we loved our stay. it was a short drive to the beach and to El Yunque. We liked that the property was quiet and clean.

The condo is in a perfect spot. Close to everything. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely stay again!

The location and view was great. the place had all of the ammenities required for your family to have fun, and the property manager amazing. I recommend this place.

Great property! We were fortunate enough to spend a week in Puerto Rico for our daughters wedding. The location of the property was excellent! All the amenities were very good and beds very very comfortable! A little hiccup with the elevator, and due to the holiday, we are slightly delayed in getting fixed. We do look forward to coming back again though and would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed the space: three bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms was great for the 6 of us. Washer and dryer were handy. We had the pool to ourselves both times we used it. Getting into the property was complicated.

The pictures look great and you go there and you like wow looks fabulous. I think after a great cleaning all around it would be. Had to be in contact with owner alot (which after the last time he didn't even bother responding) I went to his contact upstairs as he was more responsive. Cons: -Had A/C Issues (still wasn't up to par in the master when we left), Toilet Issues (one other bathroom became a issue 2 days before we left also), Sink Issues (he was just going to let it go and it started 2 days after we got there and we were there 10 days which we had no kitchen sink) -Dryer Vent is bad and needs a good cleaning (gong to have a fire) -The gate process to get to the condo every time is highly time consuming and is a process that can be annoying -Lots of mold smell and mold on furniture needs a good cleaning; as does cabinets, pot and pans etc... Someone has allergies will suffer bad -No other TV than the living room -Its actually loud because of the cars and bikes as its faces the highway -Pool has nothing to sit on or rest items on -Another tenant we seen carry a crow bar for the elevator as he had gotten stuck before Pros: The few people we met were very nice there. But having to get there and legit clean everything before touching or drinking was a bit much. Apartment def. needs a very heavy deep cleaning and things need to get updated.
