This beautiful home was a lovely get away. Just a 20min drive from the CBD but had all the wonders that Rotorua has to offer. You will not be disappointed

Close enough to town , close enough to the lake and yet still being blessed with the space of the property. Our kids cant stop talking about this holiday and the experience they had, the caretaker was very welcoming, the livestock was a total bonus, spacious interior and exterior such an enjoyable stay all 12 of us were very pleased

We had such an awesome new year at this house they have thought of everything to make your holiday. Perfect for large groups. My niece loved feeding all the animals each day! Plenty of entertainment for all ages and relaxing spaces. Complimentary eggs each day was an added bonus! The only negative for us was the dirty spa pool. But would 100% recommend this house

We were a group of 12 extended family on holiday, 8 adults and 2 kids, the house was great for us all, and exceeded all our expectations! The pool table, spa pool and table tennis was great for the kids and adults alike, we all had really comfy beds, plenty of space in the bedrooms and space to cook and eat in the kitchen diner, as well as some nice places to chill, the outside patio was a lovely oasis to sit and relax! I would highly reccomend this house to anyone!

Our family of 12, spanning 3 generations from 10-70 years spent an amazing 5 days at Hamurana. It was very spacious allowing us all to find our own space. It has everything you might require when on holiday. The huge games room was very popular, as was the closeness of Lake Rotorua which we enjoyed kayaking on and was within walking distance from the home. The manager and housekeeper were great to communicate with and nothing was a problem. Other amenities

We had a lovely few days in Hamurana. The house was perfect for exploring the local area and the children loved the games room and alpacas next door. The house was very comfortable and spacious and everything was easy to find.

Enjoyed the stay. The house was spacious and great to have a games room as the weather was rain all weekend. Only bad feedback is that the house smells damp. Everything else was great.

Everything about this stay far surpassed our expectations. If you're looking for the perfect stay, look no further. First, Norman, the property manager, made a great first impression. He's a great communicator and wonderful to speak with. Angela, the housekeeper, created a warm and inviting space on top of working hard to allow us to check in early. When we arrived, we felt like we had entered our own paradise. Behind the private gate are stunning gardens, native bush, and the sweetest sheep, chickens, and alpacas. Everything inside the home is impeccably designed without sacrificing comfort. We sank into the oh, so comfortable beds, appreciated the private spa-like bathrooms, and felt like top chefs cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. In addition to the amenities listed, we were pleasantly surprised by a new hot tub, large billiard table, and the large, new deck overlooking the scenic landscape in the back of the property. I had the rare opportunity to meet the owner of the property who stopped by to feed the baby alpaca he'd been caring for since it was born. After some great conversation, you would be hard pressed to meet a kinder and more generous person. The only thing that could've made our experience better was if we had planned to stay longer. If you're looking for the perfect stay, you've found it. Book today!

My girl friends and our mums had a lovely weekend away. Layout of the house is perfect for big groups, we all had plenty of space. And a lovely outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine and a chat in the peaceful surrounding.

as 2 families staying together - we loved this place. easy to have own space, but yet come together in the different zones - kids loved the games room - but also great to just hang around in one of the sitting areas, the outdoor space was peaceful, and great to see all the wildlife that calls the space home as well. daughter was obsessed with the alpacas in the paddock next door, and all the kids loved feeding the chickens. quiet location, well set up for visitors and overall fantastic place to stay. thanks for having us.

A fantastic property with everything you could need and more. As a group of friends catching up, there was more than enough room for everyone with the added bonus of lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Would highly recommend this property, we will be back.

Fantastic large house, we all really loved our stay there. Be careful in the snooker / table tennis room after a few drinks, things get real competitive real quick 😁 Thanks for having us Norman.

Best book a bach I've stayed at Accommodates large groups and is entertaining with pool table and table tennis. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting rotorua. Only 15mins from town. Was amazing. Didn't want to come home. Thank you for having us.

Great, large home which can accommodate big groups. Private and secure - great outdoor area and games room. Overall we loved it and hope to be back here in the future. Communication with owner and cleaner was quick and excellent too.

Very happy with the property and location 35$ per person for linen is bit overrated considering the condition of towels and bed linen. Communication with manager was not the greatest experience as started saying "there are other people would rent the property if I don't when inquired about the pricing disparity where the linen was initially advertised as 25$ but invoice was 35$ per person. Having Central heating would have been better than having small fan heaters, been bit hard having small kids and two consecutive very wet days while sitting. Otherwise it was a great place for big group to catch up.

We loved the house, well appointed with great amenities, it is everything we expected based on the advertising. This was the perfect base for the six of us to explore the Rotorua region or just stay home and enjoy relaxing in this beautiful home.

Loved our mid-winter stay. The animals were a hit (& easy on-site entertainment for the kids). The house layout makes it a great place for multi-family mini-breaks with great socialising spaces but but space to quietly time out too. We had a great long weekend break here!
