LUSH SHOULD CONSIDER TV IN THE ROOMS AS ENTERTAINMENT IN THE AFTERNOONS , THE WIFI NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED

It was very private and clean ,and it was very welcoming

My friends came to visit from the UK and have never been to SA or on Safari. They were moved to tears by the lodge, the rooms, the people and the animals. Our ranger, Hannes, was a delight and we managed to see the big 5 a few times. Memorable

The property itself was amazing and the staff were great especially the Safari Guides

Nothing we didn’t like about the property itself other than the lack of wifi and tv in the rooms for when you’re not on Safari. The food however was a huge disappointment. From small lunch portions to badly cooked, bland food. When you pay extra and it’s 5 star you expect five star dining, which this was not.

Lush is Lush. Amazing rooms with quality fixings and furnishings, hot water bottles at bedtime. Friendly staff who take the time to learn your name immediately on arrival. Wonderful food with several amazing eating venues. Catering for our individual food requirements, nothing too much trouble. Excellent Safari experience, hot water bottles and blankets for the morning drives and great morning/sundowner stops - Amarula in coffee/hot chocolate with super snacks is a must. Just didn't get to use the gym or spa.

Nothing negative to say

One of the best lodges we have stayed at. Staff were phenomenal. It made our stay even more special.

If I have to pick something- I think the food could have been better but it was still good.
