Property was nice and spacious with good facilities for cooking. Pool was nice and sun deck area was great. The owner Steve was in contact before we arrived and was easily reachable. Location was fine although we had to drive to the beach and shops but not too big of a deal. The downstairs of the property feels a bit damp and affected my partner's breathing a little so could possibly benefit from a dehumidifier down there or perhaps some attention to the damp.

The villa was clean and tidy and had all the things needed for our stay. There was eight of us in the group and the bedrooms, bathrooms and facilities were more than ample. If we had to have a gripe it would be that it was a bit of a distance to the front and amenities, but even that wasn’t too bad as taxis were very cheap and easily available, all in all a very enjoyable holiday

Villa has so much space and everything you need with all excellent quality furnishings. Although situated on hill the stroll into the town is very pleasant. Would recommend car hire to explore the island but was also just lovely relaxing around the pool.

Could not fault this Villa, everything we needed, nice furnishings, jaccuzi bath, 2 large showers, washing m/c, well equipped kitchen, fans for each room, heaters also just in case, and capped off nicely with a smashing pool area complete with sun loungers and rattan furniture etc.

Communication with June from the initial booking to access to the premises and instruction from Steve & Anna was first class. The villa was very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All in all first class. We will be back.

Vast villa ideal for families and groups. Views from location were spectacular and the area is very quiet. Plenty of space outside and in for everyone to share and enjoy. Very comfortable and homely. All you need to self cater with ease. Once you navigated the entertainment system there was plenty to choose from for all tastes/ages. Pool was an added bonus however the property manager had to reset it once during our stay as the heating system had tripped out. The outside dining table and chairs had to be cleaned by us before use, not just because a bit of dust had landed, but because it didn't look like they had been cleaned in a while - other people's crumbs/crisps on the seats and a dirty/greasy table top. We didn't refer this to the property manager as we just dealt with it ourselves. We had a car which we felt would be essential for people who are not that fit or mobile because the villa is up a steep hill. Taxis were less than 4 EUROS to/from the centre of Caleta de Fuste (March 2022) however, so not too expensive if you didn't drive. Property Manager was very helpful when needed, e.g. when the WiFi went down (transpired there was an issue with the ISP NOT the system in the villa). Thoroughly recommend this property for those looking for a chilled out holiday without fuss.

We’ve had a great week staying in this lovely home. Everything is spotlessly clean with wonderful comfortable furniture both inside and out. Nice pool to have a dip in. Lovely views towards the sea especially in the evening from the upstairs terrace. Was even up early enough one morning to sea the sun rising up over the sea. Communication was very good with June the owner and Steve who takes great care of it. Check in was very straight forward. Look forward to returning in the future. Thank you.

The villa lies in a residential area. Bedrooms are spacious with large wardrobes. The villa has wonderful views to the sea and the golf, a nice little pool and a sunny outside area. We missed a regular coffee maschine instead of drinking instant coffee and there could be more kitchen ustensils, one big pan and one big pot is not enough. (Therefore only 4,5 stars)other than that, the Villa is well equipped, linen and towels provided as well as a good Wifi. The owners are not complicated and so we enjoyed a late checkout . We surely recommend the villa.

Your villa is absolutely beautiful, everything is of a very good standard eg beds the lovely comfy sofas inside and out, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, sunbeds outside around the pool enough for everyone even beach towels for everyone, we all had a great stay, 6 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter, we never felt cramped at all plenty of room inside and outside the villa we would recommend it to anyone without a doubt and we will defiantly be back the next time we take a family holiday, the villa is at the top of the hill but we didn't find it a problem at all we hired cars, but you can ring for a taxi which is outside in a matter of mins for 3 euros to take you down into the town centre, and if you tell them the amount of people you need the taxi for they send you one to fit you all, and of course being at the top of the hill the views are amazing, thank you for a wonderful family holiday

Just got back from a 2 week stay in this lovely spacious villa. The villa is huge and furnished to a high standard. There was everything you needed for a comfortable holiday, everything was very clean and Steve and Anna who manage the property, where on hand if needed. When we arrived we had a problem with the safe, rang Steve up straight away , we told him we were popping out for provisions, was gone about an hour, got back and he had been and sorted it whilst we were out . For me for the 2 week stay I would have liked a change of bed sheets, we were lucky we had glorious weather and was able to strip the bed and wash and dry the sheets in no time. I would recommend this villa without any hesitation.

June's Villa is wonderful. It is decorated nicely and has everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. Yes the pool was cold when you first entered, but after a couple of minutes you soon forget the temperature. We did have a couple of niggles like the code on the safe in the double bedroom not working and a problem with the pump not working correctly on the waste water system. However Steve and Anna (Steve actually got a Plumber out straight away) who manage the property for June were always available and nothing was too much trouble. We had hired a couple of cars for our 2 week break and there was ample parking right outside the Villa for both cars. I always worry about the strength of the beds when booking a Villa (I am, lets say a well built lad), but these were probably the best beds I have come across in any Villa. They are strong and very comfortable. We look forward to returning to this wonderful Villa.

We hired this villa for 8 ladies celebrating 2 birthdays. It was amazing. So relaxing. The sofa was extra comfy for our movie night and the table and chairs were an excellent spot for us all to watch the royal wedding. We were surprised that everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied. I must say I'm not sure it's for children as there isn't much close by to keep them occupied. But for a group of 8 ladies aged 25-39 it was prefect (especially if your a sun worshipper). I would say the walk to town is about 25-30 mins we did this on the first evening and first morning but then we took a card from one of the taxi drivers on the way back up so never walked down again. Taxi is cheap as chips, never paid more than €3.65 for an 8 seater. We went to the beach on the first day but decided to sunbathe around the pool as we had everything we needed around us and all 8 sunloungers we so comfy. Top tip, get one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Phone reception is very weak in ground floor bedrooms. I have never stayed in a villa before as I have always done all inclusive but this home from home villa has completely changed the way I will do holidays in the future. I will definitely be returning here. I have nothing negative to say about our 5 night stay and would book to return again tomorrow if I had any work annual leave left. Wow - after nearly a year we returned to this Villa to find everything still in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. Everything you require for a self catering holiday is here. We particularly enjoy the peaceful setting, away from the bars. restaurants and nightlife of Callete de Fuste. However the ability to be able to call a taxi and be part of that scene within 5 minutes and 5 euros is also very appealing. Would thoroughly recommend to families or groups of friends. The bedroom layout and ample bathrooms make it ideal.

We had a lovely family holiday can't fault the villa lovely and clean and everything we required. It was quite a walk to town but all downhill so no problem and taxis cheap to get back up. Some really good restaurants the only down side was the pool was cold but we new it wasn't heated so braved it o.k once you was in would recommend.

The only reason this isn’t a five out of five is due to the pool not being heated. We have just returned from a week in April as a family of 6, youngest being just under 2 and due to the pool being so cold he couldn’t swim in it and my 7 year old didn’t enjoy swimming in the pool but loved to push his brothers in. My 8 and 5 year old loved it although they both said they wished it was warm but happily made do. I’m sure in the summer it will be great it was just too cold when also dealing with the cool winds this time of year in fuerteventura. I believe June is looking into maybe changing this for the future. The villa is split on two levels with 2 double bedrooms in both areas. We had the baby up with us and the older boys enjoyed the downstairs space as their own. The staircase is open to the elements so a jumper in the eve is needed at this time of year. The stairway is steep for little toddlers but you can lock the doors to ensure they don’t toddle off, our 22 month old could just manage them on his own so we were fine, There is your necessities on arrival which is fab and the property managers did a shop for us prior to arrival. They did charge €20 for the privilege (which they hadn’t mentioned when booking it with them) however their is the local supermarket literally 1 min drive away so there’s no need to do this in advance. We hired a car and are pleased we did as the hill up to the villa is a good, steep walk although the taxi services are great but with 4 kids we took the easier option. There’s lots to do and the beaches are great so a lovely holiday had by us.

What a lovely villa and so spacious and clean, family of 8 and we had ample room with a sun lounger each, which is unusual as most places we have stayed in previous only have 4-6. The furnishing in this house are so comfortable, from the beds to the dining chairs and the sofa was so comfy as had extending base and moveable head rests too. The photos don't show really how great this villa is, it is so much nicer than you see in photos. This villa is spotlessly clean and I mean it was literally spotless. June was very prompt with email responses to my questions and very kindly allowed us to check in early and have a slightly later check out. Location is excellent, would recommend a car, but walk to shop only 20 mins, but uphill on way back. Jacuzzi bath was a lovely addition too and since the house is equipped with a smart tv, been able to log onto our Netflix account was wonderful especially for the children. Wifi coverage was excellent around pool and in kitchen/living area, 2 of the bedrooms didn't have wifi coverage but we didn't find this a problem as the coverage in living areas and pool area was excellent. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay, you will not be disappointed!

This was the second time that we stayed in this villa and it was lovely again! The villa perfectly suits our needs and is located in a nice, quiet area. Our 7-day stay, that was already great, would have been even better with a few extra towels.

Our 1st time staying in this villa, 6 of us stayed for a week(3 couples) to celebrate my husbands 50th, this villa is stunning, June really has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, the whole villa is fully equipped with everything, very spacious and immaculately clean, Steve & Anna always on hand to help, would definetly recommend this villa to anyone who is prepared to look after it

Superb accommodation. Group of 8 adults staying for 4 nights in this modern clean and well appointed villa. Did not use pool as the weather was a bit cold but its another great feature. Speedy and efficient service for key collection. You'll need to book cabs or hire a car if you're staying here. Cab one way into Calleta 5 euros. Will be back again in November

We (6 adults) enjoyed our stay in the villa very much. It is spacious and has a fantastic view. Moreover, the house was very clean and complete in terms of kitchen utensils, towels etc. We had some minor issues (missing coffee maker, wifi) and these were taken care of almost immediately. We will return for sure!
