Location is very good. Towels are so soft.

At first i we in a room at the 6th floor: - Had urine on the toilet from previous visitors! - toilet water barely went down, I had to be careful at the toilet - shower stream is weak - has problem with the light bulb, after i turned it off and tried to sleep, it was flickering. Had to call the staff, and they told me there's nothing to do at this hour (00:00) so I had to switch a room at this hour. New bed was hard as hell. - staff was very slow with each request, I had to ask twice everything. I didn't feel welcome, and they barely spoke English. - breakfast extremely basic, nothing for vegans. Usually I don't have complaints but the money was really not worth it. You pay only for the location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed. Garage for my motorcycle. Better than usual complimentary breakfast (ham and cheese sandwich, eggs, coffee/tea and fruit juices.)

Breakfast was poor. Window facing a wall. They lost my friend's pants in the laundry. We had to ask for cleaning. 1 towel/room, no handtowel, no bathroom rug.

I liked the location and the value money. Apart of that, the easy way to do the check in.

I didn't like the TV. I couldn't see well because it had bad signal.

Very central Hotel, all was according to my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also helping me to get my Covid Test.

You hear everything going on in the hotel. The Bot "communicating" with you before your arrival is a bit weird.

I don’t tend to eat breakfast. But—I love this hotel and have visited several times over the years. Staff is always helpful and kind. Location is excellent!

Rooms were too warm, AC not working properly and the hot water supply to shower was poor.

Its highly overpriced for its room size and facilities. The room was very small about 10 to 12 sq. meter, whereas promised was 30 sq. meter. The widow had inside view which was useless.The bathroom shower had no water pressure !! No foot mat in the toilet neither at the door. No water bottle in the room. No iron in the room as promised.Breakfast was very basic and limited. It was looking good by pictures while booking but it was noway near in reality.... It was more of a guest house at a price of hotel........Only the staff was good and cooperative.

Everything needs to improve except the staff.
