Spotless, close to sea, some great pubs up the road. Comfy bed. Easy access.

A minor thing: the air freshener in lobby/ staircase area is too much.

Easy to check in. Spotlessly clean, excellent position. Good eating places nearby. Well equipped.

Fantastic little hotel thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the marina Hotel you couldn't ask for more the beach is a very short walk to the bottom of the road & only a few minutes walk to the Palace pier ,if you go left of hotel you have the high street you will find a few drinking & food & plenty of shops ,definitely worth the stay at this hotel will come again ,staff very friendly.

A warm welcome and a homely feel. Tea and coffee in room, with full shared kitchen and fridges available for use. We stayed in a room with a private ensuite and everything was clean and tidy.

Good location, clean room, large comfy bed, good value

Only negative was no parking permit available which was actually one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation. This needs to be taken off the description as very misleading.

the stafff was amazing , location was brilliant/beautiful/ amazing. it felt like home for a few days . the environment was very cozy.

the tv could have been bigger , and the signal / Wi-Fi at the top floor could have been better phone service wasn’t all that at the top floor

Everything is top, the room was small but comfortably and nicely furnished. Everything you need is there: hairdryer, kettle, bathrobe, slippers for the way to the external bathroom, wifi. I slept very well, even without earplugs. A very friendly welcome. All in all, a great stay, thank you.

Great location, very short walk into centre. Rooms were bright, comfortable and really clean. Owners were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

The staff were incredibly friendly! The rooms were clean! No dust or dirt to be found, towels, gels and coffee were supplied. The room was bright, warm and quiet

Almost everything was perfect. The room was a lovely size and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful hotel stay, will definitely be back.

Only one con about it and that was that it only had a shower, however the staff sent me a lovely message informing me of that fact when I queried about it. So I was aware before I arrived.
