Very central location though situated on a busy road with no ability to park up and unload luggage. No signage for the b&b to see when driving. Tiny plaque on the door.

Very rude host (tall bald man) when I queried it was a "deluxe suite" but had no sitting area, no mini bar in room and no fridge! Although all were listed on the details. He said sitting area was communal (across the hall and though the permanently locked reception area. Likewise outside terrace. Fridge he said was broken (with a shrug). A fridge was very important to us as we were on a long road trip. Bathroom tiny. Monstrosity ceiling light not in keeping with the building. I queried a discount for our two nights. He threw a 20 euro note, said ciao and slammed the door! We never saw him again for the rest of our stay. Charming man. Every hotel/b&b we have stayed in as had same facilities though not over stated as a deluxe suite.

Ho apprezzato la posizione ottima, comoda e subito nel centro della città. La vista sull'ingresso del centro ottima. Comodo il parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. L'edificio storico rende l'atmosfera di un palazzo storico toscano: molto bello!

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nell'utilizzo di una delle chiavi, dovuta probabilmente all'età del palazzo (o della porta di accesso alla stanza). Avrei preferito trovare in bagno un sapone per le mani, oltre alle monodosi di bagnoschiuma. La doccia non si chiudeva bene, quindi abbiamo dovuto farla in fretta, per cercare di non allagare il bagno.

Tutto, struttura bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, camera e bagno grandi, pulitissimi, letto comodissimo.

Bellissima casa, appartamenti comodi e spaziosi all'interno di una palazzina d'epoca nel centro storico di Lucca, adiacente alle mura (comodo anche per entrare in auto per scaricare i bagagli). Arredata con gusto e con mobili d'epoca, piena di libri negli spazi comuni, caminetto, salotto, grande terrazzo.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, giusto come miglioria, se possibile, organizzerei anche la colazione negli spazi comuni, comunque sono a disposizione cialde per il caffè e il thè

Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Lucca kennenzulernen. Die Familiensuite ist sehr praktisch und ein Zimmer ist schön hell. Es hat große Fenster auf zwei Seiten, dieses Zimmer ist geräumig. Das andere Zimmer ist Durchgangszimmer auf dem Weg zum Hauptzimmer. Es stehen Bademäntel zur Verfügung. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber man kann problemlos in vielen naheliegenden Bars ein Frühstück einnehmen, mit frischen, herzhaft belegten Foccaccia und Süßstückchen. Oder man kann das Frühstück einkaufen und auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse einnehmen. Diese ist mit Terassenmöbeln ausgestattet und ruhig mit Aussicht auf einen Park. Der wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnzimmerbereich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung war eine sehr schöne Überraschung.

Die Familiensuite liegt zur Straßenseite. Es gibt nicht viel Autoverkehr, da die Stadt verkehrsberuhigt ist, aber die Straße ist sehr belebt mit Fußgängern, Vespas, Radfahrern. Wer also absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht ganz richtig. Wer aber eine landestypische belebte Atmosphäre schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.

Excellent location and very nice room with shady terrace

The location was ideal, room fantastic size! The male staff member- was not very nice when I initially had trouble with my key/finding the room.
