Its just wonderful to stay here and I highly recommend it. I will be back over and over I love so much.

Wonderful location

Beautiful and huge apt with comfortable beds. Location is fantastic. Close to everything and quiet at night and day despite being in the middle of noisy street. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much it was well-maintained the staff was wonderful and we would consider the property again if we find our way back to Budapest in the future. Our two concerns that there was a washing machine but no dryer. So, any laundry had to be air dried, which takes a day. With that said, each bathroom was only provided one bath towel and one hand towel per week. We asked for a second set per bathroom so that we could wash the other sets and allow the towels to air dry for the day. We were told NO by the cleaning staff. So, we had to buy our own second set of towels for each bathroom. We hope that Lorenzo will reconsider a second set per bathroom per person due the circumstances of air drying and the amount of time it takes. Unfortunately, a side note is that it seems very popular in Budapest to hang huge 3-4 story tall advertisement banners on the taller building and the large picture window in the living room/dining room has a banner obstructing the great view of the major city street. One can see through the banner but it still obstructs the view. But, it is something we could live with. As mentioned these small issues should not stop you of considering this location. Lorenzo is a great host and we had no issues, so we are confident he would accommodate your needs.

The only negative comment is the LARGE BANNER in front of the main living room window AND the bright lights that shone in the window ALL NIGHT LONG.

The clean, stunning apartment with spectacular views and location was a hit with our adults sons and we 60 somethings. Beds and amenities first rate. Renters should know that entering requires unlocking and re locking 3 locks on two doors. We felt safe at all times, but it is a part of the daily experience. Also, clothes washer is excellent but there is not a dryer. This was not a problem for us.

My husband and I spent 6 days in this beautiful, impeccably designed apartment. Photos capture all rooms well, but the apt design details and lighting are lovely. The view and sunsets overlooking the Käroly Kt are marvelous. In spite of traffic noise from this thoroughfare, the special window shades make the apt nearly soundproof at night,. The location is perfect for exploring the city —it’s very central and an easy walk to most anywhere in Pest and to Buda over nearby Elizabeth Bridge or the Chain Bridge. We highly recommend this apartment and and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Budapest.

The flat was great for my wife and I and our two teenage children. It's in a noisy part of town but that wasn't a problem so high up. The beds are comfortable and having air conditioning on a hot day was a real comfort! Lorenzo arranged for Tomas to collect us from the airport and that was well worth the cost. Tomas was very friendly and helpful to us. In fact we used him repeatedly and enjoyed learning the history of the city and he gave helpful tips for us first timers. Giovanni greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the unit. He was very thoughtful and complete. During our stay there was a large advertising banner stretched across the front windows. In the morning we could see through it fairly well, but in the afternoon the sunlight made it difficult. The banner looks temporary so hopefully it's removed soon. Overall, we would definitely recommend this flat and stay here again.

Great location and great home for families

Gorgeous and spacious apartment with an incredible view. High quality interior design and amenities. Close to most Budapest sites either by walking or metro. Lorenzo was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again and have the highest recommendation for this place.

This condo is in an excellent location. Safe, clean and centrally located to everything. Grocery store (Spar) is 1/2 block away and Walgreens/CVS type store (DM) is 1 block away...both visible from condo. Restaurants galore....you name it, it's there. All types of transportation are accessible within 1 block. Excellent shopping close by and in all directions. Site-seeing attractions close by and in all directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience from the start. Lorenzo was quick to respond to communication. We used him to set up driver from the airport and even though we got in early he was there. Apartment was just as in the photos. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Location is very central for Budapest, most places were an easy walk or public transport was nearby. Area around apartment had grocery store, restaurants and bars that were well priced and very close by. Driver confirmed our return to airport when he dropped us off and was there early for us. No down side to renting this apartment. As others have stated although it is on a busy road the apartment was very quiet. The blinds on the windows made the rooms very dark for sleeping when completely lowered. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had 4 adults in this apartment and had ample space.

Great location. Beautiful apartment

The apartment is really lovely and well decorated. Both bathrooms are very modern and attractively appointed, only lacking counter space in one. The apartment had everything we needed. We only used one bed and it was very comfortable. Note that the dryer is a clothes rack but our clothes dried very quickly because the washer left clothes dryer than our home washer. The refrigerator needs servicing as it wasn’t cold enough for milk products. We made the apartment contact aware of this so hopefully that has been addressed. We used the separate freezer instead. Highly recommend this place and would definitely use again if we visit Budapest again.

This apartment is larger than you’d expect from the photos which was a delight. The view was incredible and the kitchen extremely well set up. Giovanni was very friendly to show us the space and Lorenzo was always quick to reply via email. I would definitely recommend this location while visiting Budapest.

This apartment could not be in a better location. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and suited us perfectly. The view down the main street while sitting at the dining table was spectacular. This was and great experience in every way.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 5 nights. It is in an excellent location--we walked everywhere, even to Heroes' Square. Really, it is close to just about everything a tourist would want to visit as well as to some neighborhoods in which to meld with the locals. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and the double-pane windows kept out any street noise. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it seemed fully stocked should we have wanted to. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Budapest. Large bedrooms, two modern full baths. Clean. Comfortable. Living room has beautiful view down Karoly krt. of trams and Budapest Eye. We take public transport everywhere, and this apartment is a few steps from Astoria, with the M2, buses and tram (six minutes on tram to the Central Market). Take the 16 bus directly to Matthias Church (be sure to tour the inside), get strudel at Ruszworm Confectionery, and then walk over to the Castle. Apartment also is a short walk to Deak Ferenc ter, with the M1, M2 and M3 and more bus routes. Plus so much to do within walking distance. Breakfast at the Solinfo Cafe is a block away, or go a few blocks to Circusz Cafe on Dob Utca. Many restaurants and ruins bars nearby. The apartment is safe on the fourth floor and pretty quiet (only the occasional siren or rumble from the tram). Building has two elevators. Local Korner just opened around corner on Semmelweis utca for good pizza (Google maps still shows it as Whiskers Cat Cafe, which is no more). Luca recommended Ruben Etterem on Magyar utca for dinner, which was excellent (we then walked down to Central Kavehaz on Karoly utca for good dessert). Walk to Varosmarty ter and stop at Szamos Gourmet Has for cakes. Yes, we like our desserts in Budapest. Our aunt who lives in the Buda hills described this apartment as luxurious, and she was right. Definitely recommend.

This lovely apartment in a beautiful old apartment with fabulous courtyards is a gem. Great location right across from the Great Synagogue. Manager very helpful. Strongly recommend.
