Very good clean everything you require,pool cleaned every day villa cleaned after the first week,close to supermarket,restaurants and shops.

We had a 1 week stay at the Villa in sept 2022. Overall we had a very good holiday and an excellent stay at the villa. The accommodation was really well equipped, on two living levels with a large roof terrace. Perfect for two couples (additional small single bedroom). A/C was modern and worked well. Property manager lives nearby and was most pleasant and helpful. Note the poolhas no shallow end but no problem for adults/ok swimmers. Pool cleaned every morning early. Owner followed up personally. No hesitation recommending the villa!

A very spacious and beautifully equipped apartment in central kalkan, a 10 minute walk to the harbour and very close to Migros the local supermarket. Lots of space and very clean. Matt the manager was always at hand to help with any questions and very friendly owners. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Abri in Kalkan. Scott, the villa owner, was very helpful before our stay and Matt, the manager, was great and gave us some great recommendations. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is lovely and cleaned regularly. The villa is in a great position with lovely views. It is very close to Migros and the weekly market. It is near enough to the centre of Kalkan to be able to walk in and back. Taxis are cheap and plentiful if you don’t want to walk. The villa is in a safe and quiet area. We really did have a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely stay at Villa Abri again!

As first time visitors to Kalkan we got of to a good start thanks to the quality of the villa. Plenty of space across numerous floors all in top condition and spotless. All important air conditioning was much appreciated as was the larger than normal pool considering the central location. The views are also amazing, especially from the top floor which also is where the BBQ is with its own kitchen! Communication with the owners was excellent as was the well presented notes in the villa info book. Matt the caretaker lives opposite and was always available for recommendations and any assistance needed. We did not have. car and we’re happy to take on the 10-15 minute walk to and from the centre of town/harbour (despite the steep hills on the way home) and found some exceptional roof top restaurants and bars. Kalkan is definitely now on our agenda for future visits and we would thoroughly recommend both this villa and the location.

Just an early season 1 week stay but as the villa was so well maintained and equipped we lost no time relaxing. Great views from the villa of the town, harbour and mountain backdrop, especially from the large rooftop area. The top floor had laundry facilities and a fridge as well. Next time we'll share with more family to make the most of it!

This is a wonderful villa in a great location very close to bars and the supermarket. The villa is well equipped with lots of seating areas in the sun and the shade and a great pool which is pristine. It has great views from the roof terrace which is a good place for an early evening drinks. The welcome pack was really lovely and very much appreciated. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommended it

Nach dieser Corona Zeit waren wir sehr sehr glücklich wieder mal in die Türkei zu reisen da das unsere zweite Heimat ist und wir waren sehr sehr angenehm überrascht, es war hervorragend und genau so wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus die Lage und die Besitzer waren zuvorkommend sehr fürsorglich. Nächstes Jahr sind wir hoffentlich wieder dabei !!!

What a fab holiday we have just had. The villa is large, fully equipped and the pool amazing. The service from Muhammet, the property manager and his team was first class. We brought 2 teenage lads with us and there was plenty for them to do. Swim, watch some DVDs, play on the PS3. The local area is lovely and the people were very friendly. The only trouble is there are too many restaurants to chose from!! Food was great value too. We had a great time bartering in the market on a Thursday :) We took a beautiful boat trip around the Kalkan bays. Fantastic value for money and great if you love a swim/snorkel in the sea. This was our first time in Turkey and we will most definately return.

Wonderful villa with spectacular views. Great pool and pool area, plenty of room to spread out. Located near to local supermarkets and amenities. Short walk into town, quite hilly on the return but manageable and views well worth this. Scott fantastic to deal with and we definitely hope to return. Lovely time in Kalkan in a great villa.

The villa was stunning and in a perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the old town and a minute from the supermarket. A car is not necessary as everything is so close and transport and tours are easy to arrange. The villa owner was English and so helpful, the villa manager onsite made sure you had everything you needed for a perfect holiday. Kalkan is a great resort - we don't go back to many places, but would certainly return here.

Large, spacious villa, in a great location. The Migros supermarket is just up the road and the many and varied bars and restaurants of Kalkan are a 5-10 minute downhill stroll. (The return journey is tougher, but it's a good way to walk off dessert!) The villa has plenty of outdoor seating areas but the rooftop terrace, with lovely views over the bay, is a highlight, and we made good use of the barbecue. Excellent communication with property owner ahead of stay and a really detailed and helpful info pack. Property manager in Kalkan proved to be a little elusive but I believe that has now been addressed. Would highly recommend this villa and hope to book again.

Fabulous villa with all the amenities you need. Clean and comfortable with a lovely roof terrace to watch the sun set and take in the beautiful view of the harbour. Great pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot day or just relaxing on a lounger with a good book! Fantastic location close to the harbour and shops, and a great location to explore the amazing history in the area, Patara, Xanthos, Pinara, all worth a visit. Can't wait to return

The property was larger than I had imagined, and I felt at home instantly. I arrived in the dark, and was blown away by the spectacular views the following morning. The property had everything I needed day-to-day and more! We didn't even use the BBQ, oven or microwave during our stay. There are so many areas where you can sit and chill with a book or a glass of wine. Even with 5 of us staying, you could always find a quiet space. I was the only one to use the pool during my visit, so had it all to myself which was great, especially as it was only steps from my bedroom. The 3 bathrooms were all really great sizes, I had not expected the 2nd and 3rd to be as spacious, so that was a great advantage. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants only a minutes walk from Villa Abri, so we only went down to the harbour about 5 or 6 times during our stay, and the bakery just down the hill is well worth a visit. Scott and family could not have been more helpful, they really helped to make my stay really special indeed.

The Villa delivered everything it said it would. It was very well maintained, had stunning views, especially from the roof top terrace. Shops and restaurants were a short walking distance away and the stroll into the village was very enjoyable even on a very hot day, The agent Dali was very polite and very helpful. We look forward to a return visit to this lovely villa.

We have just spent 11 glorious nights in Villa Abri. Having previously stayed in Kalkan we knew the resort but needed to find a villa that would have everything we needed to make us feel relaxed and at home and Villa Abri ticked every box. Having had a late flight we were greeted at the airport by our driver (Arranged by Scott) and had stylish air-conditioned transfer. We were then met at the villa by a very friendly Dali and a fantastic welcome pack of fresh fruit, wine and essentials. The whole villa is very well presented and includes everything you could possibly need. Scott has paid attention to detail with some nice touches and everything is of a high quality. Along with the comprehensive information pack he has covered everything. The villa has a multitude of different seating areas (with some fantastic views of Kalkan) that are either shaded or sunny at different times of the day, so there was always a place to sit if you needed some rest from the heat and sun. Although the photos show all the rooms and outside areas, it all looks even better once you are there. The villa is only a short walk into town so it was nice to not have to get a taxi back every night. As with most places in Kalkan it is an uphill walk back but it’s perfectly manageable. We usually eat out every night but the roof top BBQ felt so inviting that we decided to stay in on a couple of the nights. As Scott mentions in his information pack, there is a fantastic bakers, green grocer and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk of the villa. Dali was also very accommodating, fetching replacement water and offering to bring fresh bread when we needed it. He also arranged a trip for the four of us to Saklikent, (I would recommend the white water rafting) which was a great day out and included a visit to a traditional Turkish carpet maker (Hassle alert! Don’t ask for prices!) and a trip to Patara beach. Villa Abri was like a home from home and we will definitely book again.

Terrific place, spacious and well equipped to deal with a family of four. The 2 Boys 15 & 6 enjoyed the pool a lot. Great views of Kalkan' especially from the roof. The wifi was strong. Good location as it's so near the town yet felt private and do secure. It's walking distance to Local amenities. Our local contact Tamer, Hassan, Pool guy, cleaners (once a week) all made us feel welcome and looked after us well. Thanks

This villa is lovely, set lower down the hillside in a quiet secluded spot but very close to local shops,bars and restaurants. The bustling town is a short walk down hill, (this is not too challenging!) where you will find hundreds of fantastic places to eat! The fish are caught daily, the steaks great. Villa Abri is very well equipped, we wanted for nothing, beds are comfy, lounge comfortable with tv and DVDs available. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, in fact the whole villa is. Cleaners came in mid stay and cleaned the whole place. The villa has a rooftop terrace so you can get the sun all day long if you want. The views from this terrace are fabulous, looking out across the town and the bay. We spent early evening up there every day, just beautiful. The pool is good, a nice size, but there is no shallow end, I'm 5'1 and couldn't put my feet down on the bottom. Had to tread water a lot! Good exercise I suppose! However, plenty of room for lilos, floats etc. There are sun beds around the pool and two on the roof terrace. All in all we had a great stay here and would recommend this villa to anyone, we will go back.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Albi. It's a gorgeous villa with excellent facilities and the best bit is that it's really close to town.

Really enjoyed our most recent visit to Villa Abri and Kalkan. The villa is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach. The villa has a nice big pool and terrace, where the kids could swim and play safely. We enjoyed having lunch overlooking Kalkan bay from the shady terrace by the kitchen and having a sundowner and BBQ on the roof terrace (amazing views at night!). There is a great BBQ on the roof terrace too. The beds were very comfortable with the two large double rooms having nice and clean en-suite bathrooms. The villa is well appointed and having a welcome pack waiting for us on arrival with some essentials (like a bottle of wine!) eggs, bread, juice etc was a really nice touch. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions before the trip and even arranged our transfers from the airport. We will definitely be back!

What you read on the website and subsequent comments is exactly what you get in this truly well maintained high spec villa with numerous restaurants/supermarkets/local shops all within close walking distance, and lots of interesting places/beaches/archaeological sites to visit either by boat or by car (easy parking). The spacious, well furnished and equipped villa boasts a variety of directly accessible terrace and balcony areas for dining or sunbathing to ensure that you can follow the sun all day long, as well as offering privacy to do one's own thing in the many areas of the cool interior. Our dealings with the owner and his local agent were straightforward and friendly - we will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to Villa Abri and we have already booked for 2015. Situated within walking distance of Kalkan centre the villa is very well presented, has a super pool and roof top barbeque. We have stayed in a number of places since coming to Kalkan and Villa Abri is by far our favourite.

A superb villa in a lovely quiet location and a short walk to the Old Town centre of this lovely Town. The interior is modern and spacious with plenty of room but not too large for a couple such as us to feel at home and very comfortable. The owners have thought about just about everything and the choice of sunny seating and lounging areas is ideal if you want to laze around the villa and chill and no need for a car if you like that sort of a break as we do. Easy access to supermarkets for all the essentials and that lovely walk down into the town for your amazing choice of places to eat on an evening? this will be our 3rd visit in as many years.

This was our third stay in Villa Abri in three years. My family have never returned anywhere before as we always wanted to experience something different but we have found a perfect combination of Kalkan and Villa Abri . The Villa is well located halfway up the hill so it gets great views but no noise from the town. It is 100 metres from a good restaurant and it has two supermarkets nearby and you do not need a car. It is well appointed with quality fittings and a really decent sized swimming pool. The roof terrace is fantastic for watching the boats return to the harbour each afternoon or for having a barbecue as the lights come on in the Old Town. Tamer, who looks after the property for the owners is always on hand if anything is needed and nothing is too much trouble. The terrace outside the kitchen has a spiral staircase down to the pool and small children may find it difficult. Overall I can thoroughly recommend Villa Abri and have already booked for next year!
