The pictures look great and you go there and you like wow looks fabulous. I think after a great cleaning all around it would be. Had to be in contact with owner alot (which after the last time he didn't even bother responding) I went to his contact upstairs as he was more responsive. Cons: -Had A/C Issues (still wasn't up to par in the master when we left), Toilet Issues (one other bathroom became a issue 2 days before we left also), Sink Issues (he was just going to let it go and it started 2 days after we got there and we were there 10 days which we had no kitchen sink) -Dryer Vent is bad and needs a good cleaning (gong to have a fire) -The gate process to get to the condo every time is highly time consuming and is a process that can be annoying -Lots of mold smell and mold on furniture needs a good cleaning; as does cabinets, pot and pans etc... Someone has allergies will suffer bad -No other TV than the living room -Its actually loud because of the cars and bikes as its faces the highway -Pool has nothing to sit on or rest items on -Another tenant we seen carry a crow bar for the elevator as he had gotten stuck before Pros: The few people we met were very nice there. But having to get there and legit clean everything before touching or drinking was a bit much. Apartment def. needs a very heavy deep cleaning and things need to get updated.

Amazing property! Fantastic view of the ocean! Loved waking up and settling down in the afternoon to it. Great location, a couple of minutes from Luquillo kiosks, Luquillo beach, Fajardo, El Yunque, local restaurants. Close enough to San Juan. Easy access in and out of the property. Was surprised that the rooms were bigger than I thought. Plenty of space for our family, clean and comfortable. 2.5 bath was a big plus. Only minor thing was the shower heads need to be updated, pressure was too hard or not enough. Although this doesn’t take away from this fantastic property and it’s great location. We were able to enjoy everything the east coast of Puerto Rico has to offer.

Clean, amazing view, great place

This is the second time we stay in the apartment is beautiful great area super clean awesome vie beautiful and clean swimming pool and the owner a great person to deal with good communication he’s the best than you

Overall this is a great property to stay in Luquillo (East coast of PR). Good & secured location address, great value for the money. The apartment was clean, nice decoration, all rooms are very comfortable for 6 persons, well equipped. The balcony view is beautiful. We definitely recommend this property for your stay.

Liked property but the surrounding locations feel like your in a third world country. Felt a lot like I was in Mexico not a US territory. Meet lots of people who do not speak English! You can see the economy of the island is deteriorating. Lots of closed and boarded up buildings inPR

Stayed here for 4 nights and wished we spent more time at the property. Super secure and quiet. All questions were answered quickly and the upstairs neighbor was super friendly and helpful. We all said we would stay here again. La Proxima!

Wonderful property! We had a fantastic stay and will be back for another adventure in PR! Mr Thompson was detailed with all the info we needed and answered our emails promptly. The location was awesome and Luquillo beach right across the way! The property is safe and secure. The apartment is beautiful and was clean when we got there and had everything we needed for our stay! Looking fwd to staying there again.

It was a perfect vacation for us. The weather was nice. The proper was clean, roomy, contemporary and the view was spectacular. We had a little trouble getting through the gates at first, but after a couple of times. it was a piece of cake. The owner answered all questions and concerned quickly. He was very helpful. We will definitely come back again

We rented this place as we were there to lay our mother to rest. Upon entering the unit I immediately contacted the owner to inform that there were lots of bugs in, out and throughout the entire unit including on the furniture. I informed him that we would not be staying there and requested a full refund. He was very understanding and agreed to issuing a full refund. He apologized and said that the unit was cleaned the day before and didn’t know what happened. After the fact I learned that these are some type of flying ant that come out during rainy and damp areas.

This apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials & quality appliances. The mattresses were divine, great night sleep. I can’t say enough about the views, cleanliness & upkeep of this place. We did have one major issue, the elevator broke down for two entire days. This being a 5th floor, and us having my elderly parents with us, we had to find & book a last minute hotel. Without knowing the area, this was a scary experience. Sadly we had to do it two nights in a row, after 10 pm. Although reimbursed, our vacation was inconvenienced quite a bit by this. The property manager responded promptly, but could not do much because the elevator is not part of the unit, it’s consisted part of the building. He did however make calls and tried all he could to resolve.

We had a wonderful time, the apartment is beautiful! With a beautiful ocean view, very clean and modern, great location with great security. Mr. Thompson is very attentive to any questions . I felt at home, I recommend it 100%.

Everything about this place is gorgeous! The owner is very fast to respond if you have any questions too. Very clean! We're definitely coming back to stay again!

The condo and location were excellent. Communication with the owner was great and we really didn't have any issues except for the front and patio doors being a bit tricky to open and heavy. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to go to the El Yunque or Fajardo as they are both very close. Also, San Juan and the airport are about an hours drive. The property also seemed very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again if back in the NE part of PR!

We wanted a nice central location for all things Northeast PR and this place did NOT disappoint! Michael was super friendly and easy to deal with, he even gave us the contact info for an on-site point person which was extremely helpful. Very clean, modern, and well kept property - we can't wait to go back again SOON!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very central to access many of our planned activities. Beds were comfortable and great stock of towels and kitchen tools to cook dinner. The owner, Michael, was very pro-active and quick to respond to questions on internet access. The pool was clean and great for a morning dip in the sun. Great view of the ocean and sandy beaches.
