Our stay at Villa Annecy exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment I contacted Natasha to book in until the moment we were delivered safely back to the airport, the whole process and visit was exceptional. Villa Annecy is maintained to a high standard, the staff are incredible, and the location is perfect! As a group of 6 mums, the layout of the villa was amazing for our large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The pool area with the spa and day bed was perfect for relaxing after a big day of shopping or activities. The centralised location of the villa was great for our group. We were able to walk to Double Six beach to watch the sunset each afternoon and quickly walk to Bintang Supermarket for snacks or drinks. Jl. Arjuna (Double Six) is an easy 5 minute walk away, and Jl. Legian is even closer. The team of on-site staff are wonderful, speak fantastic english and work hard to accommodate every request. From the coffee brought to us on the day bed first thing in the morning to the aircon turned on and the mozzie nets drawn before we got home in the evening, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as fun and relaxing as possible. If you are looking for an amazing villa in Seminyak, I can not recommend Villa Annecy high enough!!!!

Villa Annecy was the perfect place to stay for a family holiday! It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were accommodating which made our stay even better. The booking process was easy and all relevant information was clearly communicated. We can’t thank Natasha and the staff enough for such a wonderful stay :)

Beautiful villa very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptional: there when you needed them but also discreet. The meals were delicious and good value. Lovely breakfasts. Good pool and lovely garden setting but perhaps the pool was not the best for infants although there was a barrier to the garden pool. The staff would spray the rooms which again was really helpful. A spacious well decorated Balinese villa.

This is the perfect place to stay in Bali. Centrally located, private, clean and spacious. Best of all, the staff are the most friendly, accommodating people you will meet, they made our stay very special.

First off everything shown is accurate- the property is beautiful top to bottom. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are wonderful. The beds are nice. The pool is truly amazing. But the staff. The staff makes this villa over the moon amazing. Dinners, drivers, laundry, and grocery shopping. You name it they can handle it instantly and with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about the property. Natash is amazing to work with as well.

From gwtting off the plane all the way back to our sad departure our stay at Annexy was perfect. Our driver was waiting for us for hours as we made our way thru customs and still greeted us with a smile and amazing service. When we arrived at the villa the amazing staff provided us with delicious foods they had prepared for us and cold drinks. Throughout our stay the staff went above and beyond for us and the villa was always kept in an immaculate state. Could not recommend this villa more highly and would definitely return again. Thank you to Natasha and the in house staff for making our trip so easy and memorable!

I cannot recommend the Villa Annecy enough! The pictures really don't do the property justice, it is absolutely gorgeous. The beach and tons of bars & restaurants are within close walking distance, which was super convenient given commuting around the island isn't always the easiest with traffic. Natasha was very responsive to our questions and helped coordinate a few additional activities on our wish list that we wouldn't have been able to schedule without her help. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We relied on them in assisting with dinner recommendations and one-off transport requests to tourist locations. You will not be disappointed with your experience here!

The villa and staff are excellent. Staff very welcoming and will see to your every need. Excellent breakfast cooked everyday with plenty of food and choice. The villa is a good 20 minute walk to the beach which takes some finding down back streets and alleys. It is down a small street which is very quiet yet easily accessible to the main streets of Seminyak. The only downside to our stay was the use of the fifth bedroom. This room is used as a throughfare to two other bedrooms and so not as private as one might like. There are also no wardrobes for this room. However, other than this, the villa is excellent and the staff make your stay extra special with their attention to your comfort and their friendliness.

We also had a cocktail bar arranged and a barbecue and it was so much fun and the food was great. It was close to restaurants, shops and the beach. I had such a great vacation I would recommend this Villa for group trips and families.

A great villa! Such an experience, wonderful We were 10: parents in 2 suites, children (6 of them) in 3 rooms. All with AC and anti mosquitos. 4 real bedrooms (with private bathroom) + 1 bedroom that can be arrange with a queen (my daugther, 11, slept there and she was delighted) Also very important: quiet (no bar etc. close from the villa, no noise) The swimming pool is large and part of the living room. The fantastic plus of this villa is the staff: they take care of everything (breakfast any type, lunch and dinner if you want). And they are great cookers, doing lots of local dishes and traditional ones. All services also available (sightseeing, transport for the day, furnitures etc.) Wifi was very good in the villa Walking distance: restaurant and shops (+supermarket) It's a "VIP" experience, highly recommended. The owner is very responsive and very kind, so nothing to say for changing anything: everything is great

He was as friendly as he was patient by happily waiting for the four of us to collect our bags. After getting settled in his van, he gave all of us a cold bottle of water and cool hand cloth. We appreciated his gesture and immediately felt better as it was hot and humid that morning. Driving through the bustling downtown city of Seminyak, we made a left turn down a somewhat winding and narrow street. Within a few minutes, we were there, our home away from home for the next 6 days. Villa Annecey was nestled at the end the street among a few of other villas. As Warung collected our luggage, the glass front door opened and we were a greeted by Made, the House Manager. When we stepped over the threshold, our mouths dropped in awe and wonderment. I breathed a sigh of relief because, once again, I found my group a magnificent place to stay. The villa was perfect! The pictures on the site do not do it justice. As we continued our way through the house, Made and the rest of the staff presented us with a refreshing cocktail. We sipped as she showed us around, each room as gorgeous as the next. The bathrooms adorned luxurious oversized stone bathtubs, which immediately looked like a fabulous way to end upcoming days of long hours of touring. After the house tour, we changed into our swimsuits and jumped in the pool, which was the center point of the grounds. After a brief swim, our senses were delighted with a traditionally prepared Balinese meal. The good food continued as every morning we were met with eggs (made to our individual liking), pancakes, fruit, cereal, orange juice and coffee. From the delicious food to the impeccable service, I will definitely be back!! The staff took care of arranging in house massages as well as a couple of our tours. This villa is really outstanding and maintained to a very high level. The staff are curtious and attentive and always ready to help without being intrusive. In particular their cooking was better than anything we found in any of the restaurants we visited. The villa is just a short walk from the beach and close to all of the Seminyak action. For Jazz enthusiasts, Ryoshi is a complete must especially on Monday night when the house band plays.

Location - perfect running for on the beach and plethora of restaurants and shops all just a stones throw away. Staff - just fab, nothing too much trouble and more ! Villa - clearly a lot of thought has gone into the décor and design of the villa great use of space and the pool area is simply gorgeous, all areas are kept immaculately clean and tidy. Manager/owner - more than helpful to accommodate our needs. My favourite thing - a little bin in our room , I put my dirty laundry in it and by the morning a fairy had taken it away washed and ironed it and my clothes were ready to wear the next day .... I tried this when I got home clearly the washing fairy only exists in villa Annecy : ((((( I would 100% recommend Villa Annecy ....

We recently stayed at Villa Annecy as a family unit to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. We were thrilled to find a villa that allowed all 4 families separate spaces and yet also a great shared space. The staff were amazing, quiet, friendly, unobtrusive and quick to help in any way they could. The daily breakfasts are one of my most missed things from my holiday! We had a lovely time together and I am happy to recommend Villa Annecy to others travelling to Bali.

Fabulous the second time round. Went on lots more excursions this time but I've copied and pasted from my first visit. Loved, loved, loved my stay at Villa Annecy. It exceeded all my expectations. The best thing was the overall quality – no detail was overlooked Huge open living dining kitchen area overlooking the pool and garden. Tick European style kitchen with all mod cons and staff that cook if you want. Not only that but they also clean, wash up and make the beds every day Tick. Free Wi-Fi and a good selection of cable channels on every TV, as well as a DVD and iPod dock. Tick Air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and fully equipped en-suites. Oh and two have day beds in them too. Tick It’s in a perfect position in Seminyak, 5 minutes’ walk from the main street with plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Tick A house and an annex so you can have some separate family time if you want. Tick Not too precious about sticking to the 8-10 guests guideline, we had 12 with no problems And the icing on the cake? The Airport transfer was included and the driver found us with no problems The pool and Jacuzzi were much bigger that I thought they’d be – a good 11 metres long with a FAB springboard if you love to dive or just jump. Smaller pool for kids. Tick tick tick. I think you get the idea. Sigh …. I’ll be going back.

We go for a girls holiday somewhere different every year, but this year we hit jackpot. The villa was amazing, big bedrooms and bathrooms - the pool was fantastic, huge with a diving board. Made was just so so helpful and Wayan's breakfast pancakes were delicious. We were asked not to have music on loud after 10.30 at night because of families with children staying in local villas but that was fine as we were just about to go out then. The villa is in the perfect position for getting to bars and restaurants. From the villa there is a great running loop down the lane, along the beach and back up and it's really quiet in the mornings. We are coming back next year but for 7 nights rather than 5.
