We enjoyed staying here, the deck is amazing with access to swim in the sea! Alfredo went above and beyond when we left a passport behind and helpful in other ways as well. Highly recommend!

This villa was amazing. The rooms are a decent size (2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom) with good closet space and aircon. Very nice living space leading into a fabulous, big terrace. The kitchen is on the smaller side but that did not bother us. There is lots of space to sit outside in the shade or lounge in the sun. The villa has direct access to the ocean which we used daily (on one occasion the sea was a bit too rough to go in, but rest of week was great). The villa is on a busy road - not noisy as house is further down, but quite a lot of traffic. Street parking was good. Proximity to Palermo and Mondello beach was good (would recommend a car). Grocery story about 8 mins drive away. Some restuarants on same street (we did not try them). The highlight is the terrace, the view and the direct access to the ocean to go for a swim.

The location is perfect but the house needs urgently an update, especially the bathrooms (showers) and the kitchen.

House was mould and dirty. Pictures in Vrbo don‘t reflect the run down condition of the villa. No opportunity to have a swim in the sea without injuries all over the body, while getting our of the water in stormy wheather. No Staues into the des. Almost no noice although next to the main road. Not recomended.

We loved this property. Great location in the sea and close to beautiful Mondello just outside Palermo. Our hosts were fabulous and very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely try to return.

A gem of a place with dramatic water views and under Mount Pellegrino, eight of us friends really enjoyed staying here. A comfortable and spacious house accommodated us easily. Our host found out we Canadians like toast in the morning, and immediately went out to purchase a missing toaster and a large coffee machine. We highly recommend that visitors choose Sergio to do a walking tour of Palermo. Our host may want to include his coordinates on the suggestion sheet at the house along with maps detailing: how to find the main grocery store, and restaurants that locals recommend rather than touristy ones as well as places to visit for active travelers. Elvira was gracious and helpful and we wish her all the best!

What a memorable stay! We were warmly welcomed by the owner who answered all our questions , provided us with the necessary info on the area. The location was idyllic . Beautiful sunrise, and to have crystal clear clean blue waters to dip into was fantastic! We rented a car which was very practical. All amenities were close by, as well as landmarks and restaurants. This was our 1st time renting, and it was an exceptional experience. Definitely, recommend staying here.

Everybody enjoyed the beautiful views and the home was just great. We plan on going back as soon as we can, The owner was was very helpful with everything.

Das Highlihgt dieser Wohnung ist mit Sicherheit die große Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung (2 räumlich voneinander getrennte Schlafbereiche mit Bad) hat uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Deswegen gibt es wohlwollende 4 Sterne für einen für uns angenehmen Urlaub. Allerdings muss auch erwähnt werden, dass die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung, vor allem in Bädern und Küche, sehr zu wünschen übrig ließ. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer wurde von uns wegen Moder- bzw. Stockgeruch nicht genutzt.

Our group of 8 (4 adult couples) spent 5 wonderful nights here. First, the location is AMAZING...imagine waking up and walking out of your vacation home to jump in the sea with beautiful clear waters and then looking up toward your place to see the majestic views of Monte Pelligrino...Fantastic. Now, add to it a beautiful home, with an amazing patio where you can enjoy everything from morning coffee to late night vino. The grounds are immaculately kept. The living room is spacious and well appointed and everything was clean and well kept. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and had enough space for 4 people to share comfortably. It is a bit of a drive away from the heart of Mondello and Palermo, meaning you will want a vehicle or get taxis into town (we drove). Finally, thanks to Alfredo for his willingness to accommodate our schedule, we got in earlier than planned, and while he wanted more time he was an accomdating host. Additionally, he worked with us on our departure time while still working to clean the place for the next occupants. Truly showing Sicilian warmth and friendliness. Can't wait to visit again! Sehr schöne Villa, herrliche Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet,geräumige Zimmer, sehr guter Wifi-Empfang. Ruhige Lage, Mondello und Palermo sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr empfehlenswert.Ein Wagen vor Ort ist von grossem Vorteil da Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.Der Zugang zum Meer kann abhängig vom Wetter etwas schwierig sein.

What an awesome place to spend our holiday. The place is big enough for a big group, with 4 bedrooms, spacious living room and a huge terace. The terace is a gift itself, with all the furniture and sofas. The hosts were amazing and helped with all our questions. Definitelly will return.

La villa est très agréable. C'est un véritable privilège d'avoir comme première vue le matin, la mer..... et d'entendre le bruit des vagues sur les rochers. La vue de la maison, ses grandes terrasses, son confort en font un endroit où on se sent bien. Beaucoup de sites à visiter à partir de la villa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et charmants. En synthèse que du bonheur pour une première découverte de la Sicile.

Owners are wonderful and helpful, and the location of the place between Mondello and Palermo centre is ideal. The view is incredible and the place very quiet. You can even jump into the clear wonders underneath the terrace! The apartment is traditional but very cosy, and absolutely relaxing. Will definitely return there.

Att bara gå in i huset och se den fantastiska utsikten var värt allt. Att sitta ute och äta frukost på den fantastiskt stora altanen. Nära och bra att köra in till Palermo och Mondello. Familjen Gulì var suveräna värdar, ordna det som behövdes, hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och marknader att handla på. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende om ni ska spendera tid i området.

Idéalement située à proximité de Palerme, c'est un bon point de départ pour visiter la ville et le nord ouest de la Sicile : Castellamare del Golfo, la réserve de Zingaro, Erice, Trapani, Marsala,... Bien qu'à proximité de restaurants, l'environnement est assez calme. La maison est très agréable avec ses trois terrasses et sa magnifique vue sur la mer. L'accès direct à l'eau par un escalier et des rochers n'est pas trop difficile. Sans s'éloigner beaucoup, on peut voir beaucoup de poissons. Elvira et toute sa famille sont des gens charmants que nous aurions plaisir à revoir. Nous les remercions pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé deux très chouettes semaines dans cette belle villa en bord de mer. La description correspond à 100 % à la réalité, la maison était très propre et très spacieuse. La propriétaire était très souriante et disponible et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les glaciers et les pizzerias. A recommander. Merci Elvira!

The place was absolutely gorgeous. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of water crashing against the rocks in the morning. The villa was big enough for 9 of us. We also hosted a cousin's reunion and the outdoor patio was the perfect venue. This is located in an ideal spot because it so close to Mondello, the Center and the Airport. Supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants are all close by. The owner was very friendly, accommodating and very accessible. We look to have our next cousin's reunion here again!

Un grand merci et un grand bravo pour votre accueil ! sejour de 4 jours sur palerme pour les 60 ans de ma maman, Elvira et son frere ont été très accueillant et chaleureux avec nous. La maison correspond exactement au descriptif, un petit coin de paradis ! ils se sont adaptés à nos horaires d'avion pour l'arrivée et le départ (pour effectuer le check in/check out) et ce fut tres appréciable ... enfin, ils ont été d'excellent conseil pour le resto... 4 passi , un resto de poisson à tomber par terre !!! We were 8 people coming from Belarus. We had no words to describe our fascination of staying at this excellent place! Everything is perfect-accomodation,picturesque landscape around villa,the sea and mountains nearby villa. We can advise people who want to spend calm and relaxing holiday to come here. We decide someday to come back here. The housekeepers are very friendly,nice,intelligent people,they surround us with their care,support and hospitality! They gave us all that we required at any time and about different questions. Of course,it'll be very comfortable to have your own car or rent it to visit places around. Good luck and all the best!
