Non al centro hanno delle regole che non mi piacciono tipo buttare la spazzatura disfare i letti e rimettere a posto ecc

Très bel appartement, belle vue, sauf literie médiocre les oreillers à revoir car des traces jaunes est auréole c’est pas agréable après un très bon contact avec les deux personnes qui s’en occupe

The host keeps it very clean and it’s not far away from the airport.

1) extra charge for late check-in, 2)extra charge for bed linen, 3) it’s sofa bed and the guest has to disassemble it, 4) there is a steep slope walking from main gate to the property, so if you have heavy luggage, this will be a bit painful.

the studio is spacious and clean. the host very prompt answer to our messages. very close to a bus station.

located far from city center. you need to pay an extra fee for the bed linen 22 euros/pers. in the studio there are 2 sofas for sleep, not so confortable.

Beautiful studio apartment with fantastic panoramic sea view, with the airport in the distance. Well equipped, clean presented, very quiet location in garden setting. Very clear entry and exit instructions. Efficient bus service with bus stop close to the apartment get to/from Nice center or airport in around 30-45min. The 7 day bus/metro pass from Lignes d/Azur for 15 euro appeared to be fantastic value.

It would be good to leave some specific info in the apartment regarding the bus service and pin point specific locaction of some convenient stores and bakery in the vicinity to get some top up groceries and some of this lovely fresh bread in the morning. Once we knew it was perfect.
