this property surprised us, being a 3 start hotel we didn’t expect much, but honestly it was amazing. It was very clean and the staff were lovely. The rooms were very spacious with a minibar that was complementary, the staff was lovely and being 2 min away by car from Petra makes this hotel the perfect one for enjoying Petra. The breakfast is great and the dinner menu is super full filling!

Mooi hotel met free shuttle naar Petra. Gratis drankjes uit mini bar. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij kregen tips voor Petra en restaurants in de buurt van de manager. Wij hadden problemen met reservering van volgende bestemming van de rondreis en manager is proactief gaan zorgen dat alles was geregeld voor ons.

The staff was extremely nice. They treated us with an orange juice and tried to help make the best of our stay in Petra. They also gave us an upgrade to a larger room. The minibar was complimentary, which is always nice.

Some items in the minibar were expired. The hotel has no parking (street parking is easy to find). Some of the food at breakfast was a bit old and the selection lacking.

great staff, very helpful. they arrange free daily shuttle to the entrance of Petra which allows you to stay close to all thee good restaurants without having to pay for overpriced taxis every day back and forth.

The hotel was lovely, very nicely done inside and rooms felt luxurious. Staff friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. Great free shuttle to Petra and also free mini-bar is unheard of! Would definitely recommend.

Outside it didn't look great, but don't let that put you off.

I'm really glad I chose this hotel. The hotel room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The hotel allowed me to leave my bags when I arrived in the morning to explore Petra and even picked me up from the Petra Visitor Center to go back to the hotel. Ali ensured that I was comfortable and also made arrangements for me to go to Wadi Rum by bus the next morning. He also waited with me to make sure that I got on the right bus and to make sure everything went smoothly. They will take care of you.

We have enjoyed our stay a lot and it's exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended.

The location is great, as it is near all the amenities you need like ATMs, restaurants and shops. Staying close to Petra may be convenient for sightseeing but less so if you need to organise other things. Plus Town Season has an on demand shuttle in both directions, which is super helpful. The rooms are very clean and with AC/heating. The breakfast is the most extensive I have seen in Jordan and you will find many things to like. Finally and most importantly, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and have many suggestions. They also organised my ticket for the early shuttle to Petra.

There is nothing much to dislike. I think this is the best place to stay. The only small thing is that I could hear some weird noise like a tap going on and off a lot of the night. It didn’t bother me too much as I was tired after walking all day.
