Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. It felt like a home from home. Very clean and modern. Loved having the different verandas to sit on during the day. Thanks to Jim and Trisha for all their help during our stay. Such a lovely couple. We will be back.

Villa was everything we had hoped for, and in a great location as well. Linda and Steve, the owners, are great people and were so easy to correspond with in the booking of their villa. The villa is managed by a lovely couple next door to the villa, Trish & Jim, who were an enormous help during our holiday. Trish was there, waiting to greet us on arrival and showed us round the property explaining everything, really helpful. Not much to add, as everything in previous reviews are absolutely spot on. We loved everything about the property and are looking at next year's dates with the hope of staying there again and would recommend the villa to family and friends without any hesitation. The villa was spacious and clean throughout with good decor and modern appliances. A lovely quiet and safe location just a short walk from the main town.

What a fantastic 2 weeks we enjoyed at this property. The accommodation is as described though doesn't show how good it is. It is very much a "home from home" with nothing missing. The veranda area is superb with unbroken views across the sea and mountains, you are spoilt for choice. Both the owners and management team excelled, always there if needed but not intrusive. This is a property which rates highly and is one we hope to visit again soon.

Only a short drive from the airport and located in a quiet area with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, so in our opinion this villa is perfectly located for beach holidays or for exploring this beautiful island. We love Fuerteventura and would recommend Caleta De Fuste as the place to stay having stayed there many times. We have just spent a month in the villa which is spacious well-appointed spotlessly clean with multiple terraces and balconies which are equipped for both sunbathing and al fresco dinning. Basically we just have to agree with everyone else it’s a lovely Villa which we first saw it in November 2019 when we were in Fuerteventura and the owners kindly arranged for us to view it. This is when we first met Trish and Jim who live on the complex and look after the Villa for the owners. We immediately booked for June 2020 thinking as we all did at that time what could possibly go wrong. 19 months later we finally got there and during that time I must say that communication with the owners was excellent, they were so helpful, understanding and accommodating while we were dealing with cancelled flights and changing flight times. Worth mentioning at this point that during these uncertain times or any times for that matter not all properties offer the same cancellation and refund policies as this one. I believe they can range from 100% refunds as offered by this property to totally non-refundable bookings including for reasons relating to Covid 19 so worth checking before you book. Jim and Trish are a lovely couple they are so friendly and helpful. Think we were the first guest they had seen for a long time for obvious reasons. We also believe that lockdown there was pretty tough initially and that they also haven’t seen any members of their family for a very long time. We sincerely hope that changes for them very soon.

Having stayed in many villas and apartments in Caleta, this is our absolute favourite It’s clear that the owners have invested time, thought and money into providing high quality and comfortable bedding, furniture and kitchen equipment . It’s by far the most comfortable place we’ve stayed. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

we was lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights and found the villa very clean and tidy on arrival. The location is great just a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town which has plenty of restaurants and bars to explore! We hired a car so made use of the parking space provided, and the views from the terrace are great (once the sandstorm had cleared) Although we did not eat in the kitchen looked well supplied with utensils etc. We are coming back in August and are so looking forward to it!

This villa is beautiful and in a great location just a short walk from Caleta town centre. The children loved the space and the balconies were real sun traps. Great place for watching the New Year fireworks from! Would highly recommend this holiday home.

We had a lovely stay in your villa everything you would need , spotless and Trish and Jim were lovely and helpful,will definitely be coming back already told friends and family about it,only one thing and it's not a moan just a suggestion would be a full length mirror but it didn't spoil our time in your beautiful villa we all had a fantastic time x

This property is really lovely, we stayed for the first time in 2018 and we booked it back up for 3 visits for 2019. We have been staying in Caleta for approx. 15 years and this villa is perfect for me and my hubby as we like lots of space and a very quiet location. The villa is just over a 5 to 7 minute walk to the local supermarkets and Zanzibar which is one of our favourites. There is also a small bar and pizza takeaway place a couple of minutes walk away. The villa is set on a quiet residential complex with a shared pool which is currently undergoing maintenance work. Linda and Steve are always upgrading items in the villa and the top balconies are great to sunbathe on. Trish and Jim who look after the villa are very helpful but they will also give you enough space to enjoy your holiday. We've already booked 2 weeks for 2020!

My wife and I stayed for the third time, for exactly 60 days, in Linda's beautiful villa, and this time too our stay was perfect. The villa is located a short distance from the beautiful beach of Caleta de Fuste: you can get there on foot in just ten minutes. The residential complex in which it is located is elegant and very quiet. The neighbors Patricia and Jim, who are the caretakers of the villa, are two fantastic people for sympathy, kindness and availability. The villa is furnished with new furniture, large wardrobes in each of the three bedrooms; also the appliances (washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer) are brand new. Ultimately, here we always find everything needed to make a holiday perfect: no doubt we will return here In coming years.

Well equipped villa with a large terrace for sunbathing / eating . Good location 15 / 20 mins walk from beaches and cheapest supermarket . Would definitely return though lack of on site pool would be a miss in summer

A fantastic base within easy reach of the town but far enough away to not be disturbed. Every detail has been thought of in the villa and the top terrace is a fantastic sun trap. Jim and Trish next door are always on hand with their local knowledge and tips. A lovely week over Christmas with the weather being very kind indeed. Look forward to visiting again

We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Only thing we had to buy was food. Kitchen was fully equipped and washing machine came in handy. House was clean and tidy as was the pool and surrounding areas. We all had a great stay and Mick was very helpful as well. We’ll be back😀

We have stayed in this magnificent villa for two months, from January to March 2018 . The villa is perfect, well equipped, clean and well-maintened; it's situated in a splendid and quiet location 3/4 of a mile from the beautiful Caleta de Fuste beach. The terraces, which offer a truly enchanting sea view, are equipped with comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing. The villa has a parking space, in which even two small cars can stay. We are completely satisfied, and have already booked for two future stays here.

this is a top notch property. the villa itself is within easy access of the main resort of Caletta, which can be walked to within 5 - 10 minutes max and at the end of the night a taxi ride takes minutes; it is close enough to be easy to access, but still affords a lovely sense of peace and quiet. additionally 3 minutes walk away there is a small complex which has a number of bars, a very well stocked Hipperdino supermarket and the wonderful Nestors restaurant, (fabulous steak) back to the villa, this is furnished to a very high standard with lovely fittings and everything you need for a true self catering experience. it is exceedingly spacious, and although there were 4 adults staying 6 would have not felt cramped in anyway the inside as mentioned is beautifully furnished, the bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of room, bathrooms are stunning and the inside living area is gorgeous. the kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you decide to eat in, but I guess the real bonus is the amount of outside areas . there are four of these with one off the kitchen and three leading off of the upstairs accommodation all offering some fantastic views the ease of arriving and the helpfulness of Trish and Jim with this process make this villa a complete pleasure to stay in, such lovely people, and your whole experience is supported through out with easy communication through the owners Steve and Linda I cannot recommend this beautiful villa highly enough, and thank you once again to Trish and Jim, and Steve and Linda for making this such an enjoyable holiday

What can we say about this villa. One of the best villa complexes we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Plenty of outside areas to enjoy the sunshine or shade. Very well equipped and in an excellent location. Trish and Jim who looked after the villa were very helpful and informative. Just one minor suggestion would be to provide a hairdryer which would have been useful but other than that everything was perfect. Found a real hidden gem.

The Villa is in a lovely position. Situated within walking distance to the town . It has lovely views out to sea. Very clean and everything you would need for a brilliant Holliday is provided. Trish and Jimmy who look after the house are brilliant. Very helpful and full of useful information .

This is a lovely villa which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, and , with three terraces to choose from, there is always somewhere pleasant to sit outside, whether you prefer sun or shade. The complex is quiet but conveniently located within walking distance of a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as being just a short taxi ride from the main town and marina. I would confidently recommend this property to friends and family, knowing they would be well looked after and thoroughly enjoy their stay. We will be going back very soon!!

Very good villa in quite location but handy for all facilities, villa was very clean with everything needed, except for a dishwasher, to enjoy a good holiday. The booking process was very good with all information being sent by the owners, Jim andTrish live next door and they look after the villa for the owners and are available for anything required, all in all very good.

Great stay, the villa is large and spacious, very clean. serious and professional owners. Beautiful house and beautiful view. Kindness of the people who give the keys! everything was perfect, we will return. Thank you for all!

We stayed at the villa for 14 nights, 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room inside and various terraces outside to choose from, and you get a seaview from all the terraces. Jim & Trish the agents were lovely and we were able to check into the villa early The villa is in a great location just up the hill from Caleta and within a 15min stroll to the beach, you may need a taxi if you have trouble walking but they are only about €3. There is also a bus terminal close if you want to explore the island without hiring a car. This villa is fantastic value and we would highly recommend it. We will definitely be coming back.

This was a fantastic property for 4 adults and 2 wee ones, My wife and I travelled with a 4 year old and 7 month old and Nana/Grandad. We had an excellent stay here for 10 nights, the property was immaculate and was very homely. Its location was great for us, we could walk down the road a couple of minutes to Zanzibar or the Montecastillo centre which has an arrangement of bars and eateries and some euro slot games and rides for the kids. We liked to walk down into Caleta 10 min stroll and taxi which are in abundance back up to the villa in the evening which was just about 2.50-3€ a time. Please check out Fado Rock, Fusion 22 and Boudeghra all great. We only had some very small recommendations, some plastic cups/bowls/plates for little ones would've have been great, a BBQ would have been the icing on the cake, I love a BBQ and was a little sad that there wasnt one there, but the Malibu pool bar by Elite do a 4€ all you can eat one on a Thursday ;). FInally we didnt use the pool by the villa very much at all, due to the lack of shade around it, but there is plenty of other pools to use, Elite Pool Bar was our favourite. Everyone so friendly and accommodating, especially Jim and Trish. Beware of the Taxi drivers they are always cleaning their vehicles and if you have a baby with crumbs on or a grain of sand from the beach, be prepared for disapproving looks, tutting and huffing, we found it quite funny in the end. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Fuerteventura, it was an extremely high standard and catered for just about all our needs (except the BBQ ;) ) The booking process, the detail and the instructions were all excellent and simple to follow, you also don't need a car unless you want to explore the island, and as I drive a lot at home I didn't want to it on holiday. Would we return? Absolutely yes. Very happy family, wish we were still there.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Fuerteventura. The villa was in a great location-we found it very quiet and relaxing but the restaurants, bars and nightlife were a short walk away. It's good to have the option! Our party included 2 families ranging from 2-59 and we all enjoyed ourselves, something for everyone and the layout of the villa allowed us all to have our own space even though we were living together! The pool was very close and we enjoyed our time there too, as it is a residential complex we had the area to ourselves most times we went. Beach was lovely and we walked to the marina where we loved fishing in the rock pools and best mojitos ever! We also found the restaurants to be very reasonably priced but on the recommendation of the management agents we did get a taxi to the big supermarket when we arrived and stocked up too :-) In conclusion we had a fantastic time and have recommended this place to friends and family.
