Except for the hill you have to climb to get to everything this place was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay here again and use more cabs. The staff was responsive and very helpful.

Excellent stay at the property. Getting in and out was so easy with keypad codes. Lucy and Patricia were so nice and a wealth of information. Great service! Able to walk to breakfast and coffee cafes. 6-8 minute walk to huge Exito supermarket where you can get any groceries, toiletries, drinks, etc that you would need. Taxis were so cheap to get back to the property, about 5K pesos. Nice size bedrooms, pool table and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend!!

Lucy was AMAZING with our requests and even cooked for us! She was able to recommend good eateries in the area and kept the residence clean daily. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Minus a couple minor things around the house, our stay was excellent!!

Great house in the best neighborhood in Medellin , close to nice restaurants and walking distance to Medellin's nightlife. Excellent communication throughout all the booking process and Lucy (cleaning staff) just makes your stay a lot easier , definetely coming back and recommend.

We were in Medellin for our son’s wedding. This house was a wonderful home base for us. It was very spacious and well equipped. Our grandchildren loved the hot tub and the location was great for walking access to restaurants and coffee shops. The manager, Ignacio, is very responsive and Lucy, the house maid, was fabulous. Not only did she keep the place spotless but she did personal laundry and pitched in helping with the preparation of food, always with a smile. Ignacio also put us in touch with a driver, Antonio, who was wonderful. We needed vans for 10 + people to various destinations and Antonio was reliable and flexible in meeting our needs. With family members and friends coming and going, this was the perfect house for us to host gatherings before the wedding. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was our first time in South America and we all loved it. I totally recommend this house for large groups.

The house is located in a safe neighborhood - restaurants, bars and shopping malls are a few minutes away. The space is huge and looks modern- two floors with 7 rooms, 8 beds and 5.5 bathrooms. There’s enough space that your group won’t feel crowded at all. Ignacio was great in communicating and check out and check in was very easy. Lucy is a great resource, reliable, nice and always made sure we had everything taken care of inside the house.

I booked this house for a bachelor party for 10 guys. I must admit, when I first read reviews, I was sceptical towards their validity. Nevertheless, I saw it appropriate to find out for myself. From the second I inquired about this property to the second I took my last step out of he house, there were no problems. Ignacio was involved, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Lucy is a sweetheart and attended to our every need. The rooms were fine, toiletries and bath supplies were surplus, wifi was decent for 10 people, and everything in the house is modern and fully functional. The neighborhood is safe and the people are nice. Word of advice is to inquire about house rules prior to booking so that you are well informed. Also, if you don't speak Spanish, get a translating app because not many people speak English. I am willing to talk to anyone looking to book this property!!! What a great experience!!! Ignacio was a blessing to work with. He maintained constant communication with me in regards to the trip and was always professional. The housekeeper Lucy is an absolute sweetheart and made us feel like family. This trip to Medellin was a memorable one that I and my 7 other friends will never forget. I can't say enough about this house. It fit 7 of us very comfortably. Lucy is the housekeeper and albeit English is non existent, she was great! She comes every day to clean and check up on the house. The house is situated on a quiet block. If you want to stay as a whole group , i highly recommend booking this house.

Although this was my first stay at this property, it represented my second time renting from this owner, Ignacio. I echo all of the other five-star reviewers' comments. Simply: 1.) Ignacio is super-attentive and 2.) his team (drivers and housekeeper) graciously, professionally, and punctually performs its assigned tasks. Enjoy the multitude of fine-dining - all, predominately, within a brief (uphill) walk away. Taxis are abundant, inexpensive, and conveniently available right outside your front door. Visit Guatapé. Ride the Metrocable. Experience Medellin (clean, efficient, modern, safe, vibrant, etc.) and its unassuming inhabitants - from your home-base in Poblado!

The owner was a pleasure to work with, very attentive. He ensured we were well taken care of. The house was spotless and the housekeeper is an excellent cook! Easy walk to everything. Highly recommended!

Just came back from our stay in Medellin with a group of 7 friends. We had an excellent time. The house was really great. Lucy also kept the house nice and clean. The neighborhood was also very safe. All my friends liked it and we will definitely stay here again if we come in a group and will recommend it to friends who come to Medellin. Once again, many thanks. By the way, the driver was also nicely on time both times.

My friends and I rented this house for 5 days is was a great location and kept up well.The only issue we had was the jacuzzi would not get hot, I tried everything... other then that the house is everything plus some. There is plenty of room I would definelty stay again at this home.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical to book it and provide a deposit and partial rent upfront, but then I read that VRBO, who is a subsidiary of homeaway.com, provides a $1,000 insurance. So that was a good start. The location was almost perfect, only a few blocks away from parque lleras (best spot to party Thursdays and perhaps even every other weekend day. We always took a cab, very very cheap. Eladio, who oversees the house was very accommodating, and have is many tips to protect ourselves, which was very much appreciated. The house was huge, the bedrooms were also huge. Some rooms have a bath, others don't. Some have ACs, others don't. Which probably was the only downside. The does all have a combination code. Make sure to get them all. We were told not to use the top lock and this didn't get a combo, only to realize we got locked out at 3am. Get all combos. We called Eladio and he gave us the code over the phone. Best deal in poblado for sure. Location is everything. Can't go wrong w this place at all.

Myself and four friends rented out the house for a week over Labor Day weekend. Nothing but good things to say. The ladies who took care of the house during the day made sure that the house was alway clean and Edwin, the night security, helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly for us. the night security is a very friendly and great guy to have around. The pictures don't do the house justice. All of the rooms were good size, nice flat screens everywhere, pool table and the backyard was perfect for entertaining. We were even able to blast our music all night without any kind of problems from anyone. If you are looking for a very centrally located house to get away for a week and have a good time, this is a great place to it. The owner is very professional and we had no problems whatsoever. I highly suggest the house. We rent beautiful houses all over Latin America and I would have to say that this one takes the cake. Thanks again

12 of my closest friends and myself headed to Medellin for the "Feria de las Flores"; none of us had been there and were looking for a good time. This house was exactly what we needed, all the descriptions and pictures are accurate. During the day you have a full time maid service and receptionist who can help you with cabs or any questions you might have; during the night there is a security guard who is friendly and will also help you with any questions. The owner visits constantly to see how things are going, he helps you with any questions you might have about the city and recommends anything you might have doubts about. The property was always clean and everything worked well. I have and would recommened this property to all of my friends, it is very close to Parque Lleras and a number of restaurants, shops and casinos. All in all, I give the house and manager/owner 5 stars. We are definetely going back during our next trip to Medellin.

I would highly recommend this property for the tourist or business traveler alike. To begin with, the owner of the property made himself readily available for answering any questions. At one point a Nicaraguan traveler in our group needed 'letter of invitation' to apply for a Colombian VISA, and by the next day the owner had scanned a notarized letter to me. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Upon arriving to the property, which is nestled in the beautiful and upscale El Poblado neighborhood, we were greeted by Cruz, who is the day employee who helps with any cleaning or questions, and cooking if you need it. She has a beautiful personality and does everything with a smile. The owner of this property has a whole team of people who helped us out throughout our stay, and we were so impressed with the level of service and attentiveness. Edwin the night time security was very professional and extremely trustworthy, while Mauricio and Edwin The IceMan made themselves available in case we had any transportation or miscellaneous needs. They knew about the parties, good night spots, etc. The property itself left nothing to be desired. Its about 10-15 minutes from Parque Lleras walking, or a quick 3 minute cab ride. The supermarket is a quick 5 minute walk. There is a big upscale mall about 20 minutes walking. The neighborhood is very green, extremely clean, safe and welcoming. We rented the entire house for our stay there and made frequent use of the pool table, TV, and music system. On one occasion we had some locals over for a party, and they were really impressed with the fountain and look of the house. The bedrooms were all squeaky clean, with A/C. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and very clean. Overall, we had a great experience here and I would recommend this location to any traveler. You will save lots of money and have a better time versus staying at a hotel. I did a lot of searching around prior to finding this property, and am glad to say I was extremely happy to have found it.
