean was very attentive checking in to see if we had any issues and if we had they were dealt with very promptly. Dean also recommended a driver which worked out very well. If we are ever in Bali again, we would happily return .

This is a very spacious 2-brm condo with two marvelous balconies overlooking the beautiful grounds. The resort is in a perfect location, inside the private community in Nusa Dua where there are other high-end resorts, a shopping mall, and security is very high. The beach is a short ride away, and magnificent. The Pause Cafe, has world-class pastries and coffee. The spa is very good. From this location we accessed the rest of Bali in no time, major sites are within 1.5 hours away, including temples, waterfalls, jungles, beach clubs. World class restaurants are 15 minutes away in the other resorts. The complex/resort is very family friendly, with a kids club, kids activities, and pool. Also, Dean, the manager, was very responsive via WhatsApp and resolved small issues. We had a great time.

Dean gave excellent communication and allowed us to check in a little early. The apartment is magnificent in this Novetel resort. Excellent dining options and pool. A van running every hour to a shopping center and every 15 min for the very short ride to the private beach. This an amazing property that could easily sleep 5-6, although we were only 2.

We had an amazing family holiday with a multi generation visitors the appartment is spacious and accommodating. The hotel services excellent. Only down side for us the bars on veranda were slightly too large fir our one year only grand child. Easily overcome by licking balcony doors . Thankyou Dean fir a lovely holiday

Had a great time. Pool area was lovely & quick shuttle ride to beautiful beach. Checked out local area- massage & shopping close by. Food at restaurant wasn’t great, so we ate outside the hotel. Did snorkeling tour, but was 1 1/2 hours away. Stopped at Samir beach on way back- great spot! Very enjoyable trip!

Great apartment that was perfect for our family stay. Clean, private and quiet. Close to hotel amenities. Everything we needed for self-contained accommodation was there. Plenty of room inside and large balcony for sundowners. Pictures are accurate. Host is a great communicator. Thank you

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our 35 day trip to Bali... what a find! First, Dean the owner was amazing to deal with from pre booking conversations to checking on us to see that we got back home to Canada ok and everything in between. Thank you again Dean! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and is perfect for one couple, two couples sharing or a family. Having access to the full resort amenities was a huge bonus that we had not initially thought we would use. As it turned out, we had a number of days where laying beside the pool and ordering from the pool side bar and restaurant was all we wanted to do. I must note here that the vacation would have been very different without starting our days at the resorts Pause Cafe... best coffee and fresh pastries....omg! The twice weekly room cleaning services is a huge bonus... clean towels and fresh bed linens makes a big difference. Given the length of our stay, having a washing machine in the unit was also a major plus. We did have an issue with the units air conditioner during our stay but Dean was on it right away and the resort staff were there to repair/ replace. Thanks again Dean for everything... we will be back, Dan & Shelley H

We stayed at this Unit for ten days and then decided to stay for our entire trip to Bali. Dean was the greatest host and responded promptly to all questions. The property was constantly being cleaned and the pool was kept in perfect condition. All the staff was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. They helped book trips to see the temples, zoo, monkeys and everything else you could want to do. The beach is perfect and has surf breaks for al levels. There is all types of water sports that you could want. Anyone planning to go to Bali, Indonesia should stay at this property. It has plenty of room for a family of 5 and is perfect for kids. We loved our vacation and it was even better because of Dean and his property.

Our stay has been amazing from start to finish. Dean couldn’t have been more helpful supplying information ahead of the visit and during. When we arrived the apartment exceeded our expectations it was so light and spacious and had everything we needed. The resort itself is lovely and everyone is so friendly and eager to help they can’t do enough for you. There is everything you could want here whether it be a beach or pool holiday or sightseeing. We will definitely be returning. It’s be wonderful and we are sad to be leaving.

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the accommodation quite a bit. Conveniently located close to pool, restaurant and spa. Quite spacious and nicely furnished. We wanted to do some cooking and found utensils quite in order. Beach shuttle helps a lot though the walk to the beach is really less than 10 min. The beach itself is beautiful. The resort is very close to Bali Collections and shops and restaurants. Nusa Dua is a pretty place and a walk around the resort is fun too. There are also small shops very closely situated where you can bargain and buy artifacts and clothing. We did activities every day (Ubud Tour, Waterbom, Lembongan snorkeling, Padang Bai scuba diving and finally Ubud Whitewater Rafting). The travel was just a bit tedious but I do not see any easy solution unless Bali is able to improve the traffic situation. Overall, great time and great stay !!

Our family loved our stay at this apartment at Nusa Dua Novotel Resort. The apartment had everything we wanted. It was clean, equipped with TV's, owner was easy to deal with and our children loved the Kids Club which meant we had time to ourselves as well. Loved the beach club that we would go to for afternoon drinks on the beach and a pizza. Back again next year.

Our family and I highly recommend staying at the Nusa Dua Penthouse as was a great experience from the inclusive airport pick up and drop off service to the resort, the check-in and the subsequent stay. Wide array of dining choices from the Pause Café for lighter meals and pastries, the buffet , the beach club, the Blue bar (2for1 drinks from 5pm to 7pm) and of course the room service. A well-equipped gym and fantastic beachclub for the adults and children to swim and explore the beach and lagoon, the main pool activities at the resort and the complimentary kids club meant we could all enjoy a relaxing stay. The apartment is a spacious size for the family and free wi-fi throughout the resort helps with keeping in touch with the office and news and so on. Also some good eat-out options next door outside the resort and also only 10mins walk to the modern shopping complex with various stores including the Sogo dept store, various specialty stores, cafes/bars and supermarkets. Will be coming back this year again

They are building a freeway over the sea which hopefully makes getting out of Nusa Dua a lot easier.

Having been to Bali over 30 trips, this Penthouse apartment provides all the facilities of a five star resort, yet all the comforts of a large home away from home with Penthouse style quality furniture and finishings! All staff were fantastic, genuinely happy to help! Great pool and spa areas and just a short walk (or shuttle bus ride) to the private clean sandy beach. Nice in-resort restaurant and open poolside bar or choose from plenty of local quality variety just a short walk or shuttle ride away to restaurant/shopping complex also w supermarket and pharmacy etc. You can just relax pool or beach side or lay back on the balcony over looking the resort and local area from the top floor.. There are various children, family and singles activities.. kids club, beach games & poolside fun. The hotel guest relations were really happy and helpful providing all options from various tours to private driver guides.. All round a fantastic location and great holiday. Oh yeah, the resort day spa is superb! little expensive for Bali but well worth the professional trained staff and all quality products ;) Will be back for sure,
