Stuff is very helpful and friendly , accommodating the restaurant stuff and coffee shop stuff way beyond expectations.

Breakfast bar with like scrambled eggs, bacon More towards European and American tourists but overall everything was very fresh and tasted good

L’hotel est rénové et propre

la chambre etait trop sombre on est tout le temps dans le noir et il faut allumer la lumière toute la journée dommage qu’on ne soit pas coté rue. Le petit déjeuner est inmangeable vraiment il n’y avait rien a manger meme le café n’était pas bon.

This is a great little hotel if you're planning a trip to Cairo ! We travelled as a family from the UK and had the large family suite. The room was very comfortable for our three night stay. It's located in a popular, safe area of Cairo and things like the Egyptian museum are within easy walking distance. Plenty of shops too. The hotel has a small bar downstairs where you can get beers, wines etc there is also a smart cafe in the lobby for coffee and cakes. The staff really were terrific and a credit to the hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to visit this hotel again

Çok fazla araştırma yaptım ve fiyat/performans olarak en iyi otel bu diyebilirim arkadaşlar. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Mai, dina, mostafa çok yardımcı oldular.🥰 kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Eşyalarımızı çıkış saatinden sonra bırakmamıza müsade ettiler ve bu bizi çok mutlu etti. Çok geç saatte giriş yaptık ve sorun olmadı. Ayrıca ödediğimiz odadan daha iyi bir odaya aldılar ve bu da bizi çok mutlu etti. Konumu da süper. Mısır a gelen arkadaşlarıma önerebileceğim bir otel. Özellikle türk arkadaşlar içiniz rahat olsun. Temizlik(mısır ın genel sorunu) mısır şartlarına göre iyidir(ama biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Odada saç kurutma makinesi olsaydı çok iyi olabilirdi.

The staff is very nice. Breakfast is delicious. Both the Egyptian museum and Khan el-Khalili are within walkable distance, Tahrir Square and Tower of Cairo as well if you like walking. The cafe of the hotel is also nice for late evenings.

The carpets could be cleaner in the rooms and the shower area could be isolated from the rest of the bathroom in order to prevent spread of water.

I recently stayed at Atlas International Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job ensuring everything was spotless. Moreover, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

الموظفين خلوقين كلهم بلا استثتاء، ومي متواصلة من قبل الوصول ومتابعة.

الاستقبال فقط هو اللي شكله ثلاثة نجوم، لكن الغرف فوق شبه نظام الشقق وقديمة.

It is incredible that it is allowed to smoke in the hotel cafe and bar in 2023! On a loud street, but no soundproofing. Bathroom could be upgraded, by adding shower curtain, and something to put hand towel on.

J'ai eu une chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec la réservation. Une chambre catégorie suite Deluxe. Y'a rien de suite ni de luxe dans l'affaire : D'abord j'ai eu une chambre plus petite sans lit canapé, ce qui a été dans la description c'était une chambre de 38m avec canapé-lit. Quand j'ai réclamé et crié au scandale, on m'a donné un matelas super sale avec des draps hyper dégueulasses. J'ai préféré dormir par terre. Je ne vous raconte pas la frustration que j'ai senti car on était dans un groupe de trois familles, on a tous fait la même réservation et on a tous payé le même prix. Mais on était les seuls mal logés ! Tout en sachant qu'il y'avait dans le groupe une famille moins nombreuses. Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont fait l'affection. C'est soit par incompétence soit par malveillance pour des raisons que je n'ose pas citer .. mais dans les deux cas c'est juste aberrant et frustrant. Le petit déjeuner est pire. Le café c'est un jus de chaussettes. Même les oeufs bouillis sont ratés !! ( Ils ont tellement bouilli que le jaune est enveloppé d'une couche verdâtre puante). Quand tu demandes quelque chose qui manque dans le restaurant, tu auras droit à un hochement de tête puis de l'indifférence totale. Alors je relance peut-être qu'on a juste oublié... Rien !! Nada ! Toujours le même hochement de tête puis on continue sa vie sans pépin. Conclusion : à faire comme la peste !

The staff absolutely I love it all of them very kind helpful and with a smile, I would like to give a big thanks to cleaner Asmaa she was lovely, to the receptionist mohamed gamal, absolutely gentleman and helpful, the guys of security that I don't have names but help out in a moment that I really needed... all of them makes me feel safe in the hotel and very welcomed. In another things I liked well recepción is very nice and have a restaurant just on side, was very silent and comfortable to sleep.

Is more a recommendation because I like all, the shower part can be divided so is not going to get all wet when you take a shower and the room in the bed side a bit more of illumination. That's all the rest was perfect.

المكان رائع من ناحية االامان و لطاقم كامل و مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لمن يهوى وسط البلد

يوجد بعض الاعمال الانشائية جوار الفندق مما يسبب بعض الازعاج خصوصاً في الصباح الباكر ( وهذا ليس للفندق يد فيه)

تعامل الاستقبال وخاصة الاستاذه آيه والاستاذ محمد شكرا لهم والطاقم بالكامل

حسن تعامل الموظفين ورحابة صدورهم وبشاشة الوجه وسرعة الاستجابة وبالأخص الأخت آية في الاستقبال

عدم توفر الماء الساخن بدورات المياه بفترة المساء

الافطار جيد ومتنوع وموظفين الاستقبال تعاملهم احترافي واخص الاستاذه آيه لها مني كل الشكر بعد حل مشكله حصلت لي في الحجز
