Great little beach spot. Our family lives near by so it was great to have the extra space.

This property was clean and cozy. The location was perfect. The host provided many amenities to aid in a wonderful vacation. They were also great about communicating with us. They had to have some trees removed during our stay but they were very respectful and kept us in the loop. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was super clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the view was outstanding. The covered carport made a great place for the grandkids to play outside; given a few days of inclement weather. We recommend this rental!!!

This home is a perfect spot for a fishing and boating getaway. Floating dock behind the house so no need to worry about tides. Plenty of space and a simple setup with not much to worry about. Easy gulf access and a great back porch to hang out in!

The place was great, but there is a home being built right next door and they started hammering and sawing at 6:30AM and continued with blaring music the entire day we were there. Nothing more relaxing than constant hammering and sawing the one full day we got to stay. Check-in isn't until 5pm and check-out is 10am so not much time to enjoy it.

We had a great time. The home was very clean and very nice! The pictures don't do the home justice. In person the home is nicer than it looks in the pics. We only experienced one mishap. The pics show there were 4 kayaks but when we got there one was missing. Since there is 4 of us in my family we had to go to Walmart to buy a kayak so we could all enjoy the water. In the end we all had a great time and we will be booking again in the future.

The house was wonderful. Very clean house, great location and good communication with owner. The hot tub was wonderful as well. Definitely a house I would come back to.

If you want to decompress and find peace and quiet, this is your spot. Kayaks and bikes provided which worked out very well. Dock outside for easy launching and the ability to Kayak around the Mangroves was fantastic. Plenty of eating spots within short drive. Nice sunroom overlooking canal with grill outside if you want to grill out. Overall we would recommend this to anyone who asks. Owners are very nice, and being Christians ourselves, we appreciated seeing the various reminders around the home. :)

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing time this weekend. We took advantage of the bikes, kayaks and hot tub provided. All were in great condition. I only wish I was prepared for the construction next door. It took away from the beauty of surrounding the property. Even so my family and I had a wonderful time!

The master bedroom was in the garage, seperate from the rest of the house which is not good if you have young children. I wish I would have known that before booking. The neighborhood and location were perfect. The Florida room porch was also nice. But the hottub was cold out first night and there wasn’t enough clean towels to use in any of the rooms.

My wife and I stayed 3 days here. The house, location, was fantastic. The cleaning folks were just finishing up as we arrived so the place was spotless. The Kayaks were awesome, we used them every day. Fishing is good right off of the dock too. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We actually tried to book the place again for our schools spring break, but sadly it was already booked for NEXT March already. The area is great, so we booked another place in Hernando Beach. I highly recommend this house and the area.

This place is a dream. Fantastic layout, open and full of light. Waking up and walking out to the ocean, you can't get it any better. How many places with the cost have Kayaks and bicycles and a hot tub available? Quiet neighborhood, tons of things to do and see within minutes. Rent a boat, kayak at the nearby spring park, go fishing. You name it they have it. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone I know.

We booked this house expecting 3 bedrooms for my family. We discovered that the master bedroom is in a separate unit from the main house, meaning that the children would be alone in the house. You walk through the front yard and there are two locked doors along with kayaks and bicycles. One of the doors leads to the main house with 2 Queen rooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and access to the back porch and waterway. The other door leads to the master bedroom with the king bed, a shower room and the washer-dryer. There is no way to access the main house from here unless you walk back through the front yard. This may suit some families or groups of adults, but we didn't feel safe leaving our children alone. Thankfully there was a fold-up bed, so we all coped with the 2 Queen rooms. Customer service was terrible. We contacted the owners before we even arrived to ask a question about check-in, but no one replied. Once we saw the sleeping arrangements, we contacted them again and had no reply. We then tried contacting Evolve and still only received the automated replies from them saying that they're busy. What if there was an emergency? Finally, after reaching out to Evolve through social media did we receive a part refund after one month of regular complaints! On to the positive things - the house is spacious, the bedrooms and family bathroom are decorated to a high standard, the Queen beds comfortable, the hot tub was warm and clean, there are plenty of plates and cookware and spices, the area is quiet, and the waterway is a lot of fun to kayak. The lounge and kitchen could do with modernising or simply a little clean. While the floors, tables and units were clean, the chairs and couches felt sticky. The kitchen units were squeaky and there were 3 lightbulbs we had to replace when we arrived. This is a simple task that the cleaners should have done. The master bedroom had a musty smell in it, perhaps from not being used. Or maybe damp?? We didn't use the bicycles but noticed one had a damaged wheel. We used two kayaks which were in good condition and there were child and adult life vests. There is no information on where to kayak, so just look at Google maps! I would have rated the place higher if customer services was better. It's disappointing to see that the description of the house still hasn't changed to honestly show the house layout. I'll stick to Air BnB next time.

Had a wonderful time with my family. Visited Pine Island Beach twice and visited the Clearwater Aquarium. Great space for your whole family and we were able to eat in and grill out half of the time with a grill out back and all of the cooking utensils you’ll need. Amazing restaurants within a few miles (Silver Dolphin, Matoli’s Pizza). Don’t miss out on such a great place to stay enjoy a stress free vacation on the Adventure Coast of Florida!

First, the house was very cute, nicely located close to many options for exploring the area and eating close by. On our second night there, we were in the master suite and were awakened by a swarm of flying ants. We killed as many as possible before realizing we could not stay in the room. It was a shame as the room is exceptionally cute but uninhabitable. The two of us staying in the suite were relegated to the couches in the main house for the remainder of the trip. I contacted the Property Manager immediately (330 in the morning), and again at a reasonable time later that morning. I have also reached out multiple times since (including sending pictures when they questioned me). In the two weeks since contacting them we still have not received a resolution - and barely even a response outside "sorry, we are busy". The house is adorable with many fun things to do there and nearby. However, paying what I paid to stay there (in a master suite no less) and instead having to sleep on couches was not worth it. Had the Property Manager taken the opportunity to correct this, this review would have been a bit more understanding. Unfortunately the lack of customer service ended up being the biggest problem. If they solve the bug issue I would recommend booking. I live in Florida, so I understand how the bugs can be, but some treatment and helpful customer service is all you need to make things right.

We were looking for somewhere more like home than broken into multiple hotel rooms, as we have a large family. This was perfect. The kids loved the rollaway beds, the view was amazing, and it was super close to our destination. Would definitely book again if we are back in the area!

This house was great was exactly like the online pictures depicted. We had contact with the house manager on 2 occasions and they were so kind and accommodating. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

I think our family found a nice little home to get together more often. I live less then 10 mins from this home. We wamted a place on the water that we could bring our boats and just relax with our family. Perfect size for 8 people. Quiet, not a lot of traffic on the canal and/or street. Looks like this is going to be our monthly place to get together as a family. The owners are extremely nice people and very accommodating.
