Apartments very tired and worn. I stayed there 9 years ago at the appartments and seems like nothing has been updated. But good value for money . Thank you.

This place was awesome and just what we needed for our family of 7. The convenience of being close to everything, shops, laundry and access to the resorts pools was great. The 3 bedroom apartment is kept clean and the cleaners changed the linen regularly. The have a tank of bottle water a toaster and microwave. They also have smart tvs in the master room and lounge so you're able to connect to your Netflix account which was useful for us during our stay when we wanted to watch before bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The fact that we left to go to another place!

Not being able to have a spare key & the reception was left unattended so we were not able to leave the key on many occasions. The gentleman at reception was clueless about our booking when we arrived which was very stressful. He had He showed no interest because it was a privately owned property. It was pure coincidence that a female worker working there had knowledge of who we were. The Bathrooms need a renovation and the bath tub I would not use. The other 1 was very smelly due to drainage. Overall the cleaning ladies did a good job cleaning with the condition of the apartment . The television was not working in the main bedroom. But good that we had access to Netflix and You tube. The apartment needs a “birthday” . If brightened up with white paint & replaced old pics it would have been much better. It wasn’t the worst place we have encountered and was suitable for the time we spent as we were traveling in a large group .

Great location. Perfect for families with two bedrooms. Air conditioning works well. Pool facilities great for all the family.

A little dated, pool towels clean but stained. Bathroom towels clean but off white colouring and bathroom grout needs tidying. Couldn’t get safe to work. Food options at the resort very pricey and not great quality, although plenty of options nearby.

Gym equipment broke and injured me, When I reported no one seemed to care. Tiles around pool are EXTREMELY slippery. Bedsheets were terrible, kept riding up and although they made them each day, after 10 days I’m not sure they were maybe changed once. They were not very nice. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Shower towels were old and thin.

This hotel is close to everything.

I booked an airport shuttle and it never picked me up which was very stressful since it was my first time toBali.
