Beyond our expectations. Very beautiful condo. Sea site, decoration, all was right. Thank You Doreen for your arrival assistance. Would rent this condo again in a hart beat. The only negative is the floors and baseboards need some tlc.(wash/paint)

We absolutely love this place. The condo was spacious and adequately appointed. The staff is welcoming and helpful. For our family, this has it all. Beach. Pool. The on-site restaurant. Fabulous dining nearby. We have come several times and can’t wait for our next visit.

The unit was fine, but not particularly clean - many stains and spots around the unit that demonstrated it lacked a thorough cleaning. Mildew was in all shower curtains as another example. Screen door broken in primary bedroom area. Kitchen was well stocked, except for no back up garbage bags - just the ones in the cans. Great views and location. Pool was quite small and overcrowded during our stay, which made it unusable.

We have stayed at this property twice. The office staff is great and check in and out is simple. The United itself could use a deep clean, especially the carpet and vents. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Loved the awesome view of the ocean.

#445 (top floor, corner) has the best view on Tybee and the deck is great. Comfy beds, interesting decor, well-equipped (includes beach chairs and umbrella). Front desk staff super helpful (the unit Wi-Fi went out just before an important zoom meeting and staff let us set up in their office, and nagged Xfinity to fix the problem). Restaurant and bar staff also super.

The place was perfect for us. The view is fantastic and right on the water. Condo was clean and provided all necessary items and then some. I was even suprised to see a Kureig machine. Plenty of towels, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets, and some beach items if you happen to forget something. We will be staying again! Thank you!

The condo was EXTREMELY clean. Everything was in perfect working order (we actually didn't use the kitchen much, but what we did use worked), the view and access to the beach couldn't be better. The office was nice to have, with staff available for questions. Overall, our stay was amazing and you will not regret it if you pick this condo.

This is a nice condo with a beautiful view. It was very clean and well furnished. The main bedroom was comfortable. We didn’t use the others but they seemed fine. The kitchen had plenty dishes and cookware and the appliances were nice. I would stay here again.
We went to Fort Pulaski every day to walk the dog. Great trails about 5 minutes drive. Eat at Lili’s and Sundae Cafe.

Everything was perfect about our stay ... EXCEPT it was not 4.5 stars clean. Floors were filthy + coffee maker had not been cleaned + fingerprints/easily-removable stains in bathroom. Mgmt office was very concerned and would have made immediate amends. Hopefully they will follow-up by inspecting their cleaning service's quality.

Condo was clean with direct oceanfront view. Very quiet end unit on top floor. Stacey in the office was very accommodating & provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Good food and service at the Deck restaurant. Savannah is a short 1/2 hour drive - highly recommend the free walking tour if it’s your 1st visit.
