Overall, the property was ok. The master bedroom and bathroom were infested with some type of bugs. I will post pics and videos if allowed. The location was fine, but there was a theft in one of our vehicles overnight. The rest of the rooms were fine, but some of the beds were pretty firm.

The location was misleading on the website when I booked.
The house had great space and layout, but the house needs painting, new carpet and a deep cleaning.

The problem could have been addressed however they chose not to, first the gate broken going into the problem became a nightmare because it wasn’t working , microwave broken I sent email to have it fixed was told they would but no one ever showed up!! I wanted them to show up because the internet and a couple of TV’s wasn’t working, No grill!! I was told to bring my gas pack but there were no grill!! I spent money buying a microwave to use, so disappointed that no one responded to help!!! I feel I should be refunded some of my money, we left on Sunday because of the internet problem!!!

Several unaddressed problems with this home
The problem could have been addressed however they chose not to, first the gate broken going into the problem became a nightmare because it wasn’t working , microwave broken I sent email to have it fixed was told they would but no one ever showed up!! I wanted them to show up because the internet and a couple of TV’s wasn’t working, No grill!! I was told to bring my gas pack but there were no grill!! I spent money buying a microwave to use, so disappointed that no one responded to help!!! I feel I should be refunded some of my money, we left on Sunday because of the internet problem!!!

The house was beautiful however when we arrived we had a lot of difficulty connecting to WiFi. I had to message multiple times before I was told it was reset remotely. We noticed the outdoors fans had dirty blades as if they had not been cleaned for a while. In the main bathroom downstairs the toliet paper roll was broken. Outside some of the tiles were broken near the hot tub. In a few of the bedrooms upstairs light bulbs were burnt out. In the Mickey Mouse room the bed was broken, maintenance was there on Friday taking measurements and said he would return Monday, his counterparts returned on Tuesday to fix it. My biggest complaint was the non-working dryer. I messaged them Sunday a little after 9am, no one came to look at it, I called Monday at 1130am and again at 630pm I was told someone would be right over, no one came. I received an email on Tuesday that maintenance had a part on order and it wouldn't be until the end of the week before the part would be in. At 7pm Wednesday evening after 50% of my party left to go home, maintenance arrived to fix the dryer. I had a party of up to 16 people that packed based on the profile stating it had a washer and dryer. I had to go purchase additional towels as there was only 8 to 10 towels for 16 people to use. I had to wash clothes and hang dry them up to that point outside which I felt looked very tacky and not appealing for any passerby. Executive Villas solution was to enter another house to do my laundry that someone else had just left that would not be cleaned until the following day.....I expressed this was not acceptable and was offer a $100.00 refund for the inconvenience. At that point my vacation was ruined with spending so much time dealing with dumb things I was over arguing my frustration. I feel the $100.00 is not a suitable compensation for my family having to purchase towels and clothes in order to have clean items to wear and to clean our bodies. We cleaned up beer caps from previous guests by the pool and empty soda bottles from the game room out in the garage. We tried to leave the home in better condition then what we arrived to help the staff that has to clean after our departure. Maybe this was a series of bad luck events but I will be more cautious going through them again.

Wow! The swimming pool area was better than the pictures and we were totally impressed with the open kitchen/living/dining - fabulous for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. The neighborhood was gated, but close to necessities like a Publix. The only problems we encountered were what to do with the trash (I probably did not read the fine print) and the handle was broken on the sliding door to the pool when we arrived. But it had a finger hold, so we didn't want to bother maintenance. We loved this home!

My mother in law television didn’t work and I called on numerous occasions, left messages and sent an email with absolutely no response. This was very disappointing. I would recommend you all placing safety bars in the bathrooms and also some type of organizational shelves in all the showers/tubs. I would also recommend changing the sofa out in the living area because it is extremely too low and it always separate as soon as you sit down. I would also recommend getting sturdier bar stool chairs and higher chair for consideration of older/handicap guests.

This house could be great, but the management company is terrible. We paid the deposit in July for a late December rental and had to track down the management company in November to be sure they had the deposit and to pay the balance. Repeated attempts to message them failed, so I called VRBO who gave me the property manager's direct number. He was annoyed that I called him. We were sent a link for payment of the balance but at no point was the VRBO account updated, so every time we looked the rental was marked past due. In early December we messaged again to ask about adding a day to the rental, and it took multiple messages to get a straight answer. Replies were rude and incomplete. When we arrived at the rental it was not ready, there was no internet, the pool was cold, and there were only 2 parking spaces for a house that sleeps 18. My adult daughter called the number provided in the handbook (the same number was on the agreement, and on the wall of the house) and again was met with rudeness. The manager told her it was a busy week, that they were aware of the internet problem, that she should not have had called that number, and that she'd better not call at 11 pm to say the TV was out. He might have told her there was a guest parking lot 5 houses down, but instead told her she'd need to figure out parking herself. The wifi password in the guest handbook was incorrect, and we messaged and emailed for the correct one, because there is listed a $50 per phone call charge for calling outside office hours, and we checked in on the weekend. We requested the correct wifi password and correct contact number for issues and 4 days later got a reply with the same password and phone number we already had.
The house itself is spacious and new, however incomplete and not suitable for families with elderly or very young children. The landscaping is uneven and has exposed sprinkler tubing, there are no lights in either living area, the faucet in the master bath is not grouted to the vanity, closet doors are left stacked and unhung, the pool gates don't latch for safety, there is an exposed wire in the game room, the kitchen chairs are missing screws and are unsteady. On the plus side the house and neighborhood are quiet, and garbage is collected daily, though there is no recycling bin. Those pluses are not enough. I hope the owners are smart enough to fix these issues and find a new management company - there are plenty in Orlando.
