Great location walking distance to main street in chaweng

Close to airport so can be noisy but didnt cause too much of an issue

Receptionist barely speaks any English, when we asked him how to get to the beach, he told us to ask people on the street? We also wanted to rent a scooter through the hotel, but they wanted our passport, even though they took a photo from both passports? We asked if we could do cash as deposit but the receptionist told us to go somewhere else if we do not like their way. Also the room was dirty, dirty kitchen and and crumbs, ants on the balcony. We booked the hotel so we could ask the front desk for help for some sights Etc but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, everything works! Very good location.

More of a suggestion - having a toaster in the room would be nice.

Clean, spacious and close to the airport. The staff was also kind and pleasant to deal with. It seems to be a converted apartment, so there's a full kitchen if you are up for cooking yourself. Quite a bit of entertainment within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

While it's close to the airport, and the hotel was chosen for this reason, it's still quite an undertaking to walk from/to the terminal. And you can't get a Grab from the airport, only the "official" taxi. Good thing that it works on the way back to the airport. Not sure if it was just during our stay, but you can hear the music from the club or a concert until late at night. Not too loud, but might be an issue for the light sleepers.

The most comfortable bed we have stayed in, the bathroom was gorgeous and modern. Very clean, fridge, freezer, microwave and water provided. Lots of room for storage. Location was excellent for us, quiet at night but not far of a work to the main street/beach.

Planes going over could be noisy especially in the morning, but we didn’t mind it.

One of our favourite stays. Very clean, ample kitchen. Nice pool.

Being directly on the flight path as it is so close to the airport. But the noise really isn’t as bad as you might think. We were on the top floor and we were able to just ignore it.

Excellent location - close to Chaweng beach and bars/restaurants. Still far enough away to be quiet at night! Noisy during the day with airplanes. Staff are really friendly. Laundry was done perfectly. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, water, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable which is rare! Didn't use the pool but saw some people using it. Good value for money.
