Nice house overall, fantastic views, nice updates, overall very clean and easy checkin process. Only issue at all was bed in master bedroom was uncomfortable. Overall had a great time and would stay at house again.

Outside it’s an unassuming lake house. Inside it’s a spacious, tasteful, and comfortable home. The huge decks (upper and lower) each provide plenty of space for relaxing (and napping.) The only thing you need to bring is food and drink because the cabin is fully (and I mean *fully*) furnished with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family and still each person can find their own space. Direct access to the lake and also a pier. Very much looking forward to a return visit to this peaceful retreat.

My friends and I booked this house for a boys trip and it was absolutely fantastic! Great fishing off the dock and comfy bed for night! Would 100 percent rent again!

I couldn't have been happier with the property. It was what we expected plus more. The continuous stream of hummingbirds was an added bonus.

This is a nice home but old and rundown on the outside. The listing doesn’t show any photos of the front of the house so, after a 6hr drive, we weren’t even sure we were at the right house - there is no address on it. The code for the keypad didn’t work so it took us a half hour to get inside. The listing mentions that there are stairs (it’s a 2-story home) but it does not mention how steep it is walking from where you have to park to where you enter the house. I have a bad knee and this posed a problem for me; stairs are fine, but a steep and muddy incline is not and we would not have chosen this property if they had mentioned this in the listing. The inside was nice and looked mostly like the photos. The stuff in the kitchen was mostly clean, but the utensil drawers were crumby and some of the utensils and dishes were not very clean. Everything else was surprisingly clean though and the furnishings were comfortable except for the king bed in the room with the view - it sucks. It has a queen size pillow topper on a king mattress and was not comfortable. The other king bed was a super firm and noisy mattress that also had bedding that was too small. The owners really need to spring for a functioning set of curtains for both sliding doors upstairs. They kept falling off the clips that held them in place and were on the jankiest curtain rods I’ve ever seen; they literally looked like they were seconds away from falling down. There is also a lamp upstairs in the family room that is a fire hazard - the wiring and lightbulb are super loose so we unplugged it. As for the outside, the Adirondack chairs were missing, but we were surprised to find fishing poles, although only one of them actually worked. The dock is larger in person than it appears in the photos, and we used the fire pit one night but couldn’t find roasting sticks anywhere. The town is nice and there’s an excellent beach with a really amazing playground near the marina, so we went there and flew a kite and walked on the world’s largest floating boardwalk. We literally had the beach to ourselves because it was the off season, so it was peaceful. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there are definitely things they could do to make the home better.

This property was beautiful! Very relaxing! A perfect family get away! The house is perfectly set up with amazing views and everything you could need for a wonderful vacation!

The cabin at Mica Bay was beautiful and very comfortable. We want to come back in the summer! Really nice property and we would stay again.

This waters edge cabin is very unique due to its kitchen/living space upgrades yet a very comfortable, rustic lake vibe. The boat dock and beach is a big plus.

The cabin was nicely updated, very comfortable and roomy. Zero complaints! We also enjoyed how close the cabin was to the water and our little grandkids had a nice shoreline to play on. It’s hard to find this kind of a scenario on the lake! Checking in and out was effortless! We are looking forward to booking here again!

Super fun to stay in the lake and have water toys galore! Had an issue with the cleanliness of the home at first, but vacasa resolved the issue quickly .would definitely consider staying here again!

House and location were perfect for six of us. Parking is a little tight for full size pickups though. Better for cars.

Property was well stocked. Deck and dock were very enjoyable to spend time on. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to Coeur d’Alene.

Nice kitchen and many lovely updates to the home. Sliding screen door to the main deck needs replaced. Didn’t spend anytime on upper deck, looked out dated. Wifi was great. Views amazing. Parking was a challenge but doable even with a small car. Walked past the boat landing and took the road to the left. Saw a small moose in the willows near the lake. What a treat!

The bedrooms had not been touched since the 1970's, the floor squeaks tremendously. There was a window pane that had fallen out, obviously due to a rotten frame and was repaired by taping a piece of a tarp over the open area. The driveway was so steep and narrow that we didnt feel safe parking on it, so we parked on the main drive above. Enough negative. The kitchen was nicely done and had everything we needed to make meals during our stay. The living room and dining area were nice. The view of the lake was awesome.

This is a beautiful home! The pictures are just what you get. The kitchen was the most fully stocked one we’ve ever seen. We were going to buy muffin tins in order to bake birthday cupcakes, but found some in the kitchen. Linens, beds, and couches we spotless and extremely comfortable. The two bathrooms were awesome and had all the amenities anyone would need. Don’t bother taking your blow dryer, magnifying makeup mirror, toiletries, or any other bathroom essentials because this home has everything you’ll need. And need I say anything about the view and two decks? We had family visit for dinner and built a fire in the fire pit in the beach. It was a great time! I would highly recommend this property for it’s peaceful location, beautiful views, and excellent amenities which have been fully upgraded. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying at this peaceful cabin! The views alone were well worth it but the rowboat, kayak and canoe made it perfect for the whole family! Kitchen was well stocked, many towels, gas fireplace for everyone to enjoy and nice quiet area. It was also easy to get to and clean.

Let's start by saying property was exactly as described. Can't beat the sunrise. Perfect view every morning. If I were to change one thing it would be the chairs and benches for the dining table. They weren't comfortable after awhile when playing cards with the family. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need. For the women there is a makeup mirror. Parking could be a little tricky if you have a hard time backing down a hill. There is evidence of this when you look at the neighbors gutter. Very close to Coeur D'alene city center but far enough away to be in nature. Saw moose and deer in the area. Would stay again no questions asked.

We really enjoyed this home. The location was awesome, The lake was beautiful the house accommodated everybody, and the kitchen was stocked with every pan needed. We will definitely be back. It really be at the trip.

We enjoyed this lakehouse very much. There weren’t any paddle boards as listed, though. Hopefully, the kitchen window frame will be repaired to close the 6 inch gap, which let in lots of bugs. There was no way to notify the property manager about this.

This house was more than we expected. Great views of the lake from every level. The house was very well appointed. Kayaks with life jacket was a wonderful thing to have. You are right on the lake and can swim in a private beach as long as you wish. This is going to be my go-to place in Couer D'alene.

The location of this home is very nice. It's a quiet end of CDA lake and has beautiful views as well as lovely access to a private beach and swimming area. The water access is gradual which was nice for small kids. There were some loose ends inside the house itself but overall it was nice.

We really enjoyed this rental. It was very clean and was in a great location. Close enough to town to run in if we needed something. The kids loved swimming off the small beach and fishing off the dock. It was nice that a kayak and canoe were provided. The house was very clean and the updates were nice. Even the upstairs had new carpet and the bathroom was updated. Our main complaint was the lack of A/C. A couple of fans were provided but I had to go to the store to get additional fans so that we could sleep in the 90+ degree weather. Also, the heaters in the upstairs living room and one of the bedrooms came on unexpectedly, which was both uncomfortable and dangerous (curtains hanging over heater). The only other issue we had was that the dock needed some repairs. Part of it sagged into the water so it was constantly wet and slimy and a slipping hazard. Overall we found this rental to be very enjoyable and would stay here again.
