Loved the condo and location. Beautiful apartment and nicely decorated. Hope to rent again in the future. Great communication between owners and me. Just two tiny suggestions/needs and by no means complaints: toaster, and full length mirror. At least I didn’t find either. Would recommend!

A beautiful property make for a wonderful stay. And if I could give the location and neighborhood a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. Directly below and around us were wonderful shops and dining. Fortino's, Anna's, the Great Harvest Bread Co... all within steps. The owners and Grand Haven in general have done a great job of making the downtown beautiful. Thank you!

This was an awesome experience and location. Plenty of room for our family. The boys especially liked being close to Mac Kite. The adults in our group enjoyed our daily visit to Fortinos, having fresh cinnamon rolls nearby, and the walkability to all the shops on Washington. A great time had by all and we loved the apartment! Highly recommend!

Nice and roomy for 4 adulta and 4 Children, and we were able to see fireworks show from the rooftop patio. Very clean unit we would Re-book again

Everything was fantastic, as the place was very spacious, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and couldn't ask for a better location. Would absolutely rent again!

Everything was very easy from check in at the condo to check out. We really enjoyed our time there. Very clean and lots of room. Enjoyed the two outdoor decks too! Only recommendation would be to have a full length mirror in the condo.

Great location and great layout. Property is well thought out and owners quickly resolved an ant problem and a non-working ice maker. There were a few areas where the condo was not top notch. One was that the dining room table was too small and only had two chairs and two benches, but the benches were too low for adults or children to use while sitting at the table. Another was that the towels were functional but past their prime in appearance. Also, the kitchen rug was dirty and slipped underfoot easily. The wood floors that are throughout the condo looked good but could have been cleaner.

This property is a winner! It's clean, roomy, nicely decorated and the location can't be beat. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and only a mile down the boardwalk to the lighthouse. Loved the rooftop deck.

My husband and I booked the Fortino's apartment for our wedding weekend with a few of our bridesmaids and groomsmen who came in from out of town, and it was absolutely perfect! We arrived to a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates, and the space was absolutely gorgeous. Kelly and Eric made our stay seamless, and even messaged me when I accidentally left my wedding bouquet after checkout so I could come back and get it. Highly recommend their place! Thank you Kelly and Eric!

Kelly and Eric were great hosts and this space was a perfect home-base for our group. We could easily walk to most things and we loved having both a private balcony and roof access! Very clean and provided kitchen staples. Highly recommend!

Fantastic condo is wonderful location! Nearly perfect!

We love absolutely everything about the property (the location, apartment layout, responsiveness of the host). The only drawback in my opinion is cleaning. Even though we paid the cleaning fee. there is still cleaning that needs to be done by the guests before checking out (things such as: putting towels in the washer, taking away garbage in the dumpster, loading the dishwasher). It's not big enough pain to stop us from booking, but definitely something that we would like to avoid going on vacation. Again, everything else is pretty great with this place, so we would come back there again.

The property is as advertised and the photos are a true representation of what it is. This is a very nice condo and the owners are prompt in responding. If you are going to Grand Haven this is a perfect property for access to the town (nearby shops, restaurants, water activities, and the beach). The condo was well equipped to prepare food if desired, and there was a laundry room for washing clothes during our visit. We will use this property owner again if we return to Grand Haven.

This is an amazing place. Clean, up to date, roomy and a great location. The patio was so inviting and relaxing. Eric and Kelly are so easy to work with and so informative.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this property! We rented both units, one for our family and one for our best freinds’ family. Having everyone in the same building but also having their own space was absolutely ideal. The two parking spaces were so useful as the Coast Guard festival kicked off. We were able to walk with the kids to do just about everything. The roof top deck was a great escape for the adults after the kids went down for bed. The two bedrooms right on Washington were a bit noisy up until about 11 pm but I think that was primarily because of the week were there. The third bedroom has a skylight so it stays light in there pretty late during the summer. The laundry room was the perfect size for our son’s pack n’ play. We can’t wait to stay again!

Our family is from western Michigan and every few years we have a get together here. We have stayed various places over the years, but this one was tops! It was perfect for our family, from the location to the comfort to the overall size and amazing upper deck! It was truly perfect for us. Many thanks to the outstanding owners/hosts of this property.

The condo was right down town among everything. It was easy access to anywhere you wanted to go . We had a great time.

We had a great memorial day weekend with two of my adult kids and spouses and granddaughter as well as my brother and his wife.

This property is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the amenities of Grand Haven. The owners Eric and Kelly took great care in making our stay perfect for our sons wedding. They are great folks who definitely take pride in their property and their guests. The big bonus is that the Condo is above Fortinos which is stocked with amazing goodies! The staff at Fortinos was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very conveniently located in the middle of downtown Grand Haven amidst restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Very open and light space with modern amenities.

We are so happy that we chose Fortino’s condos as our home base for our son’s wedding. We found the accommodations were even better than described, were very clean, and have great natural lighting. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are ample size. It is clear that the owners take great pride in these condos. The location is ideal and the guest handbook provides many ideas for local dining and attractions. We will definitely request to stay in Fortino’s condos in the future.

The location is great, it's right downtown. There are so many cute shops! The musical fountain is just a few blocks away and the kids loved seeing that! We walked along the boardwalk and got ice cream. Wonderful place, very clean and everything you need they have for you in the condo.

The condo was great for our party of 6! The location is perfect! It’s right downtown so you can walk to get ice cream, shop, eat at GH’s great restaurants and go to the river. The decorations, furnishings and everything were beautiful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect location, such a beautiful place! We enjoyed everything about this condo and Kelly was so helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at with our four teenagers. It was spacious and clean and decorated well. Also surrounded by darling boutiques and delicious restaurants. It was a lovely fit for our family.
