Our stay at the property was just wonderful. It was perfect for our large gathering including a family from Iowa & Rhode Island. It was down the road from a private beach which was peaceful & quiet & not a far drive from downtown Tybee. It was within walking distance of some shops & a restaurant with some great pizza and cheap drinks! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away to a nice quiet location.

We loved everything about your house. Close to the beach, many restaurants, and various things to do. The house is equipped with everything you need. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely go back. To this gorgeous home! Tybee island was awesome!

Our family reunion was very enjoyable at Seabatical. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. House was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and host was responded quickly to all our questions and needs.

The property was lovely and had everything we could’ve asked for. Owner was responsive to all questions prior to the stay so we didn’t have any during the stay. The fridge in the garage was an extra bonus that we didn’t even realize we needed!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Great restaurants! The location is perfect because we adore North Tybee beach. It is a great area for walking, sight seeing, close to downtown Savannah, etc. Only 4 of us were in the big, beautiful, roomy house but more would have easily been very comfortable with so much space. We would love to stay again!

The house was clean and well stocked. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. There were lots of different sizes of bicycles and lots of good beach chairs and beach toys. The location is very nice - on the north end of the island away from the crowds with a private walkway to the beach just for the houses on that street. It is a very short walk to the beach and there were lots of dolphins when we went out to watch the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The game room with the pool table and dart board and small shuffleboard table was also very nice. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The house was fantastic. There were beach toys galore, beach chairs and even a green egg for grilling. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely recommend this property. The location was great. Easy access to the beach. We did not have any issues. We had other friends da staying on the island and our place was significantly nicer with the same price.

This property did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and close private beach access and within walking distance of a nice little shopping area with a coffee place and a great indoor/outdoor bar/pizza place. Great communication from host, easy check in. Would definitely book here again if we return to Tybee!

Our stay could not have been better! The home and decks/outside space were so inviting,! The beds were all very comfortable with, a kitchen we could all gather in, eat and sit comfortably. Location was also perfect for our group of 8 adults. This house has so many extras- bikes, beach chairs, toys for kids, etc. THANK YOU for a perfect stay!!

Location, location, location, this property was perfect for our family. Short walk from house to private beach, and super accessible to main road for dinner in Savannah. Easy check-in and Nate responded promptly to all my email questions.

Very easy process to rent. Really liked the options to cancel if needed. Too much stair climbing for us older folks but no fault of property owner. Beautiful house and we enjoyed it very much. Mr Nivens was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. Has everything.. Thank you for wonderful memories!

Our trip was very enjoyable and relaxing. We had everything we needed such as bikes, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. This is a beautiful home and we would reserve it again.

Everything we needed was provided making this vacation so fun and carefree! We couldn’t ask for anything more for a vacation home. The location was private and wonderful!

I mean, we expected a great house, location and vacation...and simply put, all 3 were better than we could have hoped for! An added bonus is that an army of Dolphins hang out in the private beach! Seems they love those shrimp boats that come through in the morning! Nate was a fantastic host and the house was perfect. We had 7 adults and 2 little ones. Nate has thought of everything and there is something at Seabaticle for everyone!

We had the best time! The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed from soap to a drying rack for wet clothes to beach towels. We stayed with another family and had 6 kids ages 1 to 8 with us. The beach access is so close, which was perfect. There was even a wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs. Because it's on the very north side of the island, the beach feels more like a lake with very small waves, but there are other options on the island for bigger waves. And the small ones were perfect for our smaller kids. During our trip, we saw more marine wildlife than we ever have on a beach! Tons of dolphins every day, hermit crabs, other crabs, and sea stars! The marine center on the island was very cool and will be even cooler once it's completely finished. It's new and still a work in progress, but our kids still loved seeing the animals there. The owner of the property was super responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again! In fact, two of my kids said they can't wait to bring their own families back one day ;)

Perfect location, just 4 houses down from the private beach access and minutes away from restaurants, shopping, the Tybee Lighthouse, and North Beach access. The home was very clean, comfortable, beautiful and still very functional for our family of 6. Nate responds very quickly if you need anything. I HIGHLY recommend this home!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The location was great and close to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. If we return to Tybee for another vacation, we will definitely stay here again!

Property exceeded our expectations. 1 minute to the bay. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and more were provided. Renting a golf cart was a good idea.

Very impressive property with all amenities that you need. Quick response for any questions we had. Owner made sure we had everything we requested. Loved the proximity to the beach (very short walk), beach chairs and towels were provided, and wagon to haul everything! Quiet beach. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely use it again on trips to Tybee.

Perfect location on quiet road. Pool table and dart board were a great bonus. Stocked with kitchen essentials and bathroom necessities. We had a great week, thanks.

I can't express how nice of a vacation we had due to this house. The location and house were both amazing. The layout of the house was great for our group of 11. We felt very safe the whole time. Great variety of relaxing and busy activities. Kids from 3rd to 12th grade had a great time. Highly recommend!
