Very clean and well equipped

very convenient for our family visit. Room was warm, bed comfortable, and shower excellent. Provided coffee machine. There was a fridge which would have been useful for a longer stay, particularly in warm weather. Plenty of car parking. Excellent breakfast, served by very pleasant lady, in beautifully decorated Christmas themed dining room

Room was rather small, but not a real problem. Short of shelving in bathroom, so nowhere to put make up. Could have done with a hook behind the bathroom door, to hang clothes when showering.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was fantastic ! Breakfast was filling, we recommend the full English and the waffles We had food in the pub and it was beautiful, staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back

The Horse was easy to find and the room was clean and very comfortable and a great shower.. The breakfast choices were excellent and beautifully cooked and presented. We would certainly come again.

All the facilities in the room was great for our short break.

Very picky, the tap on the basin in the shower/ toilet room it was very easy to overshoot with water onto the floor.

Lovely accommodation and good food at the pub. Breakfast cooked to order which always scores well with me. Staff very helpful.

Being picky, the tv remote would have benefitted from new batteries.

Shower was very confusing Bed head against a sloping ceiling - both nearly knocked ourselves out

There was a slight confusion from staff on checking in, and arriving at breakfast but this was soon sorted and everyone was friendly. Great room and delicious breakfast.

The room was small but well appointed and more than enough for our overnight stay. We ate dinner at The Horse and the food and service were very good. Breakfast was delicious. I had the waffle with streaky bacon and maple syrup - really good!!

Was visiting family and this place was perfect clean and friendly parking was great breakfast was great would recommend for the price 👍

The breakfast was only available after 8.30 which was a little inconvenience as we needed to leave at 8. So we had to miss it. Would have been nice to have been offered an alternative.

What a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was cosy and comfortable with everything required including a coffee machine! And the food… just amazing, breakfast plentiful and delicious. I’ve stayed in many places and sometimes the advertising and reviews are overrated but this wasn’t the case here, thank you to everyone I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was amazing, as was all of the food at the restaurant and pub affiliated with The Barn. Mr. Joynes has gone out of his way to establish an excellent B&B. Jody & Cerys, the staff, are amazing! They go out of their way to ensure your stay is special. I can't say enough good things about this establishment, the staff and the food served at the pub.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Donington Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly making our stay very comfortable. Food was super-homemade pizza/breakfast was perfect. A very relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Lovely spacious room, with great facilities!! Large desk area and extra chairs in room, a proper coffee machine, a small fridge, iron and ironing board and huge bathroom, with a lovely big double shower. Food in restaurant is excellent and breakfast is first class!!
