Great property! We were in town to celebrate my husbands 40th, and the condo was an awesome “plus” to our trip. It was a direct reflection of the listing. Very clean, had all the amenities, and a great place to chill when not exploring the city. Every property manager I interacted with prior and during the stay were all responsive and great to work with. Massively appreciate the additional request to decorate the condo for the bday!! Thanks for being great hosts!

Great condo. Great location from downtown. Only complaint is the place was loud. People walking above us or on the main walkway were so loud. Unsure if people above us lived there or rented the week. This makes a variable you may not experience. Communication with Mike was great! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this Condo by the river. Everything was exactly what we needed. The property owner was very kind and worked with me to make this a perfect trip for us to see the concert. Everyone in our party loved the accommodations. We will definitely stay again when we visit Nashville. The pool was a plus for a relaxing afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Space was very clean and the unit is filled with all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and had nice loungers to lie on. New BBQs for us to use. There is also a nice sitting area complete with a fire pit. The view from the balcony is great overlooking the Cumberland River.

Great stay. Close to Germantown breweries and ready 15 minute walk to Broadway. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium as well, but a little further. Condo is as represented and worked well for our group of 4. Parking was easy and free. Great communication with owner and would stay again.

Property was clean and comfortable except for the patio. There were bug nests, spider webs and bird droppings so we did not get to enjoy that. Location is within a reasonable walk to Broadway.

Quiet, clean and about a 25 min. leisurely walk to broadway. Some construction in area, but river views were amazing! Layout was great for 2 couples. Country music entertainment was bountiful!! So many choices on Broadway! Took the hop on off trolley from Broadway first day. Great way to acclimate to the area. Host responded to requests immediately and check-in and out easy!!!

The location was perfect for us. A short walk to Broadway. We were also able to walk to the start and from the finish of the Nashville marathon. The little extras like leaving us coffee or allowing us to borrow some laundry detergent did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. I would certainly stay there again

Really nice place, amazing river views, host was communicative and helpful. This place is not in the thick of downtown Nashville, which was exactly what we wanted. Walking to Broadway was only 20 minutes away but the river was the great respite!

we stayed at the riverfront condo for premier league fanfest at riverfront park, and it was very convenient and walkable to the event as well as restaurants and the park/nashville farmers market. our toddler loved watching boats out the condo window - beautiful view! everything was clean, easy to check in and out. great overall!

We traveled to Nashville during record breaking snow/cold event, lots of venues closed. We were so happy to have this cozy safe condo on the river. Plenty of room for playing games at the table and the bedrooms and living room were comfortable. The fireplace was an added bonus. Host was quick to respond and perfect location to walk/uber to all attractions. Honky Tony’s were so much fun and music was excellent! We will come again.

Clean, easy check in. Was forewarned by previous reviews that tenant upstairs was loud. True. Must not work and has insomnia, walked around all day and nite. Listing says 2 baths but its one and a half. You have to share shower. Overall it was ok.
