Great place! Would definitely recommend - especially if you’re skiing at different resorts. Everything is close!

Excellent location, spectacular views! Condo had everything we needed . We were there during Christmas break and a Covid outbreak so understand everywhere was short handed. That said, the hair in the tub and wrapping from previous guest was of Some concern about cleanliness. Also, the hot tub is communal in the center of all the condo’s. Overall we would stay again

Smooth and easy

The hosts were great, the property was incredible, the check in process was seamless! The only issue was not being able to find information on the check out process. Other than that it was perfect! We’ll be coming back.

View was beautiful! Very clean. Decor was perfect. There is NOT a king bed in the master as Vrbo lists. There also was no "tablet" on the table to give check out procedures as well as other info per the e-mails we were sent prior to the stay. Blinds in the loft bedroom were broken upon arrival. New blinds were in the closet waiting to be installed. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Very well situated, well-supplied condo with easy access to Frisco grocery stores, restaurants, shopping.. There is a beautiful view looking out over Lake Dillon. However, it also overlooks a highway which generates noise. It was not a problem during our stay, as the temperatures were low and there was no need to open the sliders except to step out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Since there is no A/C, I would be reluctant to stay during summer. There is a garage but we did not have access to it. There is convenient outdoor parking directly across from the condo, though. In winter weather, the garage would be a nice amenity to have. We had to clean snow from the car one day, but not a big deal. We were a group of three adult family members, so the condo was perfect as we each had our own bedroom and bath. The galley kitchen had everything we needed except a cheese slicer. The one bedroom is a loft, so if you require absolute dark for sleeping, come prepared with an eye mask. There is good WiFi and cable TV, but no streaming service such as Netflix, as far as we could determine. There are many hiking trails within easy access of the condo, some within walking distance. We never drove more than 20 minutes to any trailhead and enjoyed all trails we took. If we plan another trip to the Frisco area (which is highly likely), we would definitely look into booking this unit again.

The positive, a spectacular view and great location adjacent to Frisco and the highway, it was definitely as advertised. Negative - the unit was not cleaned properly before we arrived, the floors were so dirty our feet turned black and trash was left behind the door in the master bath. The upstairs window shades should be replaced and a screen door added in the living room.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 adults! We all had a separate bed and more than enough space to relax. We even used the garage to keep our paddleboards inflated for two days of paddling fun. So fast and easy to get into Frisco to shop for souvenirs and enjoy the town.

We loved this place in Frisco! It’s a great little town, great local hiking, and the view and the balcony were absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and didn’t want to leave. Our two year old sat up in bed the second morning, looked out the balcony doors, and said “Wow!” We couldn’t describe it any better. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo. Very cramped kitchen but well stocked. Traffic noise is very noticeable with windows open and no screen on big slider brought in evening months. But the most beautiful view of lake Dillon I’ve ever seen

Clean, close to town, hot tubs are nice! House as described.

I stayed with my husband and a few other people for a hockey tournament in Silverthorne. The place has amazing views, super close to everything. We stayed a few days after the tournament to get some snowboarding in. The condo was roomy and homey. Beds were comfy too.we enjoyed playing games and hanging by the fireplace when not out at one of the many local breweries. Awesome place, we would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed the condo and its location is absolutely perfect. VERY close to town and right on the lake with killer views. Great for families!!

This condo is perfectly situated and has incredible mountain and lake views. 5 minutes from Frisco and 10 minutes from Dillon. Very close to 5 ski resorts. We have stayed here in summer and winter and there are many activities to enjoy here in all seasons. Humidifiers would have been nice to make sleeping in the very dry climate easier but otherwise we were very pleased. The condo is very nicely furnished.

The rental experience was generally very positive. Josh was extremely responsive and easy to work with from beginning to end. The unit was nice and the views spectacular. Our only knock was with the excessive amount of dog hair, mostly on the living room carpet, which likely would NOT keep us from staying here in the future.

The condo has one of, if not the most, beautiful views in Summit County from two of the bedrooms and the living room. The space was great for our crew of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days there. The kitchen is small, but functional. The bathrooms are in need of updating, but also functional. There is no access to the condo from the garage which is tiny (a Yukon or vehicle that size could not fit). Otherwise, the condo was nicely appointed, and we would definitely recommend staying here. The location is great for easy access to Frisco shopping and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to ski at Keystone, Breck, Copper, or Vail/Beaver.

The condo was centrally located to everything skiing and boarding. It was clean and kept neat. We had no issues other than an outlet not functioning to which the property manager, Josh, arrived within the hour to resolve the issue. Also you simply cant beat the views. We will be back.

The property manager josh was very very responsive. I really appreciate him. The unit was as pictured. Actually had an extra bathroom. Kitchen needed a few items and I wish had some staples to get us going for cooking. Parking lot is icy on a slant...it is winter...so just have to be careful walking. Overall not fancy but a good value overall.

The condo was perfectly located for skiing in Breck and Keystone. Very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. I appreciated Josh getting us the t.v. cord which allowed us to watch Netflix and getting the teapot - he was very responsive. Finally, you can’t beat the view of Lake Dillon!! Some things to add or fix - kitchen could use a cookie sheet. During the showering process in the master bathtub, there is a lot of water wasted from the spigot - you may want a plumber to fix that. Also, the outside bench at the table was a bit dangerous - 2 of us fell backwards sitting on it...it’s not very stable. We didn’t use the garage as it was too tight - perhaps the cabinet on the right side could be moved elsewhere to free up space. All in all, we loved your condo and could see ourselves coming back in the summer! Thanks so much and Happy New Year!

Great location for our skiing in both Keystone and Breckenridge. Very nicely decorated, well equipped, and comfortable. Loved loved the view - I could sit in that chair all day and look at the lake!

Beautiful 3 Bedroom. Spectacular views. We could have spent the entire weekend on the deck looking at the beautiful vistas. Clean and updated. Incredibly comfortable living room couch and furnishings. Responsive property manager. Everything exactly as described. Easy access to bike trails and hiking. Frisco and Breckenridge have lots of boutique shopping and moderate to upscale dining. A delightful mountain get away right off of Highway I-70 West.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The unit is spacious for a condo with room to spread out for our family of 7. The furnishings were nice, beds were all very comfy. We had pretty much everything we needed for cooking all of our meals 'in'. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the convenience to shopping and I-70 couldn't be beat. We had a few little hiccups with the unit but the property manager, Josh, was absolutely a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive (even despite his fractured ankle!). The hot tubs were nice but plan on making sure to bring appropriate attire to walk aprox. 75 yards outside to the area. Also, make sure to inquire about the key to get into the hot tub area, as it is covered, fenced and locked. The garage was a nice benefit to keep our ski's in. We had a min-van and it didn't fit in the garage but there is ample parking outside very close to the unit. We were happy with our choice of this unit for a very busy, President's day week stay when accommodations were overall pricey and hard to find.
