Home was well equipped. Had a very nice week

Great stay. Close to Germantown breweries and ready 15 minute walk to Broadway. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium as well, but a little further. Condo is as represented and worked well for our group of 4. Parking was easy and free. Great communication with owner and would stay again.

Property was clean and comfortable except for the patio. There were bug nests, spider webs and bird droppings so we did not get to enjoy that. Location is within a reasonable walk to Broadway.

Quiet, clean and about a 25 min. leisurely walk to broadway. Some construction in area, but river views were amazing! Layout was great for 2 couples. Country music entertainment was bountiful!! So many choices on Broadway! Took the hop on off trolley from Broadway first day. Great way to acclimate to the area. Host responded to requests immediately and check-in and out easy!!!

Clean and quiet everything we needed

The location was perfect for us. A short walk to Broadway. We were also able to walk to the start and from the finish of the Nashville marathon. The little extras like leaving us coffee or allowing us to borrow some laundry detergent did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. I would certainly stay there again

The view of the water was beautiful in the morning. Easy access to Broadway Street and Museums. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as advertised. The view of the river is so nice! The area is quiet, but close enough to nightlife as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place, amazing river views, host was communicative and helpful. This place is not in the thick of downtown Nashville, which was exactly what we wanted. Walking to Broadway was only 20 minutes away but the river was the great respite!

we stayed at the riverfront condo for premier league fanfest at riverfront park, and it was very convenient and walkable to the event as well as restaurants and the park/nashville farmers market. our toddler loved watching boats out the condo window - beautiful view! everything was clean, easy to check in and out. great overall!

The condo was very well equipped. Deco was a nice touch. Location walkable to Broadway. The covered parking can in handy, as on our arrival there were torrential rains. Overall good experience.

The communication between the property owner and myself was outstanding. The location is within walking distance to all the action downtown.

Owners were pleasant and very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the smart lock on the door.

Within walking distance to Broadway. Loved the small touches such as extra USB plugs next to each side of the bed, sound machines and extra blankets. Only one shower but having the extra partial bath makes it work for 2 couples.

Great place to stay. The location is perfect!

Everything from booking to leaving was flawless. The stay was amazing and the unit was perfect in every way. Things were clean and tidy and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Great proximity to downtown & easy access to interstate for travel. The unit was well stocked with amenities & items for comfort. There was a little barge traffic on the river which was interesting to see.

We traveled to Nashville during record breaking snow/cold event, lots of venues closed. We were so happy to have this cozy safe condo on the river. Plenty of room for playing games at the table and the bedrooms and living room were comfortable. The fireplace was an added bonus. Host was quick to respond and perfect location to walk/uber to all attractions. Honky Tony’s were so much fun and music was excellent! We will come again.

Clean, easy check in. Was forewarned by previous reviews that tenant upstairs was loud. True. Must not work and has insomnia, walked around all day and nite. Listing says 2 baths but its one and a half. You have to share shower. Overall it was ok.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay with friends at the condo; it was clean and comfortable, and just like photos provided in the listing. There is a nice river view, especially at night when Nashville lights are shining. Would suggest having a car if you're going into town for fun or tours (the area seems to be in the process of re-development). We had a rental car and it was nice to have free, available parking at the condo. While out of control of management, the internet was not dependable, meaning we had no WiFi or television a fair amount of the time. Again out of management control, water supply to the building was shut off one night from 10 pm to 5 am. Property manager was responsive (thank you Taylor) but still these two issues put a damper on our enjoyment of the property.

Was just right for what we needed. The only problem we had was how long the people were above us but other than that, beautiful place. Very welll accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient location and very clean. Easy to contact someone with questions and answered promptly.

Is 4 adults came to Nashville for an amazing experience and the VRBO didn’t disappoint! It was the perfect distance to everything for cheap ubering around town!! 10/10

One single and a couple stayed for 6 nights. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the river watching the tugboats pushing coal go by. 2 raccoons came up from the riverbank and looked up at us begging for food. Told them to move on. There was a Titans game on Saturday, while walking along the river to Broadway watched the fans walking to Nissan stadium. Temp. went from 28 to 17 and raining to 10 and a cold wind on Halloween. Fireplace took the chill off. Was instructed to use the CSCPay Mobile app to do laundry. (Not used in Canada). Took two of us to sign up for the app to wash 3 loads and dry 1. Then a man came in to laundry room and used quarters in the machines! $2.00 per washer and dryer. Will recommend this condo to my friends that have been saying “ I always wanted to go there “! Used Uber for the airport and Grand Ole Opry and from Broadway at night. ,

Condo has a great view of the Cumberland River. Just the right size for four people. Location was convenient to Germantown, Riverwalk and some locations on Broadway. May make another choice if you are sensitive to noise. Upstairs neighbors can be heard very clearly through the ceiling. Walking and stomping, voices as well when speaking loud. Woke us up at night and early in the morning.
