The location of the hotel is close to SM Baguio and Session road. The breakfast was delicious.
It's quite gloomy in the hallways

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a good buffet and restaurant meals were very tasty. Session Road was an easy walk

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They make the guests feel very at home because of the warm reception and assistance they provided during our short stay in Baguio for the conference. The aesthetic design met my expectations about how a cozy hotel in Baguio should be. The food in the restaurant may not be that fanciful but sure the selection for the breakfast menu was well-planned and taken cared of. I would like to let my family experience the same when we go back someday for a staycation. Keep up the good management!:)

Satisfied with everything. The hotel was very convenient for us and was comfortable. I liked the interior. Very kind employee at the reception. we were leaving early in the morning, so we asked them to prepare breakfast to take away. The request was granted.

Excellent location, with parking area. Very close to SM and Baguio cathedral, close enough to town/Session road. Housekeeping and reception staff were nice. Buffet breakfast was okay.
Hotel is a little outdated for the times, no kettle in the room, but comfortable enough. The buffet and parking made up for what was lacking.
Dining staff esp. at the pastry bar could give off at least a bit of pleasantry to diners and buyers.

El Cielito (both the Makati branch and the Baguio branch) always had very good selection for breakfast buffet. The staff were also very prompt with requests (I had clothes washed and dried on rush and they were quick to deliver).
I also like that the location is very close to the main Cathedral, The Hill, and Burnham Park.
The thinness of the walls. I could hear the ruckus of the guests in the next room.

Walking distance to SM Baguio, Session Road, and Restaurants. Really good buffet breakfast. The location is really close to other tourist attractions and shops.
Booked for 2 single beds but was provided 1 Queen Size bed instead. No hair blower and mugs for coffee. No water heater inside the room but there are water dispensers outside the room where you can get cold and hot water. The water pressure for the toilet bidet is really low.

Location and friendly staff
The hotel is really old. My room felt it was dirty even if staff were cleaning everyday - white towels that are old that appeared grey, bed sheets that seemed grey instead of white.
Walls were also paper thin that you heard the snoring of the guest in the next room and all the movement in the foyer.

Close proximity / Walking distance to SM Mal, Session road, etc.. breakfast is good and has lots of variety especially with the taho!

great meal though i was looking for a jam specifically strawberry jam, being baguio city’s delicacy for my toasted bread but you don't offer it.
your oven toaster. i’ve to wait quite a while for my bread to have it done.

Location is perfect. Parking is very close and convenient. Room was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Best staff I've seen in a while. Hot water runs quiickly. The room had an unusual number of electric outlets (11!). I requested for extra pillows and slippers and it came within minutes. Amazing service!
The bed is a tad squeaky and the foam is too soft. Also I can hear the TV and conversation on the next room.
