We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house, it is exactly how the pictures show minus a charcoal grill. Easy to get to but if you have an extended cab vehicle it will not fit in the garage unless you keep the garage door up while you’re there. But other than that we will definitely be back.

The house is very spacious which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were exactly what we needed for 4 married couples and an additional single traveler. We loved that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Management responded promptly to questions and concerns, and acted quickly when garbage left behind outside by previous occupants became a nuisance. If we were to recommend a change, it would be to find a way to access the garage without having to get in and out of your vehicle to go inside the garage to raise the doors from the inside.

Check in was the easiest in all our years of using Vrbo. House was exactly as advertised. Elevator is an asset if you have someone who can not do lots of steps.

We were able to spread out using the three levels, and we also had a large enough space to eat, play and hang together. We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. There was also one bathroom on the main level for all to share. Great location too. 5-minute walk to the beach, Starbucks, and convenience store. The renters were amazing and easy to work with.

This was a lovely property. It was overall very clean. We loved that every bedroom had its own bath PLUS a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen was well appointed. As winter guests, we would have appreciated more space to gather with family, but I imagine that’s never an issue in summer when people are out and about a bit more. We would stay again!! One warning - parking is TIGHT! We had a sedan, a Yukon XL and a 2500 4 door longbed pickup. Garage parking is a must for 2 of the 3 vehicles. We couldn’t shut the garage door with the Yukon inside. And there was no way the pickup was going in.

However I did notice that the linens and bed comforter & pillows are the same from a year ago when we stayed there. I was very put off by this. We know these are not washed as frequently as the bed sheets. They really need to be changed at minimum yearly if not more. Also the sleeper sofa in the downstairs bed needs to be replaced, the mattress is in very poor condition. No one can sleep on this. We want to book again for next year, so we hope to see these improvements.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious. Perfect location…our son was married Oct 7th and needed a home to house family and friends. Even though it was a super busy week and not much of a vacation, the house was very accommodating for the space and rooms needed. The wedding was held at Dunes Golf & Beach Club, about 1 mile down the road. We’re hoping to return and enjoy the home for a vacation week. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my family and toddler. Everyone loved the place. The home was clean and spacious. We had a little difficulty with communication for the check in process but attribute this to booking the home a few days prior to arrival. Every bedroom had an en-suite. The kitchen was well appointed with needed supplies. The dining table can easily accommodate 12. The house appears to have a speaker system but we were not able to Get it to work. The rooms have smart TVs and cable seems to have all the premium channels. The beach is just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and rooms were very comfortable and close to beach. The battery for the lock key pad died and we were locked out of the house late at night. It took nearly two hours for the locksmith and your night property manager to gain access to the house. A simple 9volt battery needed to be replace. The battery should be replace frequently to avoid similar situations in the future.

House was nice. Exactly as described. Did have a minor TV issue however was resolved within 3 days. Otherwise location was fantastic and furniture was comfortable. Would stay again at this location!

We had 7 adults ranging in age from 19 to 73. Each couple was able to have their own room and bathroom, which was wonderful. The house has an excellent location being only a block or so from the beach. It was a very easy walk. The elevator was also very convenient when getting bags to the upper floors but other than that we really didn’t use it. I would highly recommend this house! I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with the house but I think others should be aware. After Memorial Day Myrtle Beach will not allow tents on the beach. With a large group we bought a tent and we’re putting it up behind all the umbrellas when the lifeguard told us we had to remove it. We ended up having to purchase umbrellas that were not as effective.
