We had an excellent stay with family and relaxed a lot. Much needed relaxation with family.

I highly recommend families stay here. We had the most wonderful stay. The oil is great, the walk to the beach and restaurants is easy and quick. The house is beautiful and the owner has so many extraordinary little touches; like flowers, city parking permit, shampoos and necessary items.

Tony was indeed a “super host!” Our three generation family had a blast staying on his property! The house was clean, organized, well stocked, and full of little extras such as fresh flowers, goody bag, and chocolates. We enjoyed the amazing pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, and beach area which was only a short walk away. We hope to be back soon!

House was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, the pride Tony takes in the property can be seen in all aspects of house /pool/yard! We would surely stay here again! Loved the house! The hot tub, Outdoor Grilling station, swim up bar and pool were perfect. My family loved the house and all the extras it has. Tybee is a great community. You will find yourself saying “Should I move hear” only a 15 minute drive to Savannah. We will be back!

The house is exactly as described, super clean, spacious, the kitchen was honestly my favorite part totally equiped, lots of entertainment for the kids The pool was Amazing We all had so much fun and had a wonderful Family time!! We have stayed at more vacation rentals than I can count. This was by FAR the absolute best. From the cleanliness, to the amenities, the pool and hot tub. Everything was perfection. Our 4 teen boys had an absolute blast. They swam from sun up to sun down. We could've easily stayed for 2 weeks. Tony was the best property manager/owner we've ever dealt with. He was responsive and near by, and also considerate of our space their as guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms have all the basic toiletries. Dishwasher and laundry soap provided. The poolside grill worked great for a burgers night. The TV by the pool was a special edition during March madness. We were able to bring our small dogs as well, which made things much easier on us. (Tony, I think we forgot to do a final round of pet clean up outside--I'm so sorry). All of the kids (teens) have asked if we can go back every year. Thanks for a great Spring Break!

The property was exactly as described and depicted in pictures. The layout of the home was perfect from multiple ages or groups to gather separately. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Every detail of the home including misc supplies, toys, games etc was well thought out. Tony is amazing, very meticulous and responsive. We had zero issues. The pool is amazing with the in-pool bar seating and adjoining bar area (is it a bar with a pool, or a pool with a bar :) The whole family loved the pool - lots of inflatables, volleyball net, an amazing built-in outdoor grill/kitchen by the pool - simply amazing! Hot tub was great too, especially on the cooler nights of March. The walk to the beach is short. 1 block from a groovy little shop area with Huc-a-poo bar, Tybean Coffee shop, pottery, art, etc. Would definitely stay again!

We were visiting family in Savannah and had 2 teenagers with us. The house was fantastic! Many things to do including the heated pool (which Tony heated in advance for our arrival), the hot tub, the game room and the beach around the corner. This was a well appointed kitchen and excellent layout so that we could easily host dinner. We loved the location as well. We could easily hop onto 80 to go into Savannah, take morning walks to the lighthouse, quick drive to the pier and great slice at Huc A Poos nearby. Tony was a wonderful host! Extremely responsive and great suggestions for things to do/where to eat when we wanted to explore. We look forward to staying there again in the future when we’re back visiting family!

The property was accurately described and even better upon arrival. A very comfortable quiet location. Our host/owner was immediate in communication response and ensured we were happy. It has more than the comforts of home! Everything was clean and he had the pool cleaned mid-stay. There was even a parking pass for downtown provided. I would not hesitate in coming back.

Of the many "beach houses" we've stayed in, this was one of the best. Tony, the host, asked what we liked the best, but we didn't know where to start: the pool, with swim up bar and tv...great sitting areas on each floor...it goes on and on.

The property is amazing and even better than the photos! The pool with the swim up bar and the lounge chairs makes you feel like you have your own private resort. Tony had plenty of pool floats and toys for all ages. The new outdoor kitchen was another great feature. The fenced yard was another great convenience for our two dogs. The inside of the house was well cleaned and the most well stocked vacation home we have ever used! Tony thought of everything including fresh flowers, candy, laundry and dish detergent, and extra toothpaste and toothbrushes! Tony was available whenever we needed him and was there to greet us. He was even kind enough to receive our grocery delivery order that arrived earlier than we did, unloading all of our items to the fridge/freezer and the kitchen. It was a great start to a fantastic week. We will definitely be using this property again.

We were looking for a property that would allow for plenty of room for our family. We had 9 adults and 2 dogs on this trip. This house had ample room and it was wonderful having 3 bedrooms with king beds in them. The family room and kitchen gave so much room for sitting and gathering which was hard to find when we were looking for homes. The yard was completely fenced in as well as a separate fence around the pool. This was wonderful for the dogs. The pool was fabulous. We were able to heat it, which in Dec was needed, but it was well worth it. We spent quite a bit of time in there and got great use out of the swim-up bar. The pool house had a bathroom which was fantastic, but it was not very clean. The toilet and sink were very clean, but the bathroom itself could handle a bit more cleaning. The owners provided just about everything that one could need on a trip to the beach. There were boogie boards, kites, sand toys, as well as a wagon to get everything down to the beach. In fact there were so many activities they provided at the house that we did not have time to use all of them. This is a wonderful house with everything someone needs on their stay. If we return to Tybee Island, we will stay here again for sure.

We spent Thanksgiving celebrating as a combined family (groom’s & bride’s families) the marriage of our son and birth of our first grandchild — the house allowed private spaces for 8 adults, a baby and a dog😊 The setup was great and the location was close to the beach and a local bar & shopping area. Tony is a great host; we hope to come back!

My entire family had such an amazing time in Tybee and the rental property was UNBELIEVABLE! Had so much to offer. I’ve referred several people now to go and see Tony’s awesome place ! Tony was wonderful !

This house was perfect for what we needed,the pool area is where we stayed the whole time grilling and relaxing in the pool watching football games

This house is just PARADISE! There was plenty of space for the entire family including our two dogs. We really loves the pool and outdoor space. Tony took excellent care of us and any needs we had. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a great stay in Tybee Island! The house was fantastic. It was loaded with all of the essentials and even had beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon for the beach! The house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We loved the pool area - especially the swim up bar and tv! The house also had a game room for the kids! The owner (Tony) is amazing. His communication was great, and he responded to messages immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to go to Tybee Island!

We loved everything about Villa Palms. There was no detail left undone by Tony. He personalized our stay by adding a sign with our hometown on it by the pool. We have rented many VrBo’s and this one is by far in the top 2! Beach access is right around the corner from the property. The pool is huge and we had so much fun just floating around and enjoying our family time. There’s also some plenty of room for your fur babes to too! There’s a fenced in yard section that is perfect for keeping them contained but letting them enjoy the outdoors too. We will definitely be booking again.

This is a great house with a great amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed!!! The kids loved the pool at all times of the day! Rooms for the adults gave us all the “master feel” with tons of room!! Thanks Tony great experience!! We’ll be back for sure!!

This was just the perfect rental for our little post-Covid family reunion! The home and the 3 large bedrooms was ideal for us, the location couldn’t have been better and the pool was icing on our cake!! Tony, our host/owner was so nice and friendly, we actually added him to our contacts for future bookings! Seriously, the BEST rental property we have ever experienced! Most definitely recommend!

The pool is nice and large. The grandchildren thought it was a public pool since it was so big.

Eight family members stayed at this house for a week and we could not have picked a better place. It is located on the best part of the island, and Tony makes the experience exceptional. The pool is lovely and there’s plenty of room for swimming, sun bathing, visiting. The bedrooms are large, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The game room was so much fun....ping pong and air hockey were the most popular. We would absolutely book this property again.

We totally loved our time in this beautiful home. Its got everything you need to make a perfect vacation. Space, lots of sunlight, lovely porch, awesome pool, easy access to the beach, and all other modern amenities. The host is helpful and very prompt in communicating with guests.

Tony - you truly have an amazing property and Amy is a great and resourceful Guest Services Agent! I chose to stay at this property as a little getaway for my birthday and I wanted a private pool. Being a healthcare provider I needed to be cautious and calculated with where I stayed and my exposure. So if the beach was crowded - I at least had a pool. Well let me tell you, the pool and home we’re spotless! I did not have one concern re: cleanliness of this property. Prior to your arrival - Tony even provides you with an outline of how they prepare before your arrival. The location was also perfect. We were a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. It was nice to sit on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. We rented a golf cart and drove to downtown Tybee. There is also a little restaurant in walking distance with great pizza. The home in general has almost everything you need - ping pong table, hot tub, pool with swim up bar, every cooking utensil and cookware you could think of, WiFi, cable, 4 great balconies and a small rooftop area. They only thing I wanted was more towels and wash clothes in the bathrooms after beach days but that’s what a washing machine is for!Tony and Amy - thank you for your responsiveness, professionalism and this great property. I definitely would go back and stay!
