Modern design with each bedroom having its own bathroom or ensuite. Good sized living areas and patio and directly accessible from each room.

complimentary drinks are a nice touch, but 2 drinks between 4 adults staying 3 nights is awkward. Beds suit those who like it soft. Pillows all felt the same and only suited 2/4 persons ie who those who like a firm and lofty pillow. An extra towel would be helpful eg when a woman washes long hair and needs to dry it. Some of the instructions for guests felt more confrontational than helpful ie if you lock yourself out there will be a $50 fee to be let back in.

Great views, excellent apartment size

Only one towel each provided for a 5 night stay. We were expected to wash and dry. Unrealistic when you come to the adventure capital of NZ and are spending every day out and about (and often getting wet and cold)... We did request more and were thankful not to be charged for this, which is normal. Very basic amenities, No teabags. Shower head broken in 2nd bathroom. We paid for a late check out. When we came to pick up our bags the cleaners were using the microwave to heat up their food and were all sitting around eating.

The location was close to town. Wonderful views to the mountains. It was spacious, warm and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The communication was really good and I was kept updated regularly. For an extra fee we were offered at 12pm check out which we didn't need but was a nice offer.

Very good location. Very well laid out. Spacious. Comfortably furnished. Pretty much everything you need. Perfect for two couples to shared with two ensuite bathrooms.

We would have appreciated a mirror with good lighting for putting on make-up in each of the two bathrooms.

a little scary driving your car up the steep streets in the snow, but we found the best alternative routes not so steep!

Room should have been cleaned prior to check-in, had to wait outside the room for 30 mins till the room was cleaned.Atleast should have extended the checkout time as a compensation for the time taken to get the room ready/similar

Had an amazing stay! We even loved the hill on the way from the city to our appartment ! It was a much needed walk! Really appreciated an early check in and a beautiful view! Will be back for sure!!!
