The house was great! It was stocked with all the necessities that we needed! The deck was a great place to sit and watch the boats. It fit our family and friends perfectly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was great and we enjoyed walking to the Ocean State Beach and walking the boardwalk. The house was well furnished and it was comfortable for the seven adults and 1 child.

We've stayed at several beach houses in the New London area as our family has grown. Each has had its pluses and minuses. We've been coming to the Neptune Court house for 6 years, and there are no minuses (Except that we don't own it!) It has everything we need and more. the bedrooms are great and plenty of room for the kids. The nautical theme of the house is outstanding; the furnishing and comfort of the house speaks to the owners thoughtfulness, sense of taste and caring. From the hair dryers to the shampoo and conditioner, the bandaids and towels and washer-dryer and gas grill and balcony porch and 2 large screen TV's so the adults an watch Netflix while the kids are watching the little mermaid in another room. Their collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach caddy make it easy to walk the 200 + steps to the beach. The kitchen has more stuff available than we have in our home. Thank you Damian and Angela for helping our family make memories. PS - Almost forgot our grandkids favorite part, the outdoor shower; we can't get the grandkids to shower at home, but they will shower outdoors under this hot water shower and stay under it until an impatient sib says "Get out! it's my turn".

This house was the perfect location with access to the private beaches. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Two families of 4 stayed very comfortably in this wonderful home with comfy beds! The second story deck was perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! We would definitely stay here again!

Having rented beach houses now for 13 years up and down the east coast, I have to say that this was one of the cleanest and most well stocked houses we’ve stayed in. Cute beach decorations added to the beach vibe all throughout. Damian was a very responsive host, answering any questions we had in a very timely manner. The private beach was a plus and just a short walk away. Perfect house, perfect location = perfect beach week stay.

House is as advertised with more than enough room for our group of 6. Nicely decorated in a relaxed, beachy vibe with plenty of amenities and supplies. Access to the private beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels was a real bonus. Also a short walk to Ocean Beach Park and boardwalk. Would have been better for us if house were closer to more nice playgrounds and rainy day indoor activities for young kids.

Being a host myself it was nice to be on the other side of the experience. There were some things that I liked that you did and the experience you gave.. The home was cozy, it was comfortable. I don't have alexa or anything like that in my homes as that made me a little uneasy. I do protect my property with cameras around the exterior for the safety of my guests. The day we were checking out we did have to set about 2 hours aside to wash, dry and fold towels. It wasn't the worst thing ever. For future guests get this worked out with your team. Overall the home was amazing.. We did really enjoy ourselves. Overall the experience was a 5 star with some feedback to make it the experience even better... Our family stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Eloi Mansion. It was the perfect location, in close proximity to the event and to the other families who were staying nearby. The house is so comfortable and welcoming with nautical decor throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable dish, glass, cookware and a mega coffee station! Although it was a rainy/foggy weekend, we were still able to enjoy the ocean views, both from our upper balcony and via the private gated community beach entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was attending a wedding at Harkness State Park -- just 8 minutes away. The home more than accommodated our crew of 7 adults and made our stay a breeze. The decor is relaxing, modern seaside, there's plenty of common space to hang out without being on top of each other, and all the bedrooms are oh so comfortable. The outside is picture-perfect charming and the parking area is more than ample. The host is lovely to deal with, and provided a helpful guide of local places to eat and visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

wonderful house, very thoughtfully decorated large kitchen, central air, fantastic outdoor shower - quick walk to beach. Went to batting cages, peddle kayak rental, mystic aquarium, Mystic seaport, Roger Williams zoo, miniature golf - 4 inviting beaches, beautiful rooftop deck.

Coolibah Cottage was the perfect summer getaway spot to enjoy time with my parents and my two brothers and their families. It’s beautifully decorated with beach and nautical themed treasures everywhere you look. The kitchen is equipped with more dishes, glasses, and serving items than anyone could possibly use. We especially loved the Polish Pottery coffee mugs and dishes with the sailboats on them. So cute! We used the coffee makers, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer every day and they are top notch. There are plenty of bedrooms and comfortable beds for everyone to have their own space. Our absolute favorite spot, and the room that makes this cottage so unique, was the enclosed front porch. This was where we shared several special meals, at the extendable table that seats 12, and also where we sat each evening on the comfortable couches to relax and reminisce while we called out 70’s and 80’s songs for Alexa to play. We also enjoyed watching a couple of movies on the giant TV screen. My husband’s favorite spot was the upper deck which has a great table and chairs and a lovely view of the ocean. The kids loved being able to walk a block to the private beach and spent much of their time there. It was great having beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a beach cart provided. Two other great spots were the back garden with a perfect hammock and Adirondack chairs and the front patio with its own Adirondack chairs and lovely flowers. So, suffice it to say, we didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat!

From the moment we arrived we could tell this property would not disappoint. The house was spacious and had everything one would need. All beds very comfortable. 3 minute walk to lovely beaches. There was a lot of thought and detail put into the home and special added touches for the us. Damian was very helpful and checked in to see if we were enjoying ourselves. You must rent this place!!

Damian, the host, was always quick to respond and pleasant in his communication. The house was everything we needed and wanted! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee mugs, etc. The house is large, but homey. There is enough space for a large group, but it also has multiple places to have smaller conversations. We used every room and every outdoor space and enjoyed them all. We met some of the permanent neighbors who were very nice. The neighborhood is great for walking. We would love to stay again should our travels take us back to New London!

Our family from 4 different states were most blessed to gather at this property to celebrate both a valedictorian college graduation and our baby girl's wedding at Eolia Mansion at Harkness Park. The wedding pictures at this home are gorgeous and we had more than we needed, we will be back!

We have used many different properties through VRBO, but this was easily one of the best. The location was great, so close to the water, beaches and boardwalk. The house was so clean and well laid out that it easily accommodated our families, and the house was so well stocked with kitchen equipment, staples, and plenty of things to occupy us when the weather was warm and also when it was cold. We would definitely return to this wonderful property and recommend it to all my friends.

We had a beautiful experience at this house. The house was gorgeous and I mean gorgeous. They had everything we needed plus some. Short walk to beach . Ocean beach is one minute away. My kids loved the beach because of the purple sand . Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay here! We had a girls weekend trip with a group of about 7 women and it was the perfect stay. Everything was decorated beautiful and my friends and I kept admiring all of the decor. It was a beachy vibe but they incorporated fall decor very well. We all had so much space and it was so fun to be able to hang out between the dining room, living room, enclosed porch area and outdoor porch area. It was easy to get to downtown Mystic, the vineyards, and downtown New London. The beach was a short walk and it was nice to walk there and along the boardwalk on a cool fall day. Damian and Angela gave us so much information and were so accommodating. The whole stay was absolutely amazing. My friends and I are looking for an excuse to come back up in the near future!

Great location with awesome beaches with in 1 minute walk. Views are stunning from the porch.

Process was seamless. The home was as advertised. My two adult daughters and their SOs were very happy and relaxed in the home. My two granddaughters, ages 2.5 and almost 5 (9/16) had a great time. The location was perfect for the beach and not far from activities for them. They enjoyed a submarine tour as well as a day seeing ‘dinosaurs’. In addition, we all truly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. Not only was it great for preparing meals, it was a comfortable setting for gathering while doing so.

Our family has come down to the New London area for 8 or 9 years. We want our kids and grandkids to enjoy the pleasures of a beach community and get together each year to bond as an extended family; for several years we switched houses until we found this house. In the 4 years we've been coming, Damian and Angie have improved the house each year with amazing additions. This year it has been a new upstairs deck with a view of the water, chairs and an outside dinner table; they add an amazing outdoor hot shower to clean off after coming from the beach; there is new beautiful stonework with a new 3 chair patio in front of the house. there is a indoor hepa filter to enhance covid safety and indoor air quality; the new enclosed front porch has a huge table and chairs along with a huge TV and a new ? electric fireplace . the house is so tastefully decorated in nautical themes. this year 2 of my grandkids got splinters on the ocean beach boardwalk; in the bathroom there is an emergency first aide kit the has a splinter forceps, a safety pin and some bacitracin that saved us 2 trips to the urgent care. Already thinking about next year

We had a wonderful week at Coolibah Cottage. It's obvious that Damian and Angela put a lot of thought, care, and work into making their cottage relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable for their guests! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and dish you might think of -- there were even condiments in the frig and oils, herbs and spices in the cupboard. Linens and towels and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was supplied! Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable! The whole house was airy and bright, roomy, and welcoming. We loved sitting on the upstairs deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. There was also a nice sitting area in the back of the house with Adirondack chairs and a hammock which got a lot of use and another grouping of Adirondack chairs at the front of the house. Being a family of ten comprised of 3 generations -- including 3 grandgirls under the age of 6 -- it was at times nice to have some separate outdoor areas for different groups! The beach was lovely and only a short walk from the house. It was the perfect family beach. And it was very handy to be able to come and go and leave our chairs and gear at the beach for the day. We played mini-golf and made use of the splash pad at the nearby Ocean Beach Park and the girls loved the amusement rides. It was a wonderful, convenient location for a fun, relaxing family beach vaca! We definitely hope to visit again another year!

Wonderful property, spacious and elegant house and living spaces, excellent proximity to private magnificent beaches. Lots of other things to do around New London as well. Excellent and responsive hosts with lots of great information and guidance on local spots and tips. Definitely would return.

Damian and Angela’s seaside home was just the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation. The rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. Loved having the 2 yoga mats for use on the beautiful new deck. And the front porch was a favorite place to gather.

This house is great! It is completely stocked in the kitchen with everything you could imagine ever wanting. We had a hard time getting in to the house when we first got there but once we got in our stay was great. The host were able to respond to any questions we had. We’re hoping to go back

Damian was so great to work with in organizing this trip to New London. Unfortunately upon our arrival we had a family emergency back at home, and had to leave several days early. Hopefully we'll be able to do a redo of this trip very soon!

This charming house was exactly what we needed for a Mother/Daughter/Sister quiet winter escape. It exceeded our expectations on every level and the owner made everything super easy. We checked in and never left. We cooked and read and slept and laughed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need and all of the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend.

This house was a perfect location! It is absolutely beautiful with absolutely everything in place for a wonderful stay! Damian was so responsive, and we already can’t wait to come back for another weekend getaway!
