We stayed here for a weekend retreat. It was a very nice, spacious cabin! Great location, big bedrooms, lots of beds, furniture in good condition. Everything was great!

We recently stayed at Evergreen and thought it was excellent, especially for larger families . The management company was quick to answer any questions and kind . The home is dated , but amenities are good and the home is clean. I would stay here again if traveling with a large group . The only thing I do believe there should have been a few more towels left out and some more toilet paper rolls . Overall a fantastic experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Estate. With four adults and six small children, the house layout was perfect and the big backyard was ideal for safely playing in the snow. The house is well kept, spacious, and super close to the slopes. We would love to stay here again.

No fans except in dinning room. Was hot, understand no air conditioning, but being able to have the sliders open would of been nice. Also the buttons of the door of the refrigerator were broken so you had to open up the freezer to get the ice out. Toaster would of come in handy. Besides that it was clean and roomy.

Would use this company again, but make sure things were in place to be comfortable

My family and I stayed here last week for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and spacious, everyone had a great time bbq and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely return.

We had full capacity and invited other friends over and still felt there was plenty of space to socialize.

Working with the staff at Big Bear Property Services was simple and they were very respectful (Employee Jeff was wonderful). As we did have a noise complaint or two from the local neighbor, Jeff would send us a friendly text reminder to keep everyone inside and try to keep it down. I would hands down work with them again and will stay at the Evergreen Retreat again as well.

Only thing I may recommend is having the house stocked with a few cleaning supplies as we attempted to clean our mess without any. I brought extra paper towels and a couple bath towels that were definitely needed!! It would be nice to know in advance that we should have brought extra towels as we were still short with all the showers and many people getting in and out of the jacuzzi. But, it all still worked out and I will be coming back!

We brought towels and pots and pans, but didn't need them. They even had extra large pots to cook for a large group/family.
The fools ball table was a hit with the guys and the kids. The pool table was an out door pool table and was warped & only had 1 pool cue but it was still fun.

It was a nice get away with all the conveniences of home.

I was easily able to get the keys and check in and communication between the Big Bear property mgmt was great. The stuff to cook with is sparse! Only two dishtowels, tiny broom, no real baking pans.... a little peeling on the hallway heading into guest bedrooms and one of the bunk beds has a rail that needs to be repaired. Otherwise great experience!

The house and furniture were beautiful, the location was ideal, and the management was helpful! We also loved the foosball table! The only downside was that we could not play the billiards table, as it is not level, and the space is too enclosed to hit the balls efficiently from all angles. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
