This spacious home is within walking distance to the Point Pleasant boardwalk and beach. Just about everything is within a 10 minute walk. The house is unbelievably well-equipped with everything one would need for the beach, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a sturdy cart that our 2 grandchildren rode in to go back and forth to the beach. The house is enormous, with plenty of sleeping space and areas for the children to play. And, speaking of children, there were a zillion stuffed animals and games. Out back, in the fenced in yard, is a heated pool and tons of pool inflatables and toys. Our dogs were able to wander around back there without fear of escaping. The hosts, Joseph and Linie, were extremely responsive and accommodating.Their instructions for the home and surrounding areas were the most comprehensive we have seen. Great vacation! Great time! Great hosts!

The house was well maintained and the pool area was great. Joseph was easily reachable and responded in a timely manner to my questions. My family enjoyed our stay!

We stayed a week and can't wait to come back. 6 adults and 6 kids fit more than comfortably in this great house! Even before booking, the owner was very responsive and informative. This continued until the end of trip. The house includes so many amenities we definitely over packed, even with bringing our 6 month old. It's a great location less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and central to shops and restaurants. You won't be be disappointed with this luxury home away from home!

My family rented this beautiful property for a week during Summer 2022. It had everything we could've asked for and more, and it was a short 8 minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. The owner/property manager provided great information & recommendations in the area and was very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed our trip so much - we hope to return next year!

There is not enough positive words to tell about this property. Beautiful home with more than enough room for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs to spread out. The pool was a bonus along with the 3rd floor room for the kids to hang out. We were able to walk to the boardwalk and town. Finally our hosts Joe and Linie. Joe was extremely responsive if we had any questions and contacted us during the week to be sure we didn't need anything. Our grandkids said this was our best vacation and our family has done many beach vacations together.

We were able to stay in this beautiful beach home in Point Pleasant for a week to spend quality time with extended family from out of state. The owners friendliness and communication was one of the best things about this rental. They were easy to reach and well organized with relaying the details about our stay. The property easily accommodated the 4 couples and kids from our family for the week. The layout of the home was perfect for our children and the outdoor space was the perfect little oasis to make our vacation relaxing. I would definitely rent this property again if we are able to visit Point Pleasant in the future.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! It felt like we were in our own home—but better! The house was not only very clean and spacious, but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was hands down the best part. It was so nice and bonus—heated! The location of this home was ideal. Not just 5 min walk to the Boardwalk and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect vacation property, beautiful spacious well maintained modern home with lots of special touches, fabulous pool and backyard, great location, walk to beach and town, owner is most helpful with great communication, looking forward to staying again.

The property was amazing. Wide open kitchen, a TV that looked like a piece of art, sonos sound system throughout the house, and a heated pool. My friends and I stayed for a week and it was a blast. The best part was the beach was within 10 minutes of walking from the house! Thanks!

Over alll, very good. Given the pandemic environment some adjustments to the reservation were made but with clarity.

We rented the house for 3 months to escape the city during the pandemic. The house is well stocked with everything from kitchen essentials and non-essentials (ice cream maker and popcorn maker) to board games and toys for the kids. The pool is a great hit for the kids in June. Walkable to beach. Friendly neighbors. We can’t ask for a better stay. The house needed some cleaning when we checked in but it is understandable because of the wariness due to Covid-19. Joe courteously waived our cleaning fee on our exit. We are definitely coming back. Thanks Joe and Linie!

I must say the property is beautiful. It’s a shame that people who stay at a home like this just take advantage of it. Leaving it a mess and not even cleaning up a bit for the next guests. Now I know there’s a cleaning services but when it’s time to check in and there still overwhelmed cleaning a mess that’s crazy. But I must say the property manager was in contact with me until it was resolved. I also think the pool guy needs to be there more then once a week. But I must say the overall experience at the home was excellent loved the layout very big and open first floor. Pool is awesome on the hot lazy days.

We loved staying here! The owners are super nice and very responsive. The house is nearly new, very spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We enjoyed using the beautiful, heated pool every day. The owners left pool toys for our kids to use, including basketball and net, which provided hours of fun for our teens. The master bedroom suite of the house is enormous. All the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect for us - close enough to walk to the beach, Jenkinsons' boardwalk and miniature golf but not too busy or loud. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs and a cart for us to use as well. The only small issue we had was trying to figure out the TVs and the various remotes in the house (the owner LOVES technology!) Fortunately, we were traveling with teenagers and they knew what to do. (In fairness, the owners do leave detailed instructions for everything.) Putting our digital fears aside, we had a wonderful time and would certainly return again. Five stars!
