1- قربه من كل شي. 2- الافطار متنوع. 3- نظافه الفندق. 3- خدمة العملاء جيده وشكر خاص لرعد ورحمة. 4- وجود قهوه وتمر وعصير ( ضيافه) يومياً بمدخل الفندق.

1- النت ضعيف جداً وأحياناً لايعمل 2- بعض نوافذ الغرف تطل على مطاعم اسماك ورائحتها مزعجة 3- عدم وجود شباك بالنوافذ الكبيرة مما جعل الذباب يتواجد بكثره بالغرف.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Excellent customer care.

The Junior Suite was a disappointment. Dirty sofa, old flooring, unventilated strange smell, no rug n hand towel in the bathroom, no balcony, no patio, although it was in the description in booking.

Only the location, which was fantastic.

Everything else, but mostly value for money. I would expect better quality for the amount of money I have paid.

The hotel was overall very good, nice interior, nice room and bathroom, very handy to have a microwave and a fridge in the room - because of our little one.

One thing that disappointed me is that we had breakfast included, which was one of the reason for choosing this hotel, but because both days we had to wake up and leave the hotel very early in the morning we weren't able to make use of it and no alternative was placed - for instance I asked for a breakfast bag that we could pick up early in the morning before leaving the hotel but they said it was not possible. It would have been nice if they could have accomodate our breakfast in another way.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay, thanks to all the amazing staff who made my visit so enjoyable.

- I booked the hotel with breakfast in the Ramadan, but when I arrived they told me they dont have Suhoor available.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel is worth every riyal!

Good location, close to everything, spacious apartment, top quality modern furniture, very clean and comfortable, no carpet on the floor, only rugs which is perfect for me and people with allergy to dust, Yummy breakfast with good variety, polite staff, super quick check-in and out. We stayed in a junior suite # 311 perfect for couples, we enjoyed our stay and definitely we will be back again

The socket for the kettle was near the sink, and the wire was a bit exposed. It needs fixing, very dangerous near the water, also I wish if they had bigger mugs, one of the spot lights in bedroom needs fixing too. If they fix that I would give them a 10 rate with a smile

My reservation included breakfast, they not accepted ask to clean for 3 days only 1 time clean.
