The host was very nice and accommodated us as we needed to leave early and she served us breakfast early. Fruit yogurt and cereal were all good .

What a beautiful B&B! A warm greeting and welcome as we came through the door! Amazing room. Spacious, clean and quiet. Beds are soooo comfortable. Ample on site parking. Just top shelf accommodations.

We had a wonderful large room with breakfast and the possibility to cook some meals. The position is perfect to visit the coast and close to supermarkets. Martina is a very friendly and wonderful host and their dog was fun to play with for our kids.

A gorgeous homely B&B. We were late checking I'm and the host was so accommodating. A peaceful night's sleep on the most comfortable bed and and a lovely breakfast the next morning. Couldn't ask for anything more.

On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly Martina, who brought me up to my very bright and spacious room. The facilities were excellent and breakfast the following morning, a full Irish, was delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Oaks B&B and I will definitely stay here again.

She thought about breakfast for us even though no breakfast was on the menu. Martina, was lovely.

Breakfast was great, we had different options for everyone. We liked that the place was in quite place and the landlords were near to help with anything if needed. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Fantastically spacious, really helpful hosts, and despite not paying for breakfasts we were provided with cereal, milk, bread, yogurts, fruit, tea/coffee, and fruit juice all free of charge!

The food left for breakfast was a nice gesture because we didn't expect breakfast. Location was good for what we wanted to do. The accommodation was very clean.

The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot and impossible to adjust - dangerous if you weren't aware! We would have told the owner on departure but she seemed to be in a terrible hurry!

Seven Oaks is a lovely B & B. We arrived later than expected (and hungry, too). Martina welcomed us and gave us directions to a great restaurant that was still opened. The bed and bathroom were wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. When we had trouble contacting a taxi to take us to the train station the next morning, Mike loaded his car and gave us lift. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Martina and Mike! We are grateful for your hospitality!
